Bret's towing has been a Sheboygan staple in our community. Most recently I had my car towed from the south side Walmart. The driver was very considerate of my car, needs and wants of what shop to bring it to. Hats off to all the employees and owners. A job well done!

I think with an older vehicle, they were not certain what condition the car would be in. The owner saw that something was overlooked, so he took care of that and took some money off my bill. The car still runs great like always and they got it done quickly. The owner was very polite, understanding and definitely made sure that were were satisfied with the work and outcome.

Driving up from Chicago to green bay we got a flat on my trailer - happen to find this place, very nice friendly people 630 for us within 10 minutes - thank you !

I ran into the the ditch durring the snow storm and whiteout conditions. I scheduled a tow but later canceled therefore never used their services. My buddy was able to pull me out before they came out.They were extremely busy and quite a delay before they could get to me. They were very pleasant on the phone and from that experience alone I would call them if I needed them in the future.

I m very grateful for the quick and helpful response. My tire went completely flat in the country side of Sheboygan Falls while it was raining and snowing. The farmer told me the tow company may have a hard time finding them, because GPS doesn t work out there most of the time. Within 20min Bret s towing was there! The driver was professional and kind. He loaded my car with ease. The price for my tow was reasonable.

***DO NOT USE!*** This place is a scam. They over charge for hourly rates and extremely high equipment charges. They DO NOT have the proper equipment; they will take the job and have to rent equipment. All of the hourly charges, equipment charges, plus their price-gouging will leave you stuck with an outrageous bill. Don't forget daily storage fees if you do not pay right away. All because WI does not have any pricing standards for tow companies. *BEWARE*

They did a great job at replacing my transmission cooling fans and were great about answering my questions. They ordered the parts and fixed the car in just a day. I just moved out here and I will most likely be making them my mechanic while I am here and driving this car. I'm very impressed!

Great peep to work with helped me get my daughter off the side of the highway. Talk about easy to work with. I was 4 hrs away, and they had my car, picked up and at the dealer in really no time at all.

I'm fairly new to town, was lucky enough to find them when I needed help. Kelly was so nice thru all of it, she really knows her stuff. They were very understanding and went out of their way because of my disability. Very affordable too. This place saved my weekend! We broke down on Friday morning on the side of the freeway. I called for a tow, which arrived within a half hour, and only cost about 150$ to bring it from the freeway north of Sheboygan back to their shop. They looked at it and quickly found the problem, which was a broken front axle. They were also able to find a rear caliper stuck, and to fix everything, including the tow was under $800. Not only was this about half of what the dealership quoted, but they were also able to fix it by the end of the day! And on a Friday! They saved our weekend plans of going to Wisconsin Dells and I could not thank them more! THANK YOU BRET S AUTO! I will definitely be back for all my future repairs needs! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

My car stalled and shut itself down on hwy 43 at 3am on a Monday morning. I made the call to brets since I've seen their trucks all over town. A nice lady took my call , asked where I was and got ahold of one of her guys , Nick . Nick said he'd be there in 20 minutes, he was there in 10. The tow was 10 miles total back to my house for a very reasonable 150$ plus tax. I even got a lift back with him. Great service, professional and prompt. What more can you ask for , especially at 330 am. Had a nice chat with him on the way to my place about our common interests in motorcycles. I absolutely recommend their services.

Called on a beautiful, 80 degree Sunday afternoon in July for a tow after AAA Motor Club failed to provide the service they re paid for in a timely manner (the second and last time they ve done that to me). Bret s truck showed up within 30 minutes of our calling them (I wish I had called them 1st). The driver was personable with a great attitude even though he had to navigate a very busy Kwik Trip parking lot with a large, flat bed truck. The car was brought to their shop where they fixed the very minor problem right away on Monday morning, calling me as soon as the repair was completed and the price was perfectly reasonable. Good service does still exist in the world! Call this company with confidence.

Under new ownership... Seemed to be under-trained and under-staffed. but they did get the job done. I certainly wish them luck because Sheboygan needs him.

I swear you only get stuck when your phone is dead, out of your own town, lock the spare key in the car. And the one Buisness I choose lose to walk into to use a phonbooo phone book kicked me out for loitering . All the while my fianc� was even farther out of town than I was. Legitimate nightmare experience.Oh and a different locksmith robbed me of $130 by never showing up. I don t think I could ve been more helpless. When I finally did get to a working number and phone these cool cats showed up in 20 minutes or less. For half the price. Got my car open in .5 flat I swear to god. At that point I could have cared less about the price it was hours I d already beeen stranded. Regardless. Call these guys!

Nothing but fantastic things to say about Brett s Towing and their service and repair on my 67 Impala. After struggling for months to figure out what was wrong with her, she got parked in the garage last fall. Brett s picked her up from my garage last night, installed a new carb and fixed the wiring and timing on her and had her running and ready for pickup in less than 24 hrs. Took extra care with her as well. Highly recommend.

Wish there were more stars to give. I cannot speak highly enough about this place. they saved us while vising the area. Our vehicle broke down and we needed to get home to MO. The shop called in a mechanic specifically for us on a Saturday when they are normally closed. Got us back on the road and safely home. Thank you! The best experience we could have hoped for. We will never forget this shop and always thank God for them.

I had a blown rear brake line. So I had them pick up my truck and and give me an estimate. They told me $1000. I was so discussed with the CS and price I had depot get my truck. None the less I fixed it myself for $19.00. Lol never would I use their services again. Rip off company.

Bret's towing helped me put my spare tire on my car. I tried then calling to get my tire fixed at Bret's, and I was told that I would have to wait until 8am to schedule an appointment. I then called in the morning at 7:50am right before their scheduled opening time, and was met with the same lady that I had spoken to earlier. Instead of just giving me the facts like any other customer service worker, she told me that she had just spoken to me, and that it still wasn't 8. Businesses are often able to answer phone calls slightly before their scheduled open time. What if I wanted an 8am appointment? Why belittle customers like they are a child when they are trying to be proactive?

I don t like to admit that I ve used Bret s on multiple occasions, but I have, and they have consistently provided fast, friendly, and effective service! When in need of a tow, Bret s is the first (and only) name that comes to mind for me!

They installed a new alternator and I had no squeaking with the serpentine belt but when I got the car back from them the belt was Squealing. I left and then I heard the noise so I went back there, the Mechanic told me that after she put the alternator in that the belt was squealing so she put belt dressing on it but it made it worse. I went to another mechanic to look at it and he said that they didn t align the pulley properly. He fixed it and like magic no more squeaking. Thank you.

Today, at 5:30 in the morning, while raining, my car got a flat, new to the area, I didn t know who to call. Brets was the first one I found and I am grateful! Phone was answered right away, and the tow arrived within a half hour. Driver was very friendly, and the price was definitely fair! Absolutely will be using their services for now on!Service: Tires

Working with Bret's was so nice because they ACTIVELY worked with me and made sure I had the best deal. I had a few problems with my car that I had no idea about because I couldn't get it started to see. I took it to Bret's and they eventually found the problem and now I can finally get going with my life without worrying about a car not starting. I can't thank them enough for being so kind and wonderful to work with.

Bret s is the go to place for towing and auto repair. Not only did they fit my vehicle in FIRST thing that day but they also had it back to me hours later. The service writer was incredibly nice and extremely knowledgeable I mean beyond amazing. The techs replaced my serpentine belt and alternator and my car is driving again ! They replaced my front wheel bearing on my truck.Excellent work.Reasonable price.Friendly.Quick.Very impressed!UPDATE:Same wheel bearing went out again.I thought it was a different oneThey were extremely honest, and let me know it was the same one. Didn't charge me for the repair.(They covered it under warranty).Extremely wonderful people and very trustworthy!

I go to Bret's for gas usually, they offer $.05 off per gallon if paying with cash. Plus they have excellent customer service and helped me when my car stalled they towed it with a discount and fixed my car for me. I highly recommend Bret's for you auto needs....
