Needed some work done on a tire and am glad I called Retro Tire! They were able to get me in same day, service was quick and staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions! I ll continue using Retro for my tire needs in the future.

I purchased a set of new tires for my wife's car 2 1/2 years ago and then came back a month later and bought a set of new Goodyear's for my new car to replace the manufacturers low grade tires. I got a great price on both and fast service too.If Larry still owns the place I will buy another new set of Goodyear's for the new car I just purchased.

Don't ever buy tires from this place!!!! I ordered a set of 4 tires and got 2 different sets put on the front tires have deep cracks between the tred thr tires looks like they went through a field. And when the owner was questioned about the tires he told me it would be over another $100 for him to put new tires on yet that is I asked for in the beginning. Took my boyfriends brand new car in to get winter tires on and they damaged 2 of the brand new rims and when the owner was showed the damage all he could say was take me to court. I have personally witnessed 3 people leave his parking lot make it to the light and their wheels come flying off because they didn't tighten the lug nuts!!!! These people are really going to hurt someone with the poor quality of work they do!!!!

Great service! I got a bolt in my tire they were able to repair the tire with a plug and get me omw. I also ordered two new tires and they installed them the next day. Great price great service. Will definitely be back next time I need tire service.

I would not recommend these people to anyone!! They are shady people and like to ripped people off. If you have to go here make this your last option!!!!

Installed two tires that had the same branding though different treads (re-treaded?), the car drove worse than the tires with balding that I got rid of. I called to try and get a new set to which they said they wouldnt have any until the next week - that the tires I received were the last two of that size. When I tried calling a few hours later I asked if I could just get a refund for the tires, no answer. I tried recalling several times to no luck and even visited them during store hours with no one present still. It wasn't until I told them the intention of a charge dispute (as I couldn't reach anyone and had exhausted my options) did they call me back, and started the conversation with "I don't take too kindly to threats." and to come back the next day with the tires. I took the $95 loss, not much but still $95, I'm not returning and possibly putting myself in danger with a man that only responds when I threaten to take matters into my own hands - which I only had to do so as I couldn't get in contact with anyone. I would expect a man (owner) of his age to show better behavior than to try and obviously rip me off, tough out over the phone and tell me he doesn't take kindly to threats when I try to get my money back over shoddy work, maybe not take the job next time if those were the last two tires, and maybe not drive customers' cars with the parking brake engaged (I have dashcam footage of this). My advice? Go to a car dealership or reputable tire shop and have tires installed that at least match and won't ruin the drive-train/trans and/or cause a safety hazard. Never mismatch tires, and you should know better than to do so - you're a tireshop. I've included pictures of the tires.

Called and asked for a set of 4 tires came in paid for the tires dropped car off the day before my appointment I ended up with 2 different sets of tires (used) never was asked what I wanted! Then when the owner was asked about it he told me it would be over another $100 for new tires. I also took my boyfriend's brand new car in to get new tires and them damaged 2 of his rims

I got a flat and called this place up and he said bring it in. So I brought it in, he stopped what he was doing to take care of me. I was in and out in less than 15 min for a tire repair. Prices were very reasonable for everything there. Will be a return customer. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Larry and his team are the best! I had two flats, and needed all four tires replaced. I called in at nine AM, was able to schedule an appointment for that afternoon, and my car was ready before the end of the day. Larry and his staff were extremely courteous and professional, calling me when the car was done and being flexible as to the pickup time. And the price for 4 very gently used Michelin tires, along with installation and disposal of the old tires was a fraction of what I would have paid for new ones. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, because they deserve it!

BEWARE!!! Stay away from this place. Just had 4 new tires put on by Retro and last week and my wheels were rumbling.. discovered that none of my lug nuts were tightened!!! All of them completely loose! I called the shop and Nick answered, I expressed my concern/issue he claims that after new tires are installed- it s normal for lug nuts to come loose (which is a total crock) and that I should had brought my vehicle back after 40 miles. I said no one told me any of this .. Nick said well there are several signs around the office so I don t know what to tell you . This guy could not care less that his shop put mine and my families lives at stake. I ll be sticking with Pomp s tires from now on!

I contemplated writing bad review so they wouldn't be so overwhelmed with work... . Truth is they are just a good local small business that provides you fair prices and friendly service. I recommend Retro Tire without hesitation.

My son needed a tire for his truck. Our appointment was at 11:oo they had us in and out in less than 15 minutes. Happy w/ the tire and the price. He'll be back there again.

Retro was recommended by almost everyone i asked as to where i should go for used tires. I called every shop that sold used tire in the city and Retro was the only one that had any (2) on hand. One other place had 1 but it was kept at a different location and would take either a couple hours or till the next day to acquire. This is the 5th time ive had need of a used tire and only 1 of those times did they not have my size. No one else in the city did at that time either. 4/5x ive been able to just drive in with a damaged and dangerous spare tire and 10 mins later drive away with a safe tire. This time i called at 10:15am and was asked to come in at 12pm. Prices are reasonable and service is great. Definitely my first choice.

They were able to locate new tires for me that day and quickly installed them early the next morning. Great bunch of guys and awesome service. And I got a good deal on the tires!!!

There customer service was not good. They made me wait while the mechanic prepped 6 tires to put on racks. They were aware I was there because I had told them I had come in to have a spare tire replaced back to the normal tire. I had the tire already plugged and patched by another place however they did not have the jack to put the tire back on. I stood there holding the tire waiting and watching. I was not offered a place to sit. After 25mins of watching the mechanic make tires I had started to look for other places when he told me to pull the car up. He replaced the tire in less than 5mins. I do not know why such a simple job took so long to get to. After that the mechanic told me to put the spare back in the trunk. While I was putting the spare in the trunk he told me to move my car. I was told by him to throw the spare into the trunk and deal with it later at home. On the way home I noticed my alignment was highly off to the point the car could not drive straight. I am currently looking for a place to fix the alignment that the mechanic at Retro Tire messed up that I had just had fixed less than a week before. Now I'm going to have to pay to fix the alignment again.

How could you not give them 5 stars? ! Best prices in town, and HONEST friendly service. And holy cow. Talk about eye candy! You have GOT to see this guy's eyes! Bluest ever.

Very helpful and affordable. I had a hole and slow leak in a tire and he helped for a very affordable price and didn't b.s. around. Job well done and knows what he's doing!

Honestly don t understand all the good reviews.They haven t been able to help me in the couple times I ve reached out. I could ve had bad luck both times. Very lazy. Nobody wants to work these days

Really nice guy was running behind and having a bad day but was still really nice and gave me deal for me having to wait an extra half hour. I would recommend them to anyone. Good service

Called at 3pm said they had a used tire for me. Told them I would come in and pick it up. Came a half hour later at 330 and they were closed. Even though sign said open until 5. Two other people showed up and said they just called also. I drove all the way across town for nothing. Bad business.

Great tire shop and Larry the owner is really cool. Prices are reasonable. Best place in Sheboygan to get tires new, used or fixed.
