I took my vehicle here because I had a door ding. The paint was starting to chip. Without having to repaint the entire door, they touched it up pretty nice and an affordable price. The communication, patience, understanding was very professional.

From this to this! Deans was amazing! They knew what they were doing. Easy to work with. Communicated with email AND calls. My truck looks brand new! Super happy with the results. I hope I don't need to use them again, but if I have this issue in the future, I know where I am going!

I went to Dean's to figure out what part I needed to get for my bumper due to my bumper halfly falling off. The receptionist as well as the mechanic were very friendly. When I got my vehicle in the garage I showed the mechanic what was wrong and told him from the beginning that I only want an estimate and he didn't seem to like that because he took the part that held the side piece onto the bumper without me noticing. Also, he used tape that damaged my paintjob.

Got estimate done quickly. Scheduled quickly, great communication with Dean's Auto Body on delays caused by several things. Phone calls and email mails with pictures to help support work being done. Worked with insurance company. Work was done to our satisfaction in a timely manner. Been using Dean's Auto Body for many years treated same way every time. They care about their customers and their work.

I needed a taillight surround painted to finish a repair on a car I recently bought that was damaged. I wasn't expecting a perfect match since I wasn't having the part blended in with the rest of the car (because it's not a show car). However, I did ask whether I should consider getting both sides painted since I did not want the car to look obviously mismatched from behind once the work had been completed. When I first got the part back the color on the newly painted part mismatched the rest of the car so badly, I was not satisfied with the job-even after I supplied them with the paint code and the entire old piece of the car to compare against (which is fairly large). This was entirely because of the color match-not the paint finish. The quality of the prep work and paint finish was great.When I called to tell them I was not satisfied with the work done they offered to do the job over but said it would be more helpful if the whole car was supplied. I was able to get the vehicle over to them and they eventually got it painted to match to an acceptable degree. It isn't perfect but that's not what I was expecting as it is a 24 year old white car. I took one star away because the first time the color match was obviously way off. In my opinion, it should have never been considered a finished job for the price paid. I'm giving four stars because they stood behind their work and got the job done satisfactorily the second time.

I am fussy about work done to my vehicles. This was the 3rd time (I believe) in the past 20 years I've needed Dean's for insurance related body work, and it has been such that I highly recommend Dean's. In addition, they provided a terrific exterior cleaning, as well as having cleaned the front seat cabin area!! A nice bonus!!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Need right hand door mirror replacement on older Lincoln MKZ. Able to locate and good used mirror and told me that when it arrived they would call to schedule hopefully in 4 days. Arrived on time and able to schedule in a couple of days and got back same day. Washed, cleaned, and even put on the brake pad that I caught with my foot and took off. They kept me appraised every step of the way. We have used Dean's Auto Body for many years and just really happy that the service has not changed over the years. Brought my truck in for an estimate for two separate minor repairs. Dropped it off 2 weeks later on a Monday. Was told it would be ready Thursday or Friday. Truck wasn't ready until the next Tuesday. I even told them I planned on taking my boat out that weekend when I dropped it off...The estimate was off, the pick up day was wrong, and I researched the parts while sitting at home that weekend to find out they were way overpriced too.They did good work though. Diffently only 2 stars for the overall experience.Service: Body & Trim

I have used this bodyshop for the past few years and I can honestly say that these people care, they will NOT let you leave the parking lot unless they are and you are completely satisfied and the vehicle is as perfect as it was before the damage happened! The paint jobs and dent work and timing of the finished product is pure quality 100% and I would never even think about taking my car to any other place! You feel like family and are always welcome and understood it s amazing. I have had work done to my car 7 times now and every time I get my car back it looks like it did when I bought it and I m just thrilled with how beautiful it is! I thank Lindsey and Dean and all the guys there for all and everything they ve done for me and I give you my word as long as I m breathing any vehicle I need work done to will always be brought to you no matter what you guys are the best in the NRV hands down!!! Thanks and anyone reading this I promise you will never regret taking your vehicle to this bodyshop they are honest and good hearted people that care about your satisfaction and making sure your vehicle is as good as it was before you took it to them!!! This is the second time I've used Deans. When Deans does body work on your vehicle you cannot tell that anything was ever done. Restoration is absolutely perfect. Their craftsmanship is flawless. My last repair was difficult for them due to some circumstances beyond their control (parts delays, difficult to diagnose / repair key-less system malfunction, etc), and they just persevered in making everything perfect, while being sensitive to minimizing delays in getting my vehicle back on the road. This is a business that is becoming more challenging due to the complexity of modern vehicles body construction and electronics systems, so it is essential that your auto body repair shop is on top of their game. Deans is, and I recommend Deans without reservation.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had the while drivers side of my truck taken out by a drunk driver. Went to Deans because I heard positive remarks about them. Went there and the whole drivers side of the truck repainted. Looked OK but not for what I paid. About one year later the front and rear wheel wells paint was peeling Really bad. Note: Drivers side was painted by Deans= peeling paint. Factory side is perfect. Went back to Deans and showed them the problem. All I was told is that I drive on gravel roads too much. Why then did the factory side still look brand new. They refused to warranty their work or even give a discount on the fix. Would never recommend this place to anybody.

I'm surprised by bad reviews! I live in Plymouth, had never heard of Dean's until my 2014 Ford Escape Titanium was smacked into, at a high rate of speed, by a kid backing out of a parking spot without looking at the Plymouth Walmart and my insurance company let me know about them because they like to work with Dean's. This was about a year or so ago. They did AWESOME repair work, perfectly matching my factory metallic black paint job! You could not tell it had ever been mangled pretty badly after Dean's finished all the repairs. Now, unfortunately, my same vehicle was vandalized by a 16 year old kid because he was mad at my step son! :(I'm definitely going to Dean's for the body work, no doubt about it. In fact I'm stopping in tomorrow for the estimate. I'll post pics of the damage now with this review then once Dean's works their magic I'll update this review with after pics. I also received excellent customer service from all staff!

My insurance told me that my car was a total loss. The damage in my car didn't affected the frame of my vehicle-- a cracked windshield, and dents in my my hood and roof. I talked to Phil, one of the automotive technicians, that my budget doesn't allow me to afford another car with that loss, If it could be possible to bring back my car to drive again and I didn't care if the car was not cosmetically looking. Phil told me that they could solve the problem of my car again would be able to drive. I bought the car to the insurance, they aligned the roof, installed the new windshield and the dent in the roof is not noticeable. The new windshield is totally sealed and excellently installed. Totally a professional work. I would recommend them to anybody because they provided me an excellent customer service and helped me to have a my ride again to go to work. Thank you Dean's Auto body :)

Went in to get an estimate for auto body repair, very friendly guy. Asked them to please email the estimate to me as I was not feeling well and didn't think I could get back in to get it. Gave them me email , home phone and cell phone. They said the estimate would be ready in an hour.......well that was two weeks ago and I am still waiting, if it takes this long for a piece of paper I can only imagine how long to actually fix something. Needless to say I got other quotes and all within the same day. Worst customer service is when you completely forget your customer exists.
