These folks have the BEST service department I've ever been to in over 50 years of having cars maintained and repaired. The Service Managers are incredibly busy, but they go many, many extra miles to help customers. I live in Chilton WI, some distance away, but they unhesitatingly shuttle me to and from the dealership. They update me often on how the work is going, and if the Technicians have found any other issues that need to be addressed. That said, I've never felt pressured to have something unexpected repaired unless it is a safety issue like an airbag module. The techs do top-notch work and are on the lookout for unreported problems.Everyone I've dealt with has been incredibly friendly, patient, and--I'll say it--sweet.Just a great overall experience every time I come here.

Do not bring your car here. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and seemed to have no idea what was going on. My service advisor was not even able to list out the parts they would be replacing on my car. I was left without a car and no ETA on when it would be done for over a week. I called to check in multiple times and was hung up on or sent to voicemail. They would call back hours or days later with no update other than "we are working on it" and told me that I "need to be patient". I had to call the Parts department myself to ask if they had got my parts in, because the service advisor could not figure it out. They are taking advantage of the fact that there are no other dealer options in the area and are the laziest service department I have ever dealt with. If you have any other option at all, use that.

I wouldn t recommend this dealership after my experience. Already lost tons of money for thier mistake. After my service, my car still had issues and pretend like it wasn t their fault. They ll keep you busy by messing up your car in order for you to come back so they can take more money off of you. Would never come back to this stupid place and service advisor again.

On a Saturday I drove over an hour to this dealer after confirming the used car I was interested in was still available. We test drove the car and liked it very much. We agreed to buy it and we were told they would mark it as sold and get the paperwork in order on Monday when the rest of the staff was there. They never called so I left my salesperson a voicemail and sent an email. On Tuesday he called and said that his manager had sold the vehicle on the Friday before and didn't tell anyone. I cant believe that anyone can become the sales manager of a car dealership and operate their business this way. They didn't offer anything other than an apology and goodbye. And to make matters worse the car is still listed for sale on their website after two weeks.I encourage anyone reading this to take their business elsewhere.

Horrible experience here. Keeps getting worse. Daughter needed a vehicle after hers was totaled in an accident. Spoke with a salesman over the phone and asked if they worked out deals on new vehicles. He assured us that they do and said they had a very reasonable sales manager. This was the first lie as they wouldn't budge on price. But like I said, my daughter need a vehicle and they had one comming in. Told the salesman I'd be cosigner on the vehiclen and asked about loan rates. He assured us they would shop around for the best rates. Put a deposit down on hers and an additional vehicle. Salesman said it would only be a hold on the credit card. It wasn't, it went thru as a charge. Lie number two. Vehicle arrived and we went in for the purchase. Getting back to the rates, my credit score is above 800 yet their finance guy came out with a 16 percent rate. I told him it was unacceptable. He did his dance, ran away for a bit, and came back with 8 percent. I told him Toyota was offering 3.9 percent and that is the rate I would accept. He said because my daughter and I did not have the same address, Toyota financial would not approve the loan. I informed him that she had just purchased her previous vehicle eight months ago and the loan was approved thru Toyota financial with separate address. He ran off for his dance and came back to tell us how lucky we were, his manager, yes the manager had a manager, had some pull and got it approved thru Toyota financial. Now that the lies about rates and loans were settled I asked for the $500 college grad credit. Finance guy said she needed to be within a few months of graduating (6, I believe). I told him she had one degree in the past 6 months and was about to graduate with another. He then told us she would have had to apply online for the credit. I told him it was just applied at the dealer where she bought her previous Toyota. He said something must have changed. We completed the sale and left. I called Toyota customer service and asked if she would have had to apply for the 500 credit online. They said no, it should have been applied by the dealer. (What lie # are we on?) A few weeks after the purchase, I received a notice from the DMV stating her registration payment was due. This was incorrect, as she had transferred her previous plates. I spent a couple hours on the phone and at the DMV trying to get this corrected. The dealer had put an incorrect license number down, along with the wrong address. This mistake canceled her previous plates (which were on the new vehicle) and caused the DMV to send their notice. Finally got it corrected and thought I was done. Then, after making her first payment thru Toyotas app and making an additional payment on the app, she received a past due notice stating she had not made a payment. Once again, info that Toyota financial received was, like the DMV, incorrect. This caused us to spend a couple hours on the phone with her bank and Toyota financial. I believe we have it corrected now. Oh, the additional vehicle we were going to purchase...that was canceled. Now we are on I believe our third week of waiting for our other 500 dollar deposit to be refunded. Keep getting the runaround on it. No one seems to have the ability to make a decision. And this is one of the deposits that was supposed to only be a "hold" on the credit card. Not sure how this place operates, but if we purchase that other Toyota, it won't be here. Good luck! BTW, I don't post bs reviews. I believe they should accurately reflect a person's actual experience. That being said, I have a hard time believing all these 5 star reviews here.

Went to meet with Noah in hopes of buying a vehicle and I know more about the car than him. Did not offer me a test drive either. Gave me a low ball offer on my vehicle and a terrible price for the vehicle I want. I will never return to this store!

This dealership would not honor the price they gave me over the phone. They also tried to sneak in a $395 paperwork fee that was never mentioned. If you are calling about a car, get proof of your pricing agreement instead of going off their word like I did. They wasted 3 hours for me.

Very disappointed with my experience with Toyota of Sheboygan . I Wes trying to buy a car for last two weeks . I saw the Prius for sale and made my call to see if I can come look at the car . Later this day they called me and told me the car has an issue with one of the door and because is safety problem they can t sell it . So they assured me I can come and see the car ones they fixed the problem. After a few days I called back because nobody was calling me . They ago told me it will be a little bit of wait to fix the car but I will be the first person to see the car ! 1000% . You know when someone said - don t worry. we are proffesionals yes but NOT . You are not . After a week I called again and guess what car so sold . Someone was and looked at the car and decided will buy it . And they don t care what they promised because they going to get their bonus anyway. That don t care what they promise. They care about the MONEY . This is what Toyota is now . All about the money not about the people . Extremely poor service and very dishonest people . Be careful when doing business with them . They do not care about you . They care about the money . We all know that but at least be honest. Toyota used to be different. People in Japan don t run business like that !!! Thor word mean something!!!

I had a great experience with International Autos, specifically International Toyota. I had been searching for the right car online and found exactly what I wanted through Cars.com. My inquiries were met quickly and with all the details I needed. Devlin was a great help, enthusiastic, and easy to work with. It was a pleasure. I grabbed a quick photo of 4Runner I bought before the drive back to Colorado.

If you are looking for a dealer, and or a service shop that operates with integrity, keep looking as International Toyota is not to place. They like to bait and switch and way overcharge for service. The only service that I will have done by these jokers would be required recall work. I am so grateful I found a very reputable shop that services only imports that I trust. International Toyota is a ripoff. If you do your homework, you can find some very good mom and pops service shops that will be able to take care of your import as good and likely better at a cheaper rate than International Toyota/Honda. Steer clear of them.

Rude and unhelpful every time you need service. If you need to have your car worked on by a Toyota dealer, don t even bother trying them. 4 weeks wait time for even an OIL CHANGE

Tony was a great help. We didn't find what we were looking for but I will definitely keep this place in mind.

I would not recommend using their service department. I went in for what should have been a simple trailer hitch installation and after having my car for a week they gave it back to me with parts they attempted to put into the vehicle still attached. They could not find a solution and to cut their costs left the incorrect wiring in my vehicle to save themselves time since they weren t getting paid. As I talk with Toyota USA, they may have ordered incorrect parts as well. It says a lot about the lack of integrity in the department, so I would think twice before using their services.

Go on their website and vehicles are posted that aren't never even there. If one is "oh it's sold" but had a vehicle not for sale sign needs to be checked on it. Waste of time and gas running there.

Gage and the team are good to work with and took care of my rather unfortunate situation with professionalism. Very happy overall with my experience and I would recommend them. As a P.S.A. to anyone reading this I'd stay clear of Kia...

Best car dealer experience I have ever had.Austin and the others were very laid back about the process of a test drive and working towards a deal. They gave the freedom to drive on my own for as long as I wanted.Jimmy was great in finance and got me all taken care of and out the door in no time.I would definitely do business here again.

Waited three hours for new tires and rotation. Was quoted one price and it was then much more at pick up. Much much more. The dude was very defensive and rude. Would never ever recommend.

Bought a vehicle and was informed of an oil leak after the paperwork was started, as they were transferring plates. Was told they'd knock off the price to repair the leak. Agreed since I was from out of the area as long as the repair didn't exceed what I was informed. Took to my mechanic and the fix was over double with new parts needed. They blamed the extra work needed on my mechanic and said he may have damaged parts during the fix!? Would not work with me at all and were very rude and defensive.

I brought my car here for the first time this Tuesday to get services done. I never went here before because I always went to Wilde Toyota in West Allis where I bought my car- which is terrible. After one too many horrible experiences with Wilde Toyota's service center I was looking for another toyota dealership to work on my car. I'm glad I picked international toyota because everyone there is extremely friendly, great service, and i also didnt get lied to about things that need to get fixed soon on my car. Jim Truman was the one who was my service consultant. Thank you for my first great experience with a Toyota dealership service center. I never received the survey to fill out- so I hope this get to whoever reads the surveys so they know that my experience was great, and I will definitely be back for when my car needs service done :)

My husband and I were headed to the UP when the handle on our tailgate broke. All of our suitcases were in the covered bed and we had no way to reach them. We stopped in at International Toyota, and they were incredibly kind and helpful. They didn t have a part to fix it at the time but managed to rig something so that we could open the bed and get to our belongings. They refused to take any money for it, and sent us on our way. I definitely plan to have the tailgate fixed at International Toyota after they were so great.

There has always been a stigma about car dealerships and taking advantage of people, and while that might be the case else where it surely is not here. My salesman Noah was honest and knowledgeable and talked to me like a human and not a target. When it came to paperwork Jimmy educated me and empowered me to make the best decision for myself vs. what would make the dealership more money. It was truly a unique experience and I will be back for future vehicles.

I had nothing but a great experience this time around. The salesman, Herman, and the sales manager Shawn were attentive to my needs to get in a new vehicle fast and worked efficiently to get the exact vehicle that I wanted into their inventory for me. I had totaled my previous rav4 and purchased another, with more options. Delivery went smoothly and Toyota's financing cannot be beat. I am very pleased with my total buying experience as well as the vehicle. There were no hangups, no surprises and every detail was made clear. I'm glad to be a repeat buyer and the experience this time around was the best. Thank you!

Called minutes before closing and the car I was interested in was there and available for sale. Yet, upon arriving 10 minutes prior to opening the next day, when the doors opened the car was already sold. Also, whoever purchased the car just left it to sit at the dealership, as it was still there. Several Toyota dealers have done this to me recently. At least when they got you there they always have significantly more expensive cars they want to try and sell you.

buyer beware !bring your own scan tool , cause this dealership want's to shuffle you out the door with their as is policy when their 27 point inspection was not completed with a check engine light revealing a trans shift solenoid with a partial dirty trans fluid. I brought the dirty fluid to their attention so they added fluid and said the light is off fixed! until we left to drive home & right away shifting to od was not happening. attempting to call them the next day to advise them I scanned it & i would provide the solenoid , trans pan gasket , seal & filter and all they had to do is replace , seal & fill. Nope i get it's as is ! this is customer service? this is going above and beyond for their customers? instead i get the song and dance we have to much invested and are not willing to do a 15 min job. with the parts you are providing. never again international Toyota you're desperation for sales out weighs coming back for this kind of treatment!

After some consultation with all parties Jim the service manager squared the needs for my truck. Super hats off to Jim.The repair was no cost to me.Now that Jim had the repair made at no cost, which is logical, the seal leaked yet once again. I had taken my truck where I bought the tires for a leak. They fixed my tire but they had to inform me that the same axle seal was leaking again. At this point I take my Tundra back to International AutoI was a bet upset with Aurther the GM, and I regret some words but stand strong on ethics, because of the absence of the use of my truck, which I need, thou the loaners are nice Subaru's. I had already been without my truck for almost two weeks. The third report was they need to sleeve the axle shaft, very common for high milage vehicles, which is a very basic inspection for seal leaks. As a mechanic I fill this is mechanics 101 especially the second trip! Now Aurther doesn't want to accept that his mechanic work on my truck substandard the first and second time, even though he paid 100% the second time. I graciously offered to, of course, pay for the sleeve and a new seal. I refuse to pay for negligence.

Credit is good and have the credentials to lease or finance a vehicle .according to Toyota a bank approved me for 10-12k and less than 6 years old and under 100k miles. If you look at what they are doing they are forcing me to make at least 10k down payment to meet those standards they don t have any used vehicles in that criteria. Who wants to pay 10k for a car over 50k miles and no warranty? They don t call back and never answer the phone. When I ask about this stipulation they pretend that they have no idea what I am explaining! I am sure the person reading this knows exactly what I am saying- this is coming from a person who can afford to pay cash for a car and has the credit to finance. Buyer beware. I didn t want to talk about having money obviously I only mentioned it because of the situation they are trying to force me to agree with.

I purchased a new vehicle on 11-12-2018. This was one of the best experience that I had in sometime, as I trade about every 3 years. After a test drive and a review of the cars features, I decided on the model and trim I wanted. Bill Grunert, my sales person, and Josh Shymanski, the sales manager, worked together to search for the vehicle in the color and trim desired. They expedited the search and received the vehicle in only 3 days. Bill was friendly, courteous, and well aware of the cars features and use.Bill again, in my mind provided exceptional service as he came into the dealership on his day off to make delivery on my schedule. I want to thank Bill and Josh who helped put the deal together for the excellent service received from them. I will not hesitate to recommend these gentlemen to anyone.

Bought a new Camry from this dealership in Sheboygan. Worked with Devlin on this purchase and they were able to match the pricing of the big dealerships. He was great to work with and very knowledgeable about the car. Took advantage of the 0% financing, worked with Steve on this and the process was quick and easy. If you are looking for a Toyota would recommend this dealership.

Both of my best friends expressed how excited they were to go look at a van they inquired on at this location. Come to find out when they got there, they were letting another couple test drive it (the car my friends had inquired on and expressed interest in PRIOR to coming to the dealership which happened to be two hours away from their home) After the other people test drove it, they went to test drive it and IMMEDIATELY told the sales representative they wanted to buy it. My friends sat for at LEAST 40 minutes with their newborn baby and their other child while they had to wait for this other couple to make up their minds whether or not they wanted this vehicle (even though, like I said prior, my friends told them they wanted to BUY the vehicle immediately after the test drive) The other sales rep that was working with the couple also used the fact that my friend is a mechanic and basically had told the couple to listen to him talk up the vehicle in order to get them to make the sale. This dealerships policy is APPARENTLY not who inquires on the vehicle first or who wants to buy it first; it s apparently who test drives it first. Not only was this absolutely unprofessional but they wasted my friends time by screwing them around. I would not recommend this place to anybody. Take your business to a place that takes you SERIOUSLY and does not use you for leverage for another sale.
