The cars you have posted on the website for sale for example: 4,995 is that price of the vehicle out the door! or does it not include the fees taxes tags registration. I have about 5,260 saved id like to know

I didn t purchase a vehicle, but I had a amazing experience. My car battery somehow died while I was at the post office. They pulled out a portable jumper, and got me back on the road. Such nice people and great helpers.

My boyfriend and I have been trying to get ahold of them about a vehicle on their lot for a little over a month, every time he calls they rudely hang up. When we went in to the dealership instead of calling, they kept telling us they needed to get some things on the vehicle fixed and it would be done and fixed by the end of the week. It s taken over a month for them to get this vehicle fixed . Obviously they re not motivated to sell their vehicles. Definitely was a waste of our time, and we will not be considering this place again.

Ken always puts his customers first so many of my friends bought a car from him and treated the best he sent me a thank you gift card a few days after the sale and I now consider him a great friend

Went to test drive a car, within 5 minutes of driving I noticed an off thumping feeling every time I braked. Brought it up to the dealer and he said that "its been like that for sometime" and that its some rust on the break, and that "it would go away after sometime." (You see the problem there right) The whole sentence made no sense. Seen many cars come from here and they have all been lemons. I recommend this place to no one. Taking my money elsewhere

when I went with someone 2 different time we were ignored and they seen us just didn't care so we left and bought elsewhere. They maybe had a bad day but still should acknowledge each person as they could be potential buyers.

Great service, and helpful. Was assisted in getting a better car than the one I originally was looking at; because of the weather the car started acting funny, talked to the people at Budget Auto at the end of the day and within 24 hours they had my car serviced and fixed.

Was looking at potentially buying three cars from this dealer. Was told twice that I would receive an email with updates and three times that I would get a call back on a specific vehicle that was being repaired. My wife also called in once. Not one single response. Called back a fourth time and was told the vehicle that I was waiting to test drive was sold. Worst communication I've ever had with a dealer.
