I had to pull off the road after a loud strange noise in my car. Called and Mike said he could come out pretty quickly as we were out of town. It ended up being a minor problem and we called him back last minute before he arrived to cancel. He didn't charge us for the inconvenience and even called back an hour later to check up on us one more time. So much appreciated . Highly recommend!

Used depo through AAA for a flat tire. Guy was rude right from the start. Right when he got out truck he said if you don't have the tools to get it down I can't do it. Before he even tried said if tire doesn't come down I can't do it. Tire came down but was stuck rusted. Asked if tire would go back up he said no but didn't even try. He left it just like that. Weird because it went right back up when I did it. Horrible experience. Worst attitude I have ever experienced with a tow truck driver. Believe the 1 star reviews. Will also be calling AAA to let them know. Stay away!!!!

When I got home from picking up my car from being towed over the weekend, I found that there was damage to my front bumper. They asked me to bring my car in to determine whether or not they are at fault for the damage. I literally just bought this car two weeks ago and the damage wasn t there prior to getting it towed. Super disappointed that this happened on top of everything else. Now I have to file a claim with my insurance companyService: Car towing

Scheduled a time and day to pick up my vehicle. They never showed up and didn t call to let me know they weren t coming. I called and they told me they don t want to work on my car anymore. They Then asked me if I still want them to come and tow it to their shop, but not work on it.

Called AAA to change a flat on my truck and got Depot towing as the responder. Turns out the spare tire system was all rusted and seized up and it was looking like it was gonna have to get towed. The driver/tech never gave up. After 30-40 minutes and incredible effort on his part he got the tire free. My spare was caked in rust and he was very diligent in getting what could conventionally be removed. Safety checked my spare, filled it with air and got it on my truck. I rarely give positive reviews as I rarely run into situations where people go above and beyond. I m sorry I didn t catch the drivers/techs name but fantastic job!!! Thank you so muchService: Tires

Terrible service. Waited hours for the tow just for the driver to not show up when I called back the dispatcher was rude and not helpful at all.

Communication was awful, and they don't do loaners. I had a transmission replaced here and was told up front that they did not do loaner cars. They were able to get me in sooner than a dealership but had I known the repairs would take 9 business days to do I would not have come here. The price of renting a car alone would have swayed me to a dealership. The roughest part was the phone calls. The transmission came in on a friday and I had asked if there was a eta, thinking it would take a week as I have a compact car, Nissan versa 2014. They were hoping early in the week as in two or three business days. Come Tuesday I start calling at 3pm to check and everyday they are hoping the next day. Had they called me on any of the days that would have gotten them a better review, but it never happened. When I called on Friday at 4, I was told the shop closed at 4, so I check their online hours which quote it was open til 5:30. This is America, you can close your shop as you wish but communicate with your customers. Come Monday of the following week I call at 3 and they say we just need to test drive it, come on in and pick it up. When I arrive at 4:50 I am told to pick it up on the morning as they did not get to test drive it the shop got busy. Once again that is life and it happens but with no communication I now have to change my plans and get a ride. I can't bring myself to take vehicles here again or recommend them.

Mike went above and beyond to fix my tire in the short time frame I had until I had to leave town! He worked late into the evening to make sure my tire was fixed. He communicated with me every step of the way. The service that was completed was not the service I needed nor the service I asked for.I attempted multiple times to contact them before posting this review but the manager was never available and never returned my calls.As a business manager myself, I feel that is completely unacceptable.

Can I give negative stars? TERRIBLE company, the worst I've ever dealt with. After picking up the keys for my tow, they said they were going to come back for it and it would be delivered to me no later than the next morning which I was ok with. I had another ride so I wasn't going with the tow. When I called back to get an updated ETA, I was told maybe a week or two and then I was told they didn't have enough staff to do my tow at all. They knew at this point that I was already out of town and had no way to get back (I don't live in the area). They flat out told me to go get the car myself but they had the keys and I had no way of getting back. Completely unsympathetic and rude to boot. They even tried to tell me that they're the only company in the area AAA works with, which AAA confirmed was a flat out lie. Everything they said was a lie. Buyer be ware, go anywhere else if you can, do not waste your time, they tried to steal my car!Service: Car towing

Took 2 cars here. Both magically have brake booster issues after being seen + they replaced some hose on a car that was getting a crankshaft sensor replacement and now I have no power from my brake booster on that car since. Won't take any cars here ever again

I called Depot on a Saturday morning after waiting almost 2 hours for AAA who never showed up. Depot came in the time frame they told me. Alex even diagnosed the problem knowing I was having the dealership do the repairs. He is knowledgeable, was very careful with my vehicle, and a good conversationalist. I would use them again in a heartbeat.Service: Car towing

Beware! They left me stranded for 3 hours. I needed a jump start and they initially said 20 minutes. They lied and blamed aaa but they where doing others calls and tried to say that I wasn't there and wanted me to make a second claim with aaa. Double Dippin scum! I can only imagine what they would do on a repair job.

Mike is incredibly friendly and takes pride in his work. He took his time when loading my Corvette on to a flat bed to make sure to use the right tow points, use mini ramps to ensure the front bumper cleared, and even helped me jump start it to roll up the windows.Service: Special vehicle towingService: Special vehicle towing

These folks are great. Up and above customer service- my daughters car broke down on the way from Michigan to Illinois. Tow driver was great -very careful to be sure they were safe. Called at 0730 am for a tow to a dealer to have my car repaired. Was given a 2 hour window for arrival (0930). After multiple calls, the tow did not arrive till 1pm. At 330pm, I called because my car had not arrived at the dealer. Called Depot, and again got sarcasm and attitude that the car will get to the destination today. Absolutely the WORST customer experience I ve ever had. The lack of service, professionalism and integrity of this business can not be understated. Would highly recommend using any other service but this one.Service: Car towing

Did not need to use their services, however a huge thank you and kudos to the owner for answering my call so late in the night and staying on stand-by for me while I figured out my vehicle problems on the side of the freeway! Very kind customer service and pricing seemed reasonable for the quote he gave me. Seems like a very honest, caring company! Give them a call!

Company was going to charge for a service that was not needed. Costing me a 1,000$ when other competitors would charge less for the service. They took advantage of my time as much as they could. I wouldn't recommend this place.To add to the clarification you tried charging my shop that much when I was hoping to start a commercial account.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I've taken both our cars there for several years and it's always been great. They are happy to explain options and make suggestions that are appropriate for the value of the car and the situation. The waiting room is always clean and comfortable too. And I feel like the prices are always fair.

Had a Battery on my car go to hell, called up Triple AAA and they called Depot and although I had to wait a few hours I was at a convenience store so I sat inside to wait so I wouldn't freeze to death in 12 degree weather, people watching and warm coffee till they arrived to jump start my car. The Depot was nice, he got his battery pack charger and had me on the road again, give these guys 5 stars.Service: Battery

I called Depot in the early morning hours and call was answered promptly, information was exchanged pertaining to call. The driver Alex called me immediately when he was dispatched to take the call and verified information he received from dispatch. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and informed me of an approximate arrival time which was extremely accurate. He was very knowledgeable and confident not only on the phone but while physically on the call interacting with the caller/customer giving the feeling of comfort and trust. He was very personal and made you feel like you were old friends catching up. Highly recommend and would call again, thanks Alex!!!!!

Got a flat tire on a Saturday after hours and they were able to patch it for us. Came back Monday with the same tire flat and they did another small repair free of charge. Excellent customer service. Told us what was wrong with the tire and gave some general advice. Would highly recommend for any tire service you need!

I have taken two trucks there to be repaired, the first one, a 2013 chevy truck, they where to be replacing the front suspension on the driver side, they never replaced the tie rods, this lead to an accident where I tolded the truck,and they broke apart and good thing my insurance company paid for their mistake, then a took a 2006 chevy truck I. There because of a misfire, they broke a spark plug wire, and refused to fix what they broke. And they mis diagnosed it wrong. That was a false charge , depot is the second worst place in town for towning and for repairs, Bert's is the only place worse.

My car was held hostage after the sheriff's department called them after a fender bender. They charged me $193 when they didn't even hook up to the car. I paid it and they lost the key and I had to wait another hour for the tow truck driver to show back up with the key. It's corruption at its finest.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

I had broken down in oostburg Wisconsin and the driver Mike was able to come out a little after midnight an get me back home with my truck and was able to accommodate my crew cab long box 4x4 diesel with no problem the service was great and the driver was very personable I would recommend the company and Mike anytime you need a towService: Car towingService: Car towing
