Was greeted promptly by Sales Manager, Herman, who was absolutely wonderful. Personable, accommodating, and professional. He handed us off to a nice salesman who took us for a test drive and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend this no-hassle, excellent dealership.

Overall, I think this place has good people. The service department has a lot of room for improvement though. I take my prius here for all of the service needed. Normally, they have been pretty good (thus not giving them a lower rating). The last two times there have been horrible though. Last month, I went to get brakes taken care of. I dropped the car off at 8:00am for my 8:30am appointment. A tech was finally getting to the car around 2pm or so. I was told when I dropped it off they would start on it right away. Not a huge deal since I wasn't sitting there waiting. Yesterday, I was in for an oil change. Once again, I was told they would get right to it and I'd be out of there quickly. 2 hours later it was finally done. They didn't even start to work on the car until about an hour after the scheduled appointment. Apparently, they had been swamped all morning, which I understand can happen. The techs had to take a late lunch due to this, which I'm ok with. Everyone needs to eat/get a lunch break. What I'm not ok with is their lack of communication. If that was the case and they were aware of it, they should communicate it. If they had, I could have taken care of errands I had to run and brought the car back in an hour rather than sitting there waiting. Or I could have had them drop me off at home and picked the car up later, rather than sitting there. I'll more than likely keep going back for service, but doubt I will wait there again while service is completed.

If you are wanting to get talked down to and treated poorly and try to get pushed into making a purchase with pressure, this is the place for you. It started ok, but we had made an appointment at a local mechanic to have a quick once over during our test drive time- the IA salesperson (John), turned red. He was instantly defensive, annoyed and started badmouthing mechanics that look at cars. His attitude continued to degrade from there. He tried to make up stuff when the certified mechanic brought up issues- and when we asked him more about what he said, he couldn t expand. There were several minor issues that he claimed were super cheap fixes, which we were willing to drive back to Sheboygan to have fixed because he said they have people that do those fixes. When we asked again about this, he started with the fine, leave. We can sell this car six times over by the morning. Though he s only been with them for about a year, he didn t know answers to most of the questions we asked. Then, when he was talking down to us at the end came the I m the expert here, those issues are ridiculous to not buy this vehicle for .. Now he started texting us first thing this morning.would not recommend or return.Prices were a bit higher than some of the other vehicles in the same range we ve been looking at, but not terrible.

Called them about a Subaru. Offered them a price ..they insisted I drive an hour to come in and negotiate a price once I drive it. Hit me up with every sales tactic under the sun...you paying cash? You getting loan? Come in and drive it we will then negotiate...I guess they never plan on selling vehicles to someone that can't drive in. This place gives me salesman slimeball vibes. Just give people a price for God sakes

This place is a pathetic excuse for a dealership. First time financing a vehicle and it was a terrible experience, first off it was a huge run around on whether I was approved or denied, it started with "yeah we can get you approved" and then turned to "were not getting you approved on the vehicle you want" then it changed to "youre approved." The guy who sold me the vehicle was so focused on bonuses and that was it, I get being concerned about money as times are rough but they're rough for everyone and screwing over the customers who are supporting your business is completely unacceptable. They told me my vehicle had a small exhaust leak and that was all that is wrong with it and that they were going to fix it because "they stick roughly $1,500 to in to each used vehicle before selling it which they did not, seems like they're tech isn't very mechanically inclined. They sold me the vehicle with winter tires on it in the middle of summer which is not good for the tires whatsoever. They let me drive the vehicle in the parking lot with no buyers guide or inspections done on the vehicle but didn't let me test drive the vehicle on the road before going through with it, makes no sense to me, felt forced in to it but beyond the point I ended up driving it off the lot and instantly could tell the vehicle had problems as is was clunking when i was turning and making metallic sounds when putting shifter in to 5th gear so I had my mechanic drive it and he said something is either shot in the linkage or inside the transmission and also found out I had bad control arm bushings as well so I instantly stuck $500 in to the vehicle just to get it road safe. I contacted the dealership about everything and they proceeded to transfer me to someone's voice-mail in which I left a message to call me back and no one ever did so I called again and it was the same thing. They can't even stand behind their vehicles/work so they won't talk to me which is probably for the best because I would definitely put them in line. This is completely unacceptable from a dealership and I'll will NEVER return to this dealership for a vehicle or to have work done a vehicle. I forgot to mention they were running applications to get me approved they applied my co-signer and I for a vehicle that we didn't even talk about or look at, I wasn't even considering it so I don't get why they thought that was acceptable. If you're looking for a vehicle run far away from this dealership, theyre a sleazy dealership and I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to go to this dealership. I hope this dealership gets shut down because they are screwing over the customers who are literally supporting their business. The owner should be ashamed of this establishment

We saw a beautiful Toyota Tacoma on the lot. We met with Jordan Klock he gave us a informative overview of the truck. Went for a test drive where he explained more of the features. Got back to the lot worked some numbers and received a good deal. Went back a few days later to pick it up, The truck was all cleaned up and beautiful. He had me look it over to be sure there wasn t anything I found unacceptable. Overhaul a great experience.

Purchased a new car that didn't have a promised feature. Took a little bit of time, but in the end, they got me what I needed, at no additional cost to me. Since they took care of me, I will very likely buy my next vehicle from them aswell.

Gage sold me a vehicle 3 months ago and it already has issues overheating. I took it into a repair shop today and they said it's probably a head gasket! I was supposed to leave on a big trip tomorrow and now I have no vehicle, and who knows how much the repairs will cost. Gage assured me it was a solid, reliable vehicle. I've been told it's also leaking oil. I am so upset and irritated. I drive children in this vehicle every day and he knew that I needed something that wouldn't have issues.

We bought our Outback here. The young man who sold us our car was really nice and helpful. It was a pleasant experience.Getting service on our new car is an ongoing nightmare. They put an annoying short cut on our touch screen, that they refuse to remove. My wife called to set up an oil change. After nearly 5 minutes someone with a heavy accent answered the phone. Got an appointment in Illinois which was useless. After several attempts we FINALLY got an appointment in Sheboygan. Had to call the Toyota dealer to get through to Suburu. Two hours for an oil change. They wouldn't do anything else except try to get us to buy a new set of tires. Told my wife our tires had dry rot. These are the tires that came with the car with only 20,000 miles on them. While the purchase was pleasant enough, the service department cost them a star.

Really loved the experience, everyone was so helpful, from our sales rep to the GM, they got things DONE, and walked out with a first car! Mark helped answer all our questions and was able to work out a very good deal. Super friendly, super accommodating, definitely recommend International Autos!

The service was abysmal. All we wanted to do was get a tire replaced on a 2021 Toyota. Multiple times the guy forgot about us, then said that they couldn't get the tire we needed, but could get a more expensive tire. We were so disgusted with the service, we called a different Toyota dealership (Green Bay) and were able to promptly get our tire appointment scheduled. Green Bay had the tire that we needed (and this place couldn't find) in stock. We called multiple times to try to get the service manager and left repeated messages but have yet to hear back. I have no use for this place. For all of your Toyota needs, do yourself a favor and SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!

I wouldn t buy a car from them if they were the last new car dealership in the country. Maybe people have caught on that the Honda 1.5t engine is junk, so they have to send you 30 emails a day attempting to sell their garbage

Excellent service from the time I called, to working with sales person, Andrew H. Great car, and they gave me a great price! Looking forward to picking it up!EDIT: I must change my review, reluctantly, due to my experience actually BUYING the car. Once you are sold on it, it seems the sales courtship honeymoon fades quickly. I was a assured a 3 yr 36K mile bumper to bumper warranty on this certified vehicle, only to have this company reneg and try to sell me a Honda plan 10% of the negotiated price. This statement was made in front of a witness. Andrew H, when questioned on this, seemingly went into a rehearsed rebuttal of never making that claim. As a limited income person, I didnt have the luxury of fighting at that moment. It was apparently fruitless with cronyism abound. Commonplace unethical sales: bait and switch. I am either naive or the world is just so untrustworthy you need to record every encounter when money is involved. Went through with the sale because I needed the car, planning on seeking a righteous conclusion to the sales persons blatant lie, only to, so far, have recieved a topped off gas tank "to make up for the misunderstanding." The tank holds $20 in fuel. It was another slap in the face. I will retract this if it is made right by the dealer, or will seek out help from Consumer Protections. Balls in their court. I am a fair person. This is compounded by: $140 charge for a spare key Loose indicator light, front driver's side, that was "going to be looked into," only to recieve the answer at the time of purchase that, "it would raise the cost of the vehicle." Claim that an oil change was performed upon them recieving the car, only to find that it had 70% oil life left in a car requiring an oil change every 7K miles. Despite notification of me picking the car up and asking for the car to be ready, I came with cash in hand, and it was not ready. After a long wait, they presented to me the car with a rushed detail job, and two missing floor mats. While I do like the car, what I was ACTAULLY given at time of purchase was NOT what the sales person or dealership sold me.ANOTHER EDIT: Approximately THREE WEEKS after my purchase, a rep called me and asked "how am I going to pay for the 2nd key, you know, the one usually included with all vehicles. I already went through the point of sale! When I paid, I was paying for everything. I really do not know what is wrong at this dealership. As you see, I did not remove my initial impression. I absolutely wanted to like this dealership.

Shared exact nature of how and when my A/C goes out. Mine for example starts normal cold then stops blowing cold at all and is cabin 85 someodd degrees. We tell them I've found if I turn off all my ac,.no fan, no colder setting and wait for like 5 minutes and try the ac again and it works perfectly like it just rolled.off the lot.2 car drop offs later and were.sure we have it at almost $1,100 USD. Which would fine if say they actually repaired my ac at for the money exchanged to do so.

SCAMMERS. BAIT AND SWITCH.This place falsely advertises trade in values that they don't honor. Super scummy. THEIR website estimated my car just over 20k and they offered me 16k when I got there. I asked why, since my car is in fantastic condition AND I set the bar low on the online offer so it should've been higher and EVERY other dealership offered 20k to 23k. They said they have to charge $1500 to recondition (mentioned nowhere), and they didn't have an excuse for the rest of it. They asked my credit score (apparently for no reason) yet based my interest rate on a standard rate of 8.99 instead of actually running my credit. I asked to run my actual credit for a legit rate and they did not. Very frustrating, especially when you know market rate is around 5% and the value of your car is atleast 5k more (trade in value) than offered. Waste of time.

I walked in to look at SUVs. They had none and nobody was there. The showroom was empty of cars and sales people. I went to the Ford building, and walked around. Nobody came up to me to say hello. I left, never to return. Went to Honda and drove a nice CRV.

Set up a 2pm appointment. 5 minutes after arrival I was told they didn't have a technician available. Would I reschedule for 2pm the next day, sure. The next day I called at 1:00 to confirm if they had a tech. He didn't know but would have someone call me right back. (I made it clear I had a 30 min drive in) At 1:35, I called again and got the same answer. I asked for the service manager. And was told someone would call me right back.At 1:55 ( 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment), I got a call asking me what my concern was with my car. This is NOTcustomer service.

Buying a car has never been so quick and painless for me! Devlin was great! I went in with a pretty good idea of what I wanted and left that day with my new car. He made sure we felt comfortable, never felt pressured, and he answered every question we had! Come here and you will be well taken care of. So happy with my experience!

The experience was great, from Andy Lee in sales to Jimmy in finance. Everything went smoothly. Everyone was very friendly, including the GM who checked-in throughout the process. The sale and trade-in were efficient. I am very happy with my purchase and my experience overall.

I bought and have serviced my vehicle at International Autos for over a year.I recently had my vehicle in for a map update which is included in the Honda warranty. I got a call that the vehicle was ready to be picked up. Upon leaving the dealership I could tell the maps weren t working, in fact they were locked up so I immediately returned. They worked on my vehicle another hour while I waited and was told they could not figure out the problem and would call corporate early Monday morning as this was a Friday. I was also told they used to have a guy who was very good at this but he no longer worked there. This will soon be 2 weeks later and I am still waiting for a call back even after leaving 5 more messages. Today I was told my only option is to leave another message, which I did, because their paging system is not working. I absolutely feel like I am getting no where. I told the receptionist this is a very poor way to run a business and they will be losing customers because of this. I do not recommend this business to anyone !! If I could give no stars I would but it wouldn t let me post that way.

Ill lead with the positive. The staff was friendly, attentive and responsive, although I have yet to go to a dealership where they aren t. The facility itself was clean and presented well. The ease of obtaining a loan was up to expectation. The negative: I purchased a 2013 Audi A6 in July 2021. Within the few months that I have had the car, starting within the first week I have had to change the rotors because they were warped and then had to change the breaks due to the warped rotors. When we had asked them about the breaks and rotors, we were assured that it was due to rust and they needed to be burnished as the car had been sitting for a while. I had to change the windshield wipers immediately because they started falling apart. I had to change the tires because we received winter, weather checked tires (one even shredded on the highway). I had to have 2 recalls fixed that were not taken care of before my purchase. The rear middle airbag is messed up and the car presents an air bag light. The abs light has also intermittently come on from the start. Had to replace the left front speed sensor which was corroded severely which could have been immediately noticed if a thorough inspection had been done on the car. The Abs light is still present in which it is likely to be the abs module ($1000+ repair) . Overall this dealership sold a car that was in awful mechanical condition. I had been talked out of any type of warranty due to the age of the vehicle as well so I have nothing to fall back on with all of these repairs that have needed to be done. As a single mom with two kids living on one income, it was of the utmost importance to have a reliable, safe car, suitable for winter especially living in WI. Instead of this dealership selling me a car that met these expectations, they sold me a vehicle that has now cost me an additional $2000+ right off the bat with issues that still need to be repaired. If you want to go to a dealership with friendly staff, a nice facility, but junk cars, then this is the place for you!Edited: I forgot to add that shortly after receiving the vehicle my oil light came on stating it was below the level needed. There are no oil leaks so this means that the gaskets are bad OR the more likely scenario based on other reviews is that they didnt actually change the oil like they indicated. Please trust these one star reviews! Go elsewhere with your money! If they decide to fix my issues I will update this review but it looks unlikely.

About five months ago we came to your dealership for the first time cuz my family decided we were switching from Chevy to Honda. It didn't take us long before we were test driving your 2019 Honda Pilot and we were hooked. We decided to buy that day and we drove it home. Two or three days passed and the low tire pressure sensor came on for the front passenger tire. I looked and didn't see anything in the tire so I went to put air in. That lasted about five or six day's until the low tire pressure sensor came back on. I scheduled a appointment at Fleet Farm in Plymouth to have the tire looked at. They did find a small nail closer to the sidewall of the tire so it could not be repaired. After thinking and talking about this with my wife we both agreed that on our test drive we both mentioned that the vehicle did say the passenger front side tire was a few pounds lower then all the rest of the tires. We both thought it was odd but didn't give it much thought bc it was winter and things like that happen. (live and learn I guess) This vehicle couldn't sit more than four or five days on your lot without having to put air in the tire, that being said I'm positive people at your company were well aware of this situation but did nothing about it. Pretty unbelievable to think a dealership would know this and not fix this issue before selling this vehicle. I've had some bad dealership encounters but putting my family in a vehicle with a damaged tire because your dealership wanted to save money instead of a life (Possibly) is by far the worst. I'm just glad the tire didn't blow out. After spending $33,953 dollars with your company that day I was not very happy having to buy all new tires three weeks after buying a new vehicle. I was planning on bringing my vehicle to your company for all repairs but this situation makes me very worried about your dedication and appreciation of your customers. No one should buy from these people. I emailed this to them two weeks ago and haven't even got a reply. They are only nice until the check clears. What a joke of a company

I recently purchased a vehicle and was lucky enough to have Mark as my salesman. He was very honest and upfront about all aspects of the vehicle (a rare quality in a car salesman). He went above and beyond to make sure that the vehicle not only met my expectations, but exceeded them. I took delivery while he was out on vacation, but he still called me on his day off to make sure that everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

We had a great experience buying a vehicle here! We worked with Danny Castillo. He was very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable about the vehicles. I would certainly reach out to him specifically when buying at this location as he seemed to really care about his customers! We hope to maintain a positive experience as we bring our car to be serviced at this location in the future.

Dave S gave me a great price (considering the market), was very prompt with his communication, and ultimately the reason I bought from him is I felt he was honest. Was an easy and smooth transaction, and would recommend this dealer.

I ll start by saying the sales process was amazing. The after process is not consumer friendly. Me and my boyfriend bought a car from them 3 weeks ago. But after a two weeks, not even, of driving the transmission started to go out. They did not inform us that this car has transmission problems that was already fixed 44,000 miles ago. We called them they told us to bring it in on Tuesday, 6 days after it started acting up. Tuesday rolls around and they call us saying don t take the car here we don t have to proper equipment to look/fix the car so now we have to wait another week before the car can even get looked at. Me and my boyfriend sat down and talked about it. And as much as I love how the car drives. If it s going to continually breakdown due to a transmission issue we don t want it. That is a HUGE liability. We call and ask if we can take it back and we had to jump through hoops for three days, just in order to be told that paper we signs stating 30 day return policy is in fact not true and they can not do anything for us. Now i am out of a car. Do NOT buy a car from this company! They treat you nice then once they get your money they flip a switch and are rude! If I could it would be 0 stars

I worked with Austin, who saved me from a bad purchase choice at a different dealership. I felt taken care of and that he really cared about getting me in the best vehicle to serve all my needs and wants at a price I could afford! He answered all my questions and kept telling me I could reach out to him at anytime, when I did he responded right away! Thanks Austin! The sales consultant I worked with, Steve, was also great! He explained everything to me so I would understand. He was quick but efficient-very appreciated in this busy world. Thanks for taking care of me guys, and for being so patient, I will be back again!

Great experience. We recently purchased a used vehicle from Gary Meyer. We knew what vehicle we wanted to test drive and he had it all ready for us. He answered any questions we had and is a "no pressure" salesman. We dealt with Erica in financing and she is very fast, accurate and has a great personality. All the other employee were very friendly as well. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle here.
