I went in for an alignment after getting new tires last week and I was very pleased with their honesty. They told me that I didn't even need one as the tires lined up almost perfectly already and didn't charge me a dime. Truly appreciated that.

They told me my car would take two days to finish but I got it back within 6 hours. They did an amazing job on replacing my trunk after I got in a small parking lot accident. They were able to find the same make/model/color car as mine and use its trunk to replace mine. Everything looks brand new and works perfectly. I will be taking my car back to get my front end done very soon!

Took in Tuesday after accident and told we would have estimate Wednesday latest. Called Thursday when no estimate and told by noon at latest. Called back Friday morning and person working on estimate was out, seemed nobody else knew what was going on. Did get estimate Friday though. Went ahead with some of the work (rest was side airbag related) which was to get vehicle working. On ride home rattling in front. Took to my normal garage and was told there was still about $2,000 work needed to vehicle to get fixed!!!!! Tried to call Robert Rusch and discuss, was told pretty much not something we would have looked at - too bad. So out about $400 in their "repairs" on a vehicle I would NEVER have repaired should they have done a thorough job on the estimate. Not to mention the stringing along on the estimate. Would suggest you look elsewhere.

I m continually impressed with Robert Rush s service. They have fixed my front end bumper twice over the years, and have done incredibly seamless work for a very affordable price. If you are needing collision repair, they re the best in Sheboygan hands down.

Had gotten some scratches from a couple of dogs on my new chevy truck and Robert Rusch did an amazing job getting them out...and at a very reasonable cost. I recommend them to anyone needing a great buff job on their car or pickup.

They did $500 worth of work on my car, as soon as they "fixed" it I could tell something was not right. I called them up and had them look at it, they said nothing was wrong, my sway bars just needed to be fixed, but I knew that and they hadn't made the horrible noises before they fixed it. Just recently I was driving and my tire FELL OFF while I was driving. I had a mechanic friend look at it and he said they screwed the bolts so tight that they stripped them. Now my car is undriveable. I will be going there as soon as they're open for them to fix THEIR mistake on them. I am beyond discusted with their " work"

Just visited for an assessment of my car after a minor accident. He was very friendly and helped me with questions and explained to me what what going on for the framework and problems while walking me through what would likely have to be done to the car and what we could do to try to help minimize the painful process of getting the car fixed as much as we could.Not looking forward to having to deal with this car but at least with this place I don't feel ignored like I have for some other mechanics I've been to, which for me at least is important since a lot of this kind of stuff is new to me, and I'm anxious and like to know what's going on.Down side is was very busy and never ended up getting back to me after even after calling back a couple times and I ended up having to go somewhere else to get things fixed.

I have been to Rusch several times in the last few years for front end work. Each time it has been Chris who has worked on my vehicles. Although he said Honda's seem to give him the most grief, the work he does is excellent. I know when I leave the shop I need not worry about the work that's been done. Thanks Chris.

Just moved to Sheboygan had an accident before I arrived. Dave is the best. Kept me in the loop in regards to progress and did a sensational job on my body repair. I highly recommend this shop!

I recommend this body shop hands down I have sent multiple vehicles here for repair. And any time I pick up a vehicle I have never found even one thing to complain about and I'm extremely picky when it comes to my vehicles

Never go back. Quoted $800, when it was finally done, the rear end was all jacked up. When I complained he fixed it but charged me over $200 more. Would never refer anyone.
