Very approachable and friendly experience. My car's issue was resolved. I was kept updated for the entire experience with time frames which made my experience very convenient. The cost of my repair was even cheaper than i expected. They have someone knowledgeable at the front desk that will explain any questions or issue's you may have. Also will offer you a loaner vehicle if needed! 10/10

I have been going to Martin since 1989. I get great service. They get me in and out on a timely manner. They have never sent me down the wrong road on my repairs.

It seemed as though I had an oil leak, and I imagined repair would be expensive. Turned out they think I drove over something that squirted oil into my wheel well. Mechanic cleaned it up, and no more dripping oil. Expensive? No. This service was done free of charge. Now that s the kind of business I can support!

For the severe issues that my truck had, these guys were fast, friendly and communicative about every little thing. Excellent Excellent Service...so glad I was referred by someone else to go there. Highly recommend!

Good work at fair and reasonable prices. I trust Martin Automotive for all my Auto Care needs. Jamie who runs the service department is very straightforward. Hourly labor is billed in tenths of an hour. Everything is transparent and clear.

I finally feel like I have found a shop to give honest recommendations and reasonable prices! I had an emergency and even though they had a fully packed schedule, they were able to get my car diagnosed and fixed within just a few hours. Was passing through town on a road trip and they squeezed me in to diagnose and fix my 21 Subaru crosstrek. Treated me like I was a lifetime customer. Got me back on the road a couple hours later. Thanks to the whole team there.

I have been a regular customer of Martin Automotive for over 20 years. I take my vehicles to them for all my service needs. They are friendly, honest and very accommodating. It's easy to get an appointment on short notice. They never try to sell you anything you don't need. They are the only automobile repair shop that I can totally trust with my vehicles. Martin's has always done a great job since we started going there. The service has been great, with people updating us on the status of the vehicle and the friendly overall staff. They are also great at asking relevant questions and will often handle and look out for other issues that could pop up along the way. We were looking for a new mechanic that is honest. We came to Martin and have had nothing but great customer service! They are so honest, and they show that they care about their customers! Honest and affordable! After being told by another mechanic that we needed a scary-expensive repair, Jamie took the time to do a thorough inspection and recommended services that fixed the issues we were having and saved us LITERALLY thousands of dollars. From the time I walked in the door the entire staff were extremely welcoming, friendly , helpful, and knowledgeable. The problems my vehicle was having were explained with incredible detail without condesention. Coming home from Christmas shopping I noticed the brakes on my Kia were very soft. The next morning I called Martin Automotive. They sent a tow truck.(I'm 80 and didn't trust driving in the snow with failing brakes.) The car brakes were fixed and ready to go before 4 pm. that day. The repair cost was reasonable and I could finish my shopping the very same day. Thank you to everyone at Martin Automotive and Merry Christmas!Service: Brakes

Very impressed with friendly, respectful and timely service. My brother recommended this place to me when car broke down in Sheboygan and we live out of town. Even notice a nail in the tire and fix that right away too, very thorough. I was at a dealership for a recall on my vehicle. I had problems with my headlights which could not be taken care of there. I called my regular service people and immediately had the work done. I had gone to Martin for many years and will never go anywhere else for repairs. I am treated with respect and trust them to do the very best work each time.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I am a former Sheboygan resident, I travel weekly in several states and have always had fantastic service from Martin Automotive. I have been living in the La Crosse area for the past two years and had an issue with my vehicle last week, my local shop could not figure it out after having my truck for five days. I was in Green Bay and noticed the problem getting worse. I called the owner of Martin Auto and he replied just stop in The mechanic jumped into my truck and drove it two blocks and stated I had a bad torque converter or transmission.Unfortunately it was the transmission. Martin Auto ordered a new one got it delivered and took one day to get me up and running. The level and quality of service is beyond any other garage I have ever used. Their pricing is very reasonable and the staff is fantastic. I can t say enough about the entire experience.Service: Transmission
