These guys are top notch and know their stuff! I supplied the parts and they installed a new windshield on my 74 C10 with minimal issues! They even did the up to date GM code when installing it! It was just one call to Lakeshore glass to set up the appointment to replace our windshield. They came right to our home and took care of submitting the claim to our auto insurance. They did a great job! It was easy and convenient.

Got rear window replaced on Ford Explorer faster than Safelight. Locally installed. Cost more, but you get what you pay for. Professionally done. Thanks for the great service.

Just completed service on a chip in windshield. Josh was amazingly nice and did a great job!! Far exceeded my expectations coming to my home and completing the job in under 30 minutes. Will look nowhere else! Customer for life!

Just had my windshield replaced at Lake Auto in Howards Grove. They did a great job on my 2013 mini van. The replacement was exactly the same as the original windshield and the price was good. They finished the job in less than an hour. Thanks for the service.

I admit, I was not a good customer to work with. I was unavailable during work hours which made me difficult to get a hold of. They ordered the windshield for me, but they had to send it back because I took too long to schedule my appointment. I didn't know how insurance works so they had to help me get a claim filed last minute. Nevertheless, they order the windshield again (which came within 2 days), came to my workplace to install it, and my insurance is covering it. They provide great service even for their most annoying customers. -Renee

The service here is outstanding! Mike was every helpful and got me in right away to repair a chip in my windshield. Very pleased with the result and the cost.

They were going to fix the seal in the glass, but when they tried removing it, it broke. We had to pay extra because of the new glass but it wasn't their fault.

They came right to the house. The big names you had to take car to them plus everything was automated. You couldn't ask questions. I like the personal touch.

Hard to say much because we were on the road, got a windshield chip, tried to call a few times and got no reply so we drove by and found out they were too busy to work us in. Would have been nice if someone answered the phone when we called.
