First time in their new building. This was the most unorganized and inefficient oil change I have ever had. The old building provided a more efficient way of doing things. This isn't the employees problem. This is a Management problem by someone that is the smartest guy in the room. I have been coming here for years and this may be my last.

Rex, River, and Jessica went above and beyond today making sure my cars were all fixed up and ready to go again- so thankful to have this place in town now- sending all my friends your way! You succeeded any and every expectation I had. By far the superior place in Sheboygan not only with the work you guys do but also the customer service your staff exhibit. 10/10 recommend.

No longer a quick lube process. Sat in line for over an hour with only one garage open being used. Called to check if other two would open and was told they were on break. Should only be a few minutes. Wait another 10 minutes still no one. Trapped in line and can t get out, don t recommend using them.

I stopped in for a tire rotation, prompt service, very friendly and knowledgeable staff and clean store. Very comfortable waiting room with coffee. Definitely will be back!

It's ok place but broke my dipstick off in the engine multiple times and also put the wrong oil filter on and my car ran on low oil and the rest leaked out do to their mistakes and my engine ran with no oil in it........ if my engine is damaged and probably is , I will get a lawyer and be properly compensated for it

Everyone walks around like they are half asleep. Six people working and only one bay open. Staff are more interested in taking a smoke break. The service has really gone downhill - very slow. Long HOUR wait time it s a deception to the name Quick Lube, it s a mess worse place for oil change to go in Sheboygan they gave priority to another person line, so I decided to go to another place

Overall it s a good value. The staff are friendly and polite. There are some issues. Please note I bought this 2016 Traverse at Sheboygan Chevy new, and have only had the oil changes and tire rotations done here.When they finished the second step of tire rotation the technician gave me an amount to pay. It sounded too high so I asked to see the details. He said I had to pay first before they print that. I said something is wrong so he finally had to check his screen and list what was done which was the oil change, rotation, and cabin air filter and the prices. I asked where the $20 discount was as I had gave the first technician the card when I entered. It was stapled to the back of the sheet and the second technician didn t know about it. That and the $3 environmental fee(I forgot that)was the difference from what I was expecting. If I could have a receipt detailing the charges I would have known immediately and saved everyone s time. There were 3 cars lined up behind me by time this was figured out.Second, I had to ask twice about resetting the tire pressure display on the dash which is required after a rotation. They said that isn t done until after payment and after the car is running. It would be easy to forget this step with that process. It happened to me once before on this vehicle.Third, I was given a rebate form for $10 for the cabin filter with a part number. I tried to submit it online. The part number on the sheet was not in the rebate system although there were 4 similar part numbers for cabin filter s each with a different last digit. I called and talked to the manager who did really didn t know what to do. I tried entering one of the other part numbers but they were all for $2.50 less. After the second call back the manager told me he will give me $10 off my next oil change with a note in my file.Last. Part of the service is to do a service checklist on the vehicle. One item is they show the lowest brake thickness. The last oil change 6,500 miles ago said 7mm. This one said 8mm. So somehow my brakes grew in thickness? Two weeks ago I had new brakes put on the front after I felt a shimmy. It was my trusted mechanic and he said the fronts were at 4mm and the backs were still good at 5-6. I don t think my front brakes would have went from 7 to 4 in 6500 miles(these were the original brakes with a total of 52k miles). In any case the lowest brakes now should be 5-6, not 8. Not sure if the equipment is not correct or if the training is lacking. It would be better not to do this measurement if it s not going to be accurate. I had a similar issue here a couple years ago when they tested my battery and told me it was bad. The battery was only about 6 months old so in went back to where I bought it and it tested good. It still tests good as my mechanic did this when he did the brakes. I provided that feedback and have noticed they don t test the battery anymore.I hope this feedback helps improve your service.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

I stopped in at the Sheboygan Quick Lube Plus for an oil change. My hood latch was stuck and their mechanics took the time to free it open to access my engine so that I could receive the oil change service I wanted. I then found out for another $4.00 I could receive a full tire rotation. Sheboygan Quick Lube provided an over the top service which included a safety inspection ( turn signals, brake lights, reverse lights etc.) along with a diagnostic scan with a device plugged into the beneath the dash port giving me a full read out and status of my vehicle. Everything was explained to me in simple easy to understand layman's terms. The final price was surprisingly low especially when you consider all of the services that they provided. I highly recommend this garage for their services and the best part is it's a drive through service. You never have to leave the comfort and safety of your vehicle. A1 service, quality through out, customer oriented and at a low cost! Great place and great job everyone at Sheboygan Quick Lube!Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Pretty expensive for a conventional oil change $75, seems to be the trend anymore unfortunately. Docked the 1 star for that. Otherwise service was good and thorough.

I drove over a nail going home from work late Friday night, tire went completely flat. Saturday morning 8am I aired tire and went to Firestone, they were to booked, maybe at noon. By chance I drove across to sheboygan quick lube.Yes they could fix it.I recieve immediate service, they were very professional, asked me about air pressure, I never had to leave the vehicle. It took them 10minutes and a got a free car wash to use within 30 days. I was able to keep all of my plans out of town that day. Thank you for the awesome service.Service: Tires

The techs which performed the service were VERY professional and courteous. I greatly apologize for not mentioning the name of the techs that served me. I called ahead and dropped my vehicle off at the dealership service center. The scheduled appointment was completely botched by their staff. The vehicle wound up at the Quick Lube, where it got only a fraction of the service I requested. Zak from the dealership tried to correct the problems, but by the time he got involved it was too late. Sheboygan Chevy's service center wound up wasting my time. The quick lube service was fine and they did what they could. Bottom line is take ownership of your vehicle and it's maintenance...be sure you get done what you expect to get done.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Had a bad experience, had oil change and when I left about 1 block away heard a loud noise and looked behind me and noticed pieces of my car laying in the street. I picked up the pieces and went back to garage to let them know and after looking the car over they were not able to attach the skid plate due to being damaged. They had to order some parts and I had to come back and have them put it back on. They had a hard time getting it back on and had to call Joey to help and he was able to put it back on. Thanks to Joey ( the only familiar person there) everyone else is new. After leaving I did not even get a free car wash after having to come back. Very disappointed with the service this time.Service: Oil change

The gentleman that helped me today was so friendly and helpful! Also very enthusiastic making my visit wonderful with smiles and music! I'm sorry I don't remember his name but he's an older gentlemen who was working in the middle of the 3 oil change doors. He was professional, quick, and very insightful with everything done today and he even fixed errors from the last guy who entered everything in wrong! Very much appreciated! Great price, very complete multi-point inspection of all fluids, (oil, coolant, transmission, brake and wiper) Also checked the tires, tire alignment and tread depth. Made recommendations of air filter and cabin filter and staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Just really like this place!

Excellent service! My wife had a nail in one of her tires and it was slowly losing air pressure. I took her vehicle to bay 4 and they had me in and out in under 15 minutes with a plug in the hole for $10.

Not really a big fan. I typically change my own oil but due to an injury and not able to it this time so I figured what the heck I'll just go here and get a quick oil change. Now keep in mind I drive a truck and it takes 8 quarts of oil. I assumed, which my first mistake, that would be somewhere between 40 and $50 to get my oil changed. Yeah that's kind of pricey for an oil change but that's typically what the quick Lubes charge. I had sticker shock when I got the bill for $70. I had them put 7 quarts of 10w 30 in and an oil filter and that was it. Not very happy with that price. Will not be going back there again and I highly recommend shopping around. Unless you like significantly over paying for your oil change

Develin and Chris were GREAT. Develin helped me last time I was in, too, and is such a nice, polite, respectful young man!! He went above and beyond helping me fix the current issue I was having (low tire pressure) and helped me to identify the Real problem- dry rot around my rims!! He pulled together a tire quote for me, and Chris helped me to narrow down what tires I will actually need for my car (he did Not suggest the most expensive set!!). These guys really look out for your well-being, and I greatly appreciate their help and kindness. Their expertise in cars does not hurt, either!!! I definitely recommend Sheboygan Quick Lube Plus at Sheboygan Chevy. Hard workers like Chris, Brandon, and Develin make you want to come back!!! Great Job, Guys. This Mom of 6 APPROVES. I have visited this business multiple times, usually it s a 20 minute wait or less but today I wanted for more then an hour, watching the staff leisurely walk around and slowly work on dealership vehicles, they should have three lines opened, 1 for dealership vehicles and two for customers just trying to get in and get out, the wait was ridiculous.

Website says they change transmission fluid, but when I got there they said they didn't. Also one guy, Chris, looked like he was going to have a meltdown about a simple oil change. Good service for your vehicle, poor af customer service

Only reason gave 2 stars was they were quick. What I have a problem with is the things that they marked checked, they never in fact did check. Never checked air cleaner, never added windshield wiper fluid, never checked power steering fluid, never tested battery. Added 5 pounds to much air to tires. 30lbs psi is what my tires call for. And lastely when the oil change was completed, they never checked the oil dip stick to see if the proper amount of oil had actually been added. I actually had to stop across the street and check it myself. It is with in range but was still a bit low. Was not super busy 3 cars...so dont know why they did such a poor job. Wont go back.

We waited in line patiently, we were the 2nd car in line with only 2 bays open. There was a truck behind us and a 4th car in the the other bay line. Antonio opened a 3rd bay and took the 4th car in both other lines. We feel this isn't how it should have been handled. He should have back the lanes up and took the 1st and 2nd cars 1st since they were waiting the longest. So the cars that got there after we did were done and out before we even got in.Brandon K was friendly and informative.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change
