My first experience with Ride North was on the phone with Sam, who was so helpful that I put a down-payment on my Honda Rebel 1100dct then and there. My bike arrived days later so I went to see it, when I was fortunate enough to meet the rest of the staff. Each and everyone of them were not only informative, but made me feel comfortable with no pressure.I understand that they are under New management and I would say that if, in the past you may not have had the best experience, do yourself a favor and make another visit and you will be pleasantly surprised.Thank you, Sam Lutzke, who sold me my Rebel, TracyDavis, who worked on the Title, and Tom Anderson, The Sales Manager, as well as the guys at the Service Desk.

I worked with Jordan and Ray at the Marquette store over the past couple of weeks via phone to purchase a new sled. There was zero pressure, the price was fantastic and the entire process was painless. We drove 6hrs from out of state to pick it up Saturday. They had the machine ready to go and we were on our way home in no time. Couldn t be happier with the sled and the entire process!

I bought tires online, went in and asked how much they charged to mount them. Extra 50 a tire because I bought online, that means they wanted 90 per. I won't ever step in this establishment again, I suggest everyone becareful

I bought a new Lund in 2022 and could not be happier. The service and sales departments were professional, knowledgeable, and prompt in their responses. After having multiple poor experiences with marinas I feel like I finally found a winner.

I ordered a couple aftermarket parts for my Honda Grom online. (From a different website). Turns out they weren t a direct fit and needed a few other parts anyways so I called in to check if anyone could help. The gentleman s name was Carson who helped and was able to help me get the right size chain and sprocket that worked together. He was very helpful and patient with me as I explained what I was dealing with. Would definitely call and get parts from here again. Very helpful team!

Carson helped me pick out a new snowmobiling suit before I take my first trip to the UP this winter. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all the different products and he helped me find a suit that fit my needs. He didn t just try to sell me the most expensive brands in the store. I will definitely be revisiting when it s time to get the wife a new suit, thank you Carson!

My outcome was very bad here. Took my boat in because it was running a little off. It's was left out in heavy rain where it was completely flooded. Cost me $500 to pump out bad gas, and it still is running bad. I would recommend going elsewhere.

We were on our way to Sheboygan Power Sports to have a marine radio installed on our boat when we were rear ended and our boat was totaled. Even though we did not purchase the boat from them, they were nothing but accommodating, even going so far as to have their service manager come out to the scene of the accident to help and give the towing company assistance on how to tow our boat. Furthermore, they were extremely helpful navigating the challenges of working with adjusters and insurance companies. We are grateful for their professionalism and the time they have taken with us!

Overpriced, not really willing to make a deal on anything, prepare to pay over retail prices on everything. 4 motorcycles on the showroom floor and the salesperson couldn t get me the correct price, said he doesn t have them memorized. Ended up settling on the price it was listed online for as that was less than the salesperson said was the least he could take for it. Not impressed but needed a motorcycle fast to get us back on a trip we were taking. The administrative team was top notch though and got the paperwork done fast. Mechanic staff was more than cool and even stored our broken down motorcycle for us. Gave this rating because of everyone else that helped us.

My jet ski lost 10mph off the top speed after they changed the oil and spark plugs. I called them and they said they'd look at it for their standard $149/hour fee, and a service tech told me over the phone that my wear ring was bad and my plugs weren't the issue even though I assured him my wear ring was in perfect condition. Low and behold I take it to a different dealer and they tell me I had a bad spark plug, and then fixed it for me for less than $50.

If you're looking for a smooth buying process, this is not the place for you. Purchasing a moped turned into a multi-week adventure complete with 12+ phone calls and 2 hours in the dealership(most of that time spent after digitally signing the paperwork). Every time you call you will talk with a different person who will have zero clue on what is going on with your specific deal.We got our own financing and knew the model we wanted, so no real excuse for any of the confusion or time wasted. I felt like I was having to put massive effort into giving them my money. Last time I bought a brand new car, it took less than 2 hours and cost 15x as much, so I' confused on why this was just an arduous process.Solid moped though. Highly recommend the Roughhouse R50.

I highly recommend buying from Sheboygan Powersports and Marine! We drove hours to get there to pick up a Jetski and it was so worth the trip. Their attention to detail, patience in explaining new things to me and help and communication from ALL departments was amazing. I felt appreciated and well taken care of. Thanks to all of you there!!

Make appointments that they can not keep and did not call to communicate any delays with my boat. They wasted 45 minutes of my time to tell them what I wanted and they never did half of it and costed me 3 thousand Dollard for basically nothing. Had to go to another shop to finish what I wanted them to do in the first place. Way over priced for what they do. I would never go there again not even if they were the last place on earth.

Worst Service Center Experience I have ever had. Dropped my 98 Honda Shadow ACE off in October to store it. Asked if they could adjust a ticking valve, do an oil change and put new saddle bag seals on. Was told they could and to just call a month before I wanted it out of storage. Called a month ago and was told they would take care of all of it for me. Called again last week and they said nothing had been done because no one left any notes or scheduled any maintenance and they could NOT do any of it now because they are 3 months behind. Called and talked to a manager who didn't offer to do anything at all. Called today at 9 am to get it out of storage. Showed up at 12:45pm to have to wait over an hour because the battery was dead and tires were low. Still wasn't offered a single thing for my troubles. Finally got the bike and it was dirty. Got home and realized they had put the battery cover back on wrong. What a joke!

I recently picked up a spark trixx for my daughter at Sheboygan Powersports. First off, when I originally contacted them they were knowledgeable and helped answer all my questions. I live approx 250 miles away and first picked up a different ski at a different dealer because they happened to have one in stock. Unbeknownst to me at the time the first ski I picked up was not loaded onto the trailer properly, in fact I had asked them if we could raise the bunks to get more clearance but was told that it would actually make the ski sit lower do to the angle of the hull, no worries right? I assumed these guys did this everyday so didn t think much of it. After driving down to Sheboygan Powersports that s when we realized the bottom of our brand new WakePro was actually hitting the trailer .. needless to say I was beyond disappointed with the previous dealer. I mentioned this issue to Dan once we looked over the new trixx and he said he d go take a look while we signed paperwork. In less than 5 minutes they had the trailer off my truck and in the back so they could properly adjust the trailer to not just the ski they were loading but to the other one too.Without the guys at Sheboygan Powersports we would have completely damaged the other ski! Besides that, they were awesome to work with, we had a through walk down of the ski, it had all the safety equipment already installed and there was no waiting at the parts counter for the cover. To all the staff that helped us. Tom the original sales guy to Dan who made sure the trailer and skis would make it home 250 miles and to Lucas who had the paperwork all ready to go! We can t thank you guys enough. It was truly a pleasure and you will continue to get my business regardless of the long drive for us.

Rob & Denise were excellent to deal with! Reaching out to me after hours and going extended lengths to try and set up a meeting time and delivery to one of their locations closer to me are just a few things that made my experience so great. I ended up not purchasing from them but definitely will be back in the future if I m ever in the market again. Thanks for everything!

We bought a brand new kymco 4 wheeler mid March. Less than 1 week after buying it- it stopped starting. Someone came from the store to try and fix at our home. They couldn t figure it out so took it with them and returned it the next day. We are now one month after purchase and it doesn t start again . I would never refer this company . Terrible service. Junk quality. They should make this right our kids are so disappointed not to mention $2500 waste

Don't buy from them, there scam artists. I Bought a can am x3 from them brand new, that was on the lot, because they would not allow me to order one. when I proceeded with buying the one on the lot I brought a recipt in from a person I know that ordered the same unit with the EXACT SAME parts yet I was charged thousands more. I was told lines of lies from different sales people. A few days later I called because my unit was making a noise that it wasn't supposed to I scheduled a time for it to come in. I showed the mechanic what I was talking about, he confirmed he heard it to and "tired to fix it" but didn't know what it was, so I was pushed out the door because the service manager said they don't have time for bother-some noises. I then came back in to buy a extended warranty I went to many places and got prices for a 5 year extended warranty, I decided I would just stick with the dealer I bought it from, again the same person that gave me there receipt told me what they paid for there 5 year extended warranty. When I went In i let them give me a price. I was blown away by the huge price difference from what they got to what they told me, so I brought this up I still was not given the same price, about a month later now I got a call from them saying that they cannot give me a 5 year warranty even tho I've already purchased it and paid for it over a month ago, and that the person who sold me the warranty is no longer with powersports. At this time they said they can give me a 4 year warranty for my unit, I asked if I would get money back since I paid for a 5 year warranty, he said no its the same "PRICE". At that point I said I already signed and purchased a 5 year with you guys. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there.

I would never recommend someone to this business. I purchased a used, new to me boat in December 2019. Rob my salesman told me that the outboard on the boat had some low compression on one cylinder and some scoring on that cylinder wall but that the former owner did not notice any lack of performance and I would be able to run the boat as it was. In the spring I put the boat in the water and the outboard would start but would only idle for 1 minute and then would stall. I took it to a local mechanic and he will fix it but it requires a new power head and that costs about $6500. I should not be so trusting. When I called Rob he said that there was nothing they could do for me. Do not go to this dealer for your power sports purchases. I read some of the reviews of this business and I wish I had read them before I patronized them.

If you're going to buy a boat, atv, snowmobile or anything powersports it's well worth going to these guys. I bought two snowmobiles there this week. Dave in sales and Tom in parts and service took excellent care of us. They really cared about my wife and I. Great teamwork Sheboygan Powersports and Marine!

Great experience that I ll recommend to any and everyone who s looking to purchase in power sports. Rob made me feel comfortable and more knowledgeable purchasing my first ATV and serviced my brothers bike in a timely matter. The rest of the staff was helpful as well. Couldn t thank them enough.

Terrible experience!! After countless purchases all over the state of Wisconsin this was the first dealership that I have ever had cancel on an agreement. I called the dealership on Wednesday April 29th to confirm the advertised price on a dirt bike. Salesman gave me a price with the additional setup and freight costs. I asked if he had some room to come down on those costs. Salesman called back on April 30th and said yes we have a little room to work with and gave me the new price. I told him I would think about the new price and call him back. I called him back on May 1st and told him that I decided to make the purchase. He confirmed our agreement and we began discussing a time for me to pickup the unit. He then transferred me to the person that could take my payment. This person put me on hold several times and then finally returned just to tell me that because it is May 1st he will no longer sell me the unit for the agreed upon price. Why wasn't I told that by my salesman that had just confirmed the price with me? This was unbelievable!! I was literally setting up delivery and making my payment only to have someone tell me that my salesman messed up. Worst experience with a dealership that I have ever had and I will never recommend to anyone.
