I did a tire replacement there, and everything was fine. I received a good price deal. Before I went there I did online research on prices and Firestone had the best deal for my vehicle. The service is done fast so the waiting time was shorter than I expected. The lady at the counter was very nice and helpful.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The tech actually came in and said my tires looked great and I didn't need the rotation. Most places nowadays are trying to nickel and dime you so it was nice to see a place that actually tried to save you some money

If you're having Firestone change your tires over, be explicit about whether you want your old tires, even if they don't ask.I had a winter tire change-over with tires that I already owned, so they were loaded into my car before the appointment. I had assumed that my all-season tires would be loaded back into my car after the change-over, but they were chucked into a pile of other tires instead. A very nice worker (manager?) started looking for my tires right away but was only able to find two. I was told that he could look again later that night or tomorrow. I called once at 11AM the next day (this was apparently too early) and then again at 5PM where they said they'd look right then. At 5:15PM they called me back and had the tires.I now have my previously lost property, but I do feel that the mishandling of my property was very unfortunate. I don't think I can recommend Firestone based on this experience, although I have had perfectly acceptable experiences in the past.

I asked for receipt for oil change an fluids so I can check they work and see if they fill in everything they say for fluids and oil and more, and he said We do courtesy checks, don t worry then when I got my car back and check and things were NOT filled.Get it, accidents but being told things be alright is different then just hoping they did work a not say such reassurance.Manager, make sheets for them mark off or don t say certain stuff of guarantee. Very awkward when I seen that employee when I came back in.

I made a 2nd appt. They did not intake all the given information on the care that was requested. As the employer stated the first appt that I needed a new control arm, and serpentine belt. That's why I took the car in a week later with the 2nd appt,employee put in computer that the appt was for only belt and as requested by customer tire rotation.they did not replace control arm. First appt. Was scheduled for an alignment. Car was done correctly, very pleased at performance for work that they did do.

It's all about trust! With every interaction, the team at the Sheboygan Firestone continues to act with integrity. They are honest and upfront about the status of my vehicle. Unlike at other shops, I have never felt a false sense of urgency or been pressured into purchasing frivolous services here. They build loyal customers because they do the right thing. I am so grateful for Sara, Jeremey, and the whole team.

I went in for my tire appointment right before a long trip, and they didn t have my tires. Sara (service manager), called a few other firestones that were on my route to where I was heading, and she got them to squeeze me in. She was absolutely amazing, thank you Sara!

I had my oil changed, and my tires rotated. The service was fast and friendly. The prices seemed fair. They finished up early, which is always nice.

I had taken a set of custom wheels to Firestone to have the old, sidewall-blown tires off that was caused by a pothole in the local Target parking lot. When I took the wheels there, they told me that the tires their site said they had in stock, were in fact out of stock. Those tires were priced around $85/tire.After informing me they would not see those particular tires until 2 weeks from now, they said the cheapest set of (2) tires for the front of my Lincoln would be $160/tire! After installation costs, the bill was $395! Again, that was for 2 tires, NOT 4.Now, the price wasn t why I gave this place 3 stars. Frankly, I was also disappointed with how they handled my wheels and tires. When I had taken the wheels in, they had chrome valve stem caps on. When I had gotten the wheels back, they had BLACK caps on them. So, I had chrome caps on my rear wheels which didn t go to Firestone to be replaced, and I had black caps on the tires that were replaced. Now, my issue isn t the fact that they took $5 away from me in valve stem caps, my issue is that they were made aware what these wheels and tires were going on (a 2005 Lincoln Town Car that goes to Car Shows), and still just disregarded that fact and threw MY stuff away. I repeat, IT S NOT THE MONEY, IT S THE DISREGARD OF SOMEBODY ELSE S PROPERTY.Now, I went back and complained and they DID fix the issue. They gave me 4 new chrome valve stem caps for my car. The Service Advisor, Jenny handled the situation professionally, quickly, and with grace. She is without a doubt one of the best CSR s I ve had the pleasure of working with.All in all, I would recommend Firestone, because even if they do present an issue, they take care of the matter immediately and try to help you the best they can. I will definitely return to have tires installed, but personally, I have 17x9 and 17x10 wheels on my car - maybe I ll be bringing my own tires to install.

Panic flat tire at 7 am. These guys are amazing. I had a rental vehicle, tire was flat. They repaired it with a patch. Then put tire back on hangar on truck, replaced my jack, topped off the fluids. Amazing! Thank you all so much and done in 30 minutes.

I'd say I'm pretty mechanically inclined and I do all of my own work on the car. I paid 20 bucks for them to make me wait 2.5 HOURS in the lobby to tell me that they aren't going to align my car. The tech claimed somebody swapped a 2.0 liter into my car... but it comes from the factory with a 2.0 liter. Don't trust the techs or the sales people. They make up problems that don't exist or are from something else entirely. The tech claimed my squishy brakes were from the old brake fluid and not the HUGE amount of air in the line. Claimed that my driver side inner tire rod was bad when it wasn't. Their whole business is trying to upsell services to people who don't know any better. Absolutely embarrassing that the techs and sales reps would rather try to make a quick buck and be careless than provide quality services. I know people who've had bad experiences here too. My buddy's car was in for an alignment and they somehow managed to scratch it up too. Good job guys.

We were driving to Door County on a Sunday and realized we had a screw in our tire. We were able to get an appointment quickly and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable! We were in and out in an hour and very happy with the service! Especially since we have a Tesla and not everywhere would be able to service our car. Thanks!Service: TiresService: Tires

I made an appointment to get some tires online and was called a little while after saying they didn't have an appointment opening at that time. Even though I was able to make it online with no issue. It even recommended it to me. Then they rescheduled me for today at 4p which I was ok with. This morning, I got an email saying my appointment is for Monday at 1p. Which I know I didn't make because I will be at work that day until 630p. So I called, and they said they had no openings and that what I had to take if I wanted tires. I told them to cancel it, and not only did I fine the same brand and everything for tires at Walmart, but they can get me in at 4 p.m. tomorrow. Sorry, not sorry. I really enjoyed the service in the past at this Firestone. But they REALLY dropped the ball and did nothing to accommodate the issue, which was obviously on their side. If you're looking for tires, don't pay extra to get pushed around. Shop around and find the deals, and a place that will accommodate your schedule.

Experienced a flat tire while passing through Sheboygan on a Sunday. No one was available, including OnStar and AAA. They were very gracious to fit us in and promptly swapped out the flat tire for our spare. Very impressed with Jeremy the service manager.

Satisfied would be an understatement. Cannot thank Jeremy (the manager) enough for all of the help he s been and how kind he was through this all. My moms thermostat and coolant hose needed to be replaced very suddenly and they were able to get us in the same day and let us know that one of the parts would not arrive until the next day, which was perfectly fine. Car was fixed in a very timely manner, also come to find out that her water pump was completely shot, however we were unaware and they changed it FREE OF COST. I d say I was lying if I didn t almost tear up!! Repairs initially were costly, and this would have added another $600-$700 to have repaired. Firestone has earned a customer for life, and again cannot thank the technicians and Jeremy enough!

Asked about tires we found online. We were told those are only available in the store, but none of the stores anywhere near us have them. Of course, more expensive ones were available. Then we did an online chat with Firestone and asked about ordering them online to be delivered to our local Firestone dealer for installation. The answer was that was not recommended. Tires are available online to order, but not recommended. Guess we're done with Firestone.

They were able to get me in Friday night last minute and I was told it would get looked at sometime Saturday. I was fine with that, given my appointment was very last minute for the work that needed to be done. When I got a call Saturday morning, most of the work was already done. I was able to pick up my car less than 24 hours after I dropped it off. With the work needing to be done, I was anticipating not having my car for the whole weekend. Super exciting. Plus Dave was awesome to work with. He was very kind and thorough with explaining everything. It was a great experience overall, and my car drives better now than when I bought it!

Took six hours to get my front two struts replaced. Lady at the desk told me it would be two and a half to three hours to get it done. I understand being backed up but that's ridiculous. Was stuck in that lobby from 9 am to 3 pm. Waste of time and money, they upcharged me too. Don't go here expecting a timely service is all I can say. Update, they never even bothered to respond to my email. Lovely.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I told them what was wrong with my car. They didn't only look at the issue of my car not shifting.. They looked into the whole wiring system.. What did not work before, now works!! I would of never known!! I tried my car out for a week after them working on it. (Patience is never blind when it's your car). I'm telling you, Firestone is the real deal!!Service: Electrical repair

I HAD THE ABSOLUTE BEST SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION IN SHEBOYGAN, WI. 2606 Washington Ave.I was traveling from Chicago to Green Bay alone and got myself a flat tire! Lucky for me I had two wonderful bikers stop to help me put a donut tire on my car. I wasn t too far from a super Walmart which treated like me like a bother walked away from WHILE I was explaining my situation to this awful young women!She told me there s no one else in the area that could help me! So I got on my lil Google machine looked up a tire repair shop near me and to my luck there was a Firestone 11 mins away from where I was stuck.I called ahead of time to make sure they could fit me in, I spoke to a young women named Sara Turk she was so caring understanding and calmed me down. She asked how far I was ( I was only 11 mins away) she said get right over here we ll take care of you right now! OMG to my relief when I showed up they took me right away fixed my tire and had me on my way within less then 30 mins( I was on my way to a memorial for my deceased grandmother- which unfortunately I missed)But at no fault of theirs.Sara is such an amazing customer service representative ( possibly manager) your company is VERY VERY BLESSED & LUCKY TO HAVE HER APART OF YOUR TEAM! I also dealt with a young man named Matt, he as well was extremely professional kind caring and thoughtful of my situation. I couldn t have asked for better service in my time if need.I felt so lost so alone in a place I ve never been before I didn t even know what town I was in!I m literally from the heart of the city ( of Chicago) and don t venture out this way very often esp alone.I CAN NOT THANK YOU BOTH, Sara & Matt for your upmost respect, understanding, compassion & kindnessThank you from the bottom of my heart Service: Tires

Got my new tires installed there with my new wheels. The shop did not mention anything about tire sensor before installing. I paid close to $300 for installing. My TPMS sensor light came on after a few miles. Call them back and they quote me another $400 for sensor and another $300 to get my tires reinstalled again.
