Don't waste your time buying a vehicle here, spent 12k on a vehicle just for it to have issues less than 72 hours. Took a month for them to take responsibility and attempt to resolve it. Didn't trust them had to get the Part from them and install it myself. Management won't call you back after multiple attempts to speak to them. Save yourself the hassle and go to a better dealership.....

If you want to be talked to for hours on end like you are an idiot, this is the place to go. Went in with a few very specific cars I was interested in. Was told over text that I could come in to check out a Rav4. I get there and the sales guy tells me that actually it hasn't passed the WI State Inspection yet so I can't drive it and it'll be at least 1-2 weeks before it's available to finalize the purchase. But he wasn't afraid to tell me that they would want a deposit on the car. Next went inside to sit down and discuss what else may work within my budget. He went to get keys for cars that he didn't even show me and I had zero interest in (go in looking for a Manual Hatchback Civic or Rav4 and guy tries selling me a HRV???). Finally tell him that if he can work with me on numbers, I'd buy a new 2024 Civic. Tell him I won't finance longer than 72 months, and don't want to go over $300/month (I had a VERY large sum for a down payment). Comes back with an offer ranging from $327-$382/month and not even including tax/title/fees yet. Can't seem to understand that my past loan was at a higher interest rate and had 2k more on the loan and my payments were still over $80 less than he proposed. Said he wasn't a math guy so couldn't tell me why that was the situation. I walked and the next afternoon got a lengthy text filled with typos and repeating the same stuff he told me the day prior. By the text alone, it was clear he didn't listen to me at all regarding what I wanted or my concerns. Went to Morries in West Bend and found the perfect car at a great rate. I don't like leaving reviews like this, but felt like I was being lectured by my father for 4 hours of my life. I'm a young girl but I'm not stupid. He also flat out told me that their mechanics don't do a great job working on anything pre-owned if it isn't Honda, Subaru, or Toyota. He said multiple times over that I was "coming from excellent circumstances" because I had a large down payment ready to go and I had excellent credit. Felt like he was basically trying to convince me that money should be no object because I'm doing well for myself. I could go on for hours about my experience. But to put it simply, I wouldn't buy a car here. The financial guy I talked to for 10 minutes helped me more than the salesman did in 4 hours.

My sales person Devlin James had so much knowledge about the cars in the lot and was super helpful getting me through the whole process. The process towards getting a loan with them was great! Taylor did such a great job getting me a loan! Not only so but Devlin also showed me how to use all the features in my car! This place is awesome! Would recommend for everyone and will buy from here again in the future!

Would absolutely recommend Honda International in Sheboygan! We worked with salesman Brandon Schwartz. He was thorough, communicative, humble and down to earth. Not pushy at all, exactly what you want in a salesman!I had been working with another dealer on the car that I wanted, which did not come in on time nor did this other dealer communicate with me regarding the delay. In the midst of this, Brandon had reached out about the car I was needing and came down to match the price I had with the other dealer. Closed on the deal and got the car that day! Also, no after market products are put on their cars, which is also a plus in maintaining a fair price.Highly recommend Honda International of Sheboygan and go to Brandon Schwartz if you are looking for a great experience!

Just recently purchased a 2017 Honda Cr-v touring. Great service, decent selections of vehicles. Shout outs to MacKenzie, Jimmy, Rosa, and Kyle for being patient and helpful from the purchase! Recommend!

Cannot speak highly enough about the assistance I got from Glenn. Being a first time car buyer I was pretty nervous for what kind of salesman would be helping me out, but he was polite, not pushy, extremely knowledgeable about the car I was buying, and all around made it an extremely comfortable experience for me.One heads-up though: They don't accept cashier's checks. Had a snag in the financial portion of the process because of that, and though the team did a wonderful job of problem solving, that final financial portion wasn't the most comfortable experience ever. Still a 5 star review due to the stellar help I got from Glenn though. I recommend trying to get him if you're planning on going here. I couldn't be happier with my new car, and I'm definitely satisfied with the overall buying process!

Great car-buying experience with Gary Meyer. Quick communication, even on his day off, and he stayed late to make sure everything went smoothly. Everything was ready to go when we arrived, and he offered to setup all the tech on the car (carplay, bluetooth, etc.). John in Finance got us all setup as well, and made the transaction smooth. No games, no hassle. Thanks Gary and John.

Super slow service and they did not call me back after I tried contacting them 2-3 different times. I had an oil change, tire rotation and an open recall repair (Honda app stated it s about 2 hours but may vary). I waited until 1pm as they stated it should be done by noon/lunch time. Note that I had an appointment set with them at 7:30am. It is now about 4pm. On the first call, one of the employees tried contacting them at the service center and told me they left them a voicemail and that they would get back to me ASAP. 1 hour later, no call back. So, I called them back and got transferred to the service department. It went to voicemail, which I left a voicemail. No call back for another hour. So it s been 2 hours now. Finally, I called them at 3:51pm and they had to page them. They finally got a hold of someone that was able to give me an update. Noonish/lunch time ended up being 4pm and I had dropped my car off early in the morning too. What a waste of a day on my day off of work too. SMH!

Recently had the opportunity to do business with Jordan K at International Honda. He was kind, courteous, and well informed about the vehicle and the process. Unlike most salesmen I ve run into, he didn t push the car on me. Rather, he shared information and gave us options. He helped us from start to finish through the purchase, and I m glad I was able to do business with him. 10/10 would recommend.

Jordan was our salesperson for a trade in and purchase of a used 2018 vehicle and we would like to commend him on a few things. First he was very flexible with us in meeting us and getting the test drives ready for each of us on different days. His communication by text and phone calls, even off hours, was outstanding. Even on the purchase day, we had some issues come up with our bank and a relative, and he just rolled with the flow. Very understanding! Keep up the great work!

First guy I meet was very attentive,then he made a call to check if I qualified and all when flat like a tier..guess if you don't have atleast 2,000 and a score of 750 or more to put down on a car you can stay home then. I felt the could do more to help me.but I didn't have cash. Or to low score 600

I just purchased a used vehicle from International Honda, and I am extremely pleased with my experience.My salesman, Gary Meyer was a pleasure to do business with, from start to finish! He worked with me to achieve the best possible outcome.He was friendly, professional, and always easy to get ahold of.This dealership's management treated me with respect even though I was not buying a particularly expensive vehicle. I highly recommend them (and Gary! ) to anyone looking for a reputable car dealership!

Having been Nissan owners for many, many years, my wife and I had never been to International Autos and didn't know much about the dealership or staff. We needn't have been worried however, and our car purchase ended up being a very positive experience. All the staff, and especially our salesperson, Gary, were extremely friendly and helpful. We did not feel pressured to buy immediately and all our concerns were addressed in a very professional manner. We are pleased that we made the switch to Honda and glad that we have a first-rate dealership here as we always want to buy locally if we can.

Mark Marusich was great! Everything was well explained and he was very calm and patient with me since it was my first time at a dealership. The process went smooth. He was great at communicating every time I had a question he would always make sure to provide the best answer. He made us feel welcomed the moment we entered the door. I was really nervous since I feel like I had really no idea on cars or insurance etc but he explained all that to me very well . He wasn t at pushy at all! We went at my pace and always made sure I understood everything. I definitely recommend him as a salesman! You won t be disappointed.

I bought my car over the phone and my first contact was with Reggie, a salesman. He took his time to explain everything and also took the time to listen. It was such a truly wonderful experience.I also dealt with Michael for all the paperwork and Danny, a salesman. Trust me, everyone there is amazingly friendly and are willing to help you outThe dealership itself if clean and beautiful to make your car buying experience all that more special. My car was inside in a heated garage with lots of windows so you can admire your choose and keep it out of the weather until you're ready to go.A car buying experience that will make you a fan too!

The Honda is Sheboygan is absolutely fantastic! My husband and I were traveling from Milwaukee to "Up North" over the summer when we had an unexpected tire issue. We called around and no mechanics were able to help us. As a last resort, we thought we'd try the Honda dealership and they told us they would figure something out for us. We had our CRV towed there. They patched up our tire and didn't even charge us. So friendly, so helpful. I highly recommend buying a car from them - you will get great service. Thanks again guys!

We did not end up purchasing from this dealership, but Gary was very professional and supportive the entire time we ere there discussing the new CRV and during our test drive. We definitely recommend working with him and will do so in the future if possible!

I wanted a new car but never really looked forward to the car-buying experience. Well, I m in my new car and Devlin helped to make the car-buying experience a breeze. He listened to what was important to me and matched me up with the best car for me. He answered all my questions and concerns very professionally and thoroughly. He was easy to talk with and I believe he truly wanted to be sure I was not just satisfied, but happy! I love love love my car but if/when I need a new one, I ll definitely return to International Honda and ask for Devlin. I highly recommend that you do too!

We recently purchased a new Honda from International Honda in Sheboygan from sales rep Gary Meyer. It was the best new car purchasing experiences we have had. Gary was so thorough in explaining and demonstrating all of the features of our new vehicle (which we found most helpful), the negotiated price held (no trying to change things),very professional and helpful. We appreciated Ericka Thompson's approach in providing information regarding the extended warranty options that are available. No pressure just information. Like I said, the best new car buying experience yet!

Salesman and manager were great. Knowledgeable and informative. While purchasing last week, the person sending in the loan to the bank was rude, began interrupting consistently, and condescending once I told her I didn't want to get an unnecessary warranty. Will not purchase from them/her again. Ruined the happy feeling of buying a new car.

I had recently bought a 2012 Chrysler 200 from International Honda auto. And I had the pleasure of working with Devlin. It was my first time purchasing a vehicle and Devlin went out of his way to make my first buying experience the best. He made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I was well taken care of and I love my new car! Overall, I had a great first buyer experience.

Reggie did a great job! When we arrived for our test drive, he had the car I was interested in freshly washed and ready to go! He was completely transparent regarding the history of the car, and the price of the car was below market value. A great car buying experience!

I was apprehensive when buying my new car due to lack of knowledge in the matter, however this dealer worked hard to put those apprehensions to rest. Knowledgable, charismatic, and patient, Danny was willing to answer any questions or concern I had and was dedicated to making sure I was informed on the decision I was making. He didn't push for any specific sale but instead made sure I was making the choice I wanted to and was happy with said decision. An excellent salesman, I cannot recommend him enough.
