The staff are very helpful with what my vehicle needs and they get it done in timely matter. I also had the best service advisor to guide me as well.

Bubbled paint on my 2017 Jeep! Apparently a metal quality issue. However not necessarily under warranty.Joe and the staff were so accommodating and did everything to make things right!! Took a while but so worth the wait. My Jeep looks like it came off the showroom floor.And the way I was treated? Nothing less than incredible. My hats off to all, including the body shop group, but especially to Joe Marman. Look up courteous in the dictionary, you see a picture of Joe!!

We were visiting from out of town when our battery died on our Pacifica. Ryan was able to get our vehicle in on a Saturday morning, replace the battery, and we were on our way. Couldn't have asked for better service especially without an appointment on the weekend. Really feel like they went above and beyond!

Very unhappy. I came in for tire pressure light and start stop light. After 4 hours and $156 I was told the start stop light was because of the battery and my warranty doesn t cover batteries. Told them I could not afford this at this time. Left and noticed nothing was done to tires. A male friend of mine took my car to an air pump and filled my tires. Took the car to auto zone They checked the car and I do not need a new battery ) this took 2 minutes for her to check) and it is my sensor which should be covered by warranty.

I have dealt with Sheboygan Chrysler for about 21 years bought at least 15 to 18 cars and trucks vans Brad Nelson is one of the best managers that I have ever come across they're honest trustworthy and you can believe in what they say.Ok.

Had the oil & filter changed & tires rotated. The Service Advisor Joe was very nice & helpful. The car is somewhat a specialty one & a couple things require a little extra TLC. He understood exactly as did the Technician! They took very good care of the car! There was a small computer glitch in the car afterwards, & the Technician came out & went through several things & got it all taken care of. They both were very good & helpful. I ll look for Joe again when my next oil change is due! Thank you again both of you for your help! It was very sincerely appreciated!

The service dept did a great job. My Jeep was leaking coolant and they found the problem and fixed it very quickly. Very friendly and great communication throughout the whole job. Highly recommend!

2 days before I had a major appointment 250 miles away my truck had a service alarm. I went to Sheboygan Chrysler, drove into the service area and they started troubleshooting right away. I didn t have an appointment. They tracked down the parts they needed at another dealer and had me going in the shortest time possible. They were truly concerned about my situation and did everything they could to get me going again. During the repair I was called twice to let me know the status. The only complaint I have is my husband brought our jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation. He was asked if he was waiting for it, which he was. It took over an hour and a half to get it back.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
