NexGen explained the process and costs clearly and followed up during the vehicle inspection via text message with detailed suggestions and prices, any of which I could approve or decline. I approved all service work and when I picked up the car they nicely summarized the repairs in an easy to understand format. Excellent !

They did a great job. Very easy to get the appointment scheduled with Mike ,and were very kind when I dropped the car off and picked it up.Appreciated the honesty and relaxed atmosphere of the shop.Even went above what I expected with the work they did.Definitely will be taking my car back to NextGen!

Mike is so caring with his customers. He really wants you to understand your cars current needs and learn about what your plans are for the future with your car so he can make sure he can get you there. He documents everything he finds and is happy to explain any findings so that you can understand anything you wish to know. You can tell that making sure his customers are more than satisfied is what is driving him. I would recommend NexGen Auto to anyone who values keeping their car working well.

I have a very old ML320 Mercedes. Mike and his crew were awesome in respecting my desire to not put a lot of money in the vehicle but to get it running safely. Their efforts to get used parts etc etc were so appreciated. The updates and pictures of required repairs texted to me with their recommended repairs was something I have never experienced . I felt listened to as a female customer in what is generally considered a man s world. I highly recommend NexGen ! Incredible customer service and work!

Mike and his team are very knowledgeable and have excellent customer service. The repairs needed are presented to the customer in detail and done correctly with no guess work. They only select high quality parts for repairs. Best of all, NexGen can be trusted which is hard to find these days.

Fantastic customer service from NextGen Automotive. They did a thorough inspection of my vehicle finding issues with it and also performing the maintenance I requested on it. Only reason my review isn t 5 stars is because the cost was quite high. To their credit though, the reason for the high cost is because of the high quality parts they use. So if you re willing to spend a little extra for good parts, warranty on those parts, and great customer service, I highly recommend them!

Mike and his team were fantastic in both the service they provide and the customer service. We will be bringing all of our vehicles here from now on. By far the best shop in town and very honest!

I have not taken a vehicle to a repair shop in years. Could not find an honest shop. NexGen fixed my 98 Jeep in a short period of time. I thought the price was reasonable. I also appreciated the explanation on what was wrong and how they fixed it. I could tell they were knowledgeable and it shows. Would recommend!

I think the hardest part about going into a car shop is not knowing anything. And Mike took such good care of me! Explained everything and did an amazing job with my car. This will definitely be my favorite place to bring my car!

They did a great job making my car safe again. I really love all the ways they make technology work for the customers and how it helps with explaining the function of all the parts. When I went for my emissions testing my low tire pressure light was on, he checked my tires and put air in them. For my oil change I dropped off my car when it was ready to be picked up they called me. Exceptional service!

Took my car in to get Emissions Tested and needed to schedule an appointment to get a leak looked at. They fit me in the schedule the following week and were able to get the problem resolved that day! They also pointed out a lot of other issues with the vehicle that I was unaware of.With a very transparent business model and a non pressure attitude of getting issues fixed, I would highly recommend NexGen Automotive.

I had an issue with my radiator hose and Mike was able to get me in promptly and diagnose the problem. Mike went above and beyond making sure I was informed during the entire process and providing information and pricing up front. Would highly recommend.

The NextGen team is second to none. They took care of my Honda Pilot which is a bit older. I brought it in for a once over before taking it on a road trip and pointed out a couple of noises I was hearing. They provided a detailed evaluation including photos of the issue as well as things I should be aware of that will need some attention down the road. They are HONEST, the waiting area is clean and professional. I felt like I was driving a new truck when I left. This will be my forever go to place going forward.

Excellent! Mike was extremely helpful, diagnosed the issue with my car spilling out coolant. Communication was great from beginning to end. They got me in much quicker than my go to mechanic. They were a bit more expensive but you get what you pay for - excellent service and added value. Despite short notice, service was nothing short of excellent and my repairs were done in good time. Staff was informative, friendly, and straightforward. You'll be hard pressed to find better car service in the Sheboygan area.

NexGen was recommended to us from the previous retired owner. We were looking for a shop to feel comfortable going to and keep two vehicles going for years to come.After trying other shops that were just ok, but not really invested in the customer NexGen turned out to be the place we were looking for.This place is clean, professional and very thorough. They aren t the cheapest place in town but sometimes that isn t always what you want.We first had our VW TDI SportWagen in for an inspection and breaks. They found my tires that were not wearing properly, that let us get them covered under warranty from the shop we no longer goto.That is just one example .Anyway, if you re looking for a place that really cares .Go here!
