So I've been looking for a good, honest, and fair priced mechanic in Sheboygan for quite some time. Wally from Kiel Auto is all this but not as local. I trust Wally as I do Gasper's. They run the same way in the qualities everyone looks for. I had brought my van there for a break leak and they found the issues and repaired them quickly and for a fair price. I will never ever go to any other place as they do good work. The van is now in there again for suspension issues from having someone else do the work and bailed out. I brought it to Gasper's as I know they will again make sure that I'm safe on the road again. I'm very pleased with their work, pricing, and customer service and strongly recommend this place to anyone with issues. I already referred my best friend there as he is happy with the service as well. Thanks again Gasper's!!!

Sold me a bad battery called "Ameristart" that I never heard of before. Give me a refund. Very rude told one lie after another. Very aggressive and threatening behaviour. The battery I had was good to begin with and I'm still driving with it. Offered no warranty with the bad battery that he said was new. Wrote on the receipt that the battery was Labor in one spot and shop supplies in another. Be very careful with this guy get your old part back to make sure he installed the new one. Also check your receipt from him for any warranties implied.

I called to get my brakes serviced. They were able to get my car in the next day, and they had my car ready for me a few hours after I brought it in. They finished the job quickly and their great customer service was fantastic. I highly recommend Gaspers! I will be back for future service.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Had my headlight housing replaced and both blinkers fixed - these guys are awesome! Polite, friendly, did great work and did it really fast! I'm very impressed, best treatment I've received as a woman at an auto shop. Highly recommend!

I had gone to these guys for oil changes for a couple of years, because my stepdad referred me, and at first I thought they were pretty good, and lowest in price... well after COVID, I guess they went downhill because the price for an oil change jumped from about $35 to$59.00!!! I was shocked.I had other car issues that they played dumb about and couldn't even give me any straight answers about a loud noise my car made, while driving, even AFTER I brought it in for oil changes, when I suggested it was my alternator, they had no clue what it was (or just didn't want to tell me)!And to top that off, they say they top off ALL fluids, when doing oil changes... well they had no clue, (the last time I brought it in for the oil change, that they charged $25 more, than the last time), that they FORGOT to top off my BRAKE FLUID, which was completely bone dry!! I guess they didn't care if it would've caused me an accident, and only about MAKING MORE MONEY!So, I asked Walmart auto to check my tires, since I bought them there, and if they could find anything wrong because I heard rubbing, and was told by a coworker that it could be brake fluid issues, and Walmart was nice enough to check it for FREE, and told me my brakes fluid was dry (even though they don't do those services)!!! They helped me find the right fluid, so I could FILL IT MYSELF!!!Incompetent people at Gaspers! I will never go back there! I guess they like to try to make an extra few bucks off women, because they think we're too stupid, to see through the dishonesty. Sorry guys, but you suck.

They are prompt in getting things done and taken care of. The guys at Gasper are great. I have been going here for 2 years and I always recomend them because they are incredibly nice. Thier prices are reasonable and they will explain the prices or anything else if you want more information! As a woman who knows next to nothing about cars I feel confident they are not trying to trick me or get me to do work that doesnt need done. They are always respectful and polite!Service: Brakes

After getting a scary and expensive inspection report from the car dealership, I decided to come here for a second opinion. I am so glad I did. They took a look and said all the issues that were pointed out were no issue at all and everything looked. Not only that, but they were generous enough to rig the cracked bumpers. Honest, quality customer service is hard to come by, and these guys are nailing it!

I've been a customer for over 20 years. They're always friendly and cater to my curiosity by showing me what needs to be repaired and why (I love learning how things work). I'll be a loyal customer until I can't drive anymore. And even then, I'll still recommend them!

I definitely recommend Gasper's auto! We had two vehicles that needed repairs and got a referral from a neighbor. I'm glad we listened. The time to get an appointment was short and the turn around to get both vehicles was relatively short. And the cost of fixing both vehicles is a fraction of what the dealership quoted us at. I know I will be going back for any repairs I need on my vehicles.

Ever since Gasper's changed hands, they have given VERY poor customer service AND car service. They fixed my belts, but forgot to put the cover back on, and now I need to get it repaired elsewhere. I've been a loyal customer for many years, but I just can't deal with the bad attitudes any longer. My advice is to take your vehicle elsewhere and work with a company who cares about their customers.

Had a dead battery. Called and Steve told us to bring the car in after we get a jump. He got us a new battery and within a few minutes we were on our way. Very, very reasonable. Super guys!!!! We will be doing all our auto needs there from now on.

The guys (Brian, Steve and Alex) at Gasper s are the best. Straight forward with their customers. They will tell you if they can fix a problem. I called for a last minute oil change and not only did they provide great speedy service, but discovered I had a stripped oil plug and got me a new one delivered to the shop and replaced all in under 30 minutes. I would highly recommend!

This is the second time I have had my car at Gasper's and both times they were amazing. Had my car fixed and back to me in 2 hours and the service and rates are very reasonable. Great machinic shop!

I called there for a quote on replacing a catylitic converter. I was given a good price, so I took it there with the intention of replacing the catalytic converter. I had informed him of having my van tested at autozone prior to coming, and was pretty certain I needed a catylitic converter. I was told it was just an 02 sensor, and nothing more. He told me the code for the converter never showed up. I had the 02 sensor replaced. I drove it for a couple of weeks, and the check engine came back on. I took it back to Gaspers, and I was told it is now the catylitic converter. I left and called around to other mechanic shops. I was told that the code would have shown regardless. So I called Gaspers to see if he would make it right with me. He refused. I do not recommend.

Was just there to get a resistor replaced, top notch mechanics, very fast and very good.. I've been to plenty in Sheboygan and gaspers is the best. I will be using them from here on out..
