As someone who doesn t know much about cars, this is a great place to go. Rick was amazing at listening and helping me through the process, and the price was lower compared to other shops I ve gone to. They went above and beyond, even de-fogged my headlights and I didn t ask them too!

I've been using Joe's for a few years now and they're always polite, helpful, and willing to listen to any concerns, no matter how odd I think they are. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always provide all available options and don't pressure you into making a big decision. They do not take advantage of someone for not knowing much about vehicles. They really truly seem to care about their customers!

I always have excellent service and can rely on them to give me a fair price. They have a beautiful waiting area with comfy chairs, restroom, magazines and even a fresh cup of coffee if you ask. (It used to be serve yourself before Covid). I've been bringing my Jeep here for some time now. They are always very honest with the vehicle. I've had their estimates and diagnostics checked with other mechanics and I've never been told that they were making up any problems. I used them while I went to Lakeland College (University). Now that I'm no longer at college I am trying to find as friendly and through mechanic at home and I'm missing Joe's!

Total rip off, old school rip off. Charged me 700 bucks for a tune up and didn't even change the spark plug wires.I took my car back a 2nd time because they were nice and gave me a loaner car my first time. But it seemed over priced, they were charging me 975 dollars for some front end work. So I checked around and got 3 more quotes from different places in town. 475, 550, and 675 were the others prices.Joe's was almost double the price of ANYONE else in town. They say it's because they use quality parts, but another garage told me the parts weren't near that costly, even for the highest quality.

These guys are phenomenal! The hood of my car was stuck, I called Joe's and they said they could easily squeeze me in that day. In the next 40 minutes my hood was perfect.

Friendly hometown service. Joe and John are always pleasant and will actually take you and show you on the car where the problem is. Was an hour away and helped me over the phone to try to determine the problem (no one in Milwaukee will do that)!

THANK YOU!I had an exhaust emergency just now on the interstate where my pipe suddenly let loose and was dragging. They patched me up with a scrap piece of pipe and got me back on the road in no time, right before they closed. Thank you thank you!
