major editthis autozone has gone so downhill its not funny. spent an entire week trying to order parts with for my car and in the end ordered one off rockauto and paid for overnight shipping as i needed it right away. the crew that was there last summer was way better.bring back the old crew or i might just be done with autozone for good. i already stopped with amazon so i dont need you guys either.i love the current workers at this autozone its legit the only reason i go to this one. best customer service by far i dont know the names off hand but one guys a supervisor and the store manager is just amazing. if these people get fired or quit because of corporate ill be visiting rock auto or amazon or some sort of online source. you just cant beat the service! posted 6 months ago

As a person who is Latin American I find it offensive that as a costumer service representative you get mad at people who don t know English, people are paying for service and for you to talk and throw �tems at them get a new job, Tim was really rude not to me but the person in front of me maybe get a new job if you can t deal with your job but always treat others nice or just go to the north side one, they have amazing customer service

I have never had a bad experience coming in to the Southside store. They are there for me for all my needs and questions and do whatever they can to go above and beyond to get me what I need.

This place sucks. Staff is rude and unhelpful. I won t be back mainly because the customer service is so bad. With so many other accessible auto parts stores in the area providing the same products, I ll simply take my business to other stores where I m not an apparent nuisance to the employees.

Stopped by 1/5 to get my battery and alternator checked because my car wouldn't start (I jumped it to get there) They figured out it was my battery. I asked for the cheapest one as I was low on money. I got a great deal. I asked if they could put it in for me and they said ya. Great attitudes the whole time. Thanks guys.

I needed a battery right away, the guy was very friendly and knowledgeable.. He also took the time to switch out my batteries for me thank God I would have been lost.. Very friendly workers well there I seen another helping out another customer on the outside also.. They have a great team

I am done buying parts from this place, the latest screw ups from them, gave the guy a spark plug number to cross check. I get the wrong plugs. I have rewards with this place, other employees have taken the info from rewards. Now I have to waste my time, because they screwed up. I will start shopping for both Harleys and both cars at O'Reilly.

I went in for a rear wiper blade. I asked for it to get replaced because I was scared I'd break the plastic cover on back wiper arm. They wouldn't do it. It was Skylar that didn't do it.

Thank you Tim at the Southside store. I needed some parts and he went out of his way to call the Grafton store to make sure that they were going to be on the next run. Being a former AutoZone employee I actually called The Grafton store to verify they were going to be on the run and was told that Tim had just called to verify that they were going to make it there on time. Thanks for going the extra mile Tim.

It seems like AutoZone has more tools that are available for rental. It makes it a lot easier to get your car repairs done. Thank you to the AutoZone parts store staff.

Great experience when buying a new battery. I was helped quickly and the employee showed me every option and even got the battery off the shelf for me. I know it's their job but the employee showed me exactly on the receipt about the warranty, where the core charge was on the receipt and told me of a promotion and how to take advantage of it. The promotion part on the receipt for them to show me was a bit of a surprise normally I find out about those things right before throwing the receipt out.

What a kind and very helpful person Doug was to me. I went in for a new head light and he was able to change it for me too. So awesome customer service. I will for sure return because of the help he gave me. Thank you again Doug

Had trouble starting my truck, stopped in there and friendly young man came out and diagnosed it to be bad battery. He removed it and installed new one in less than 30 min total time there. Very satisfying, I will definitely be back!

Can't believe how nice they are. I had 2 batteries that technically passed the tests, but we're suspiciously weak. They offered to warranty both! It totally fixed my truck! Other stores simply can't compete with the reasonable, friendly, and helpful staff. Customer for life.

I went to the Auto Zone store on Business Drive in Sheboygan this morning to buy windshield wipers for a 2018 Mini Cooper which, I have since learned, has a unique assembly that doesn t fit generic replacement kits. Doug, whom I believe to be the manager, spent well over an hour attempting to fit various kits or canabalize parts of kits to make it work, all while deftly handling other customers. Finally Doug was able to install the rubber wiper to the car s wiper assembly and refunded what I had paid for the replacement kit. I don t believe that I have ever experienced a retail/service person so dedicated to solving the problem I presented.

Every time I go in to this Autozone my experience is above and beyond. In particular, Douglas is super accommodating and knows his stuff when it comes to parts and vehicles. I would highly recommend this specific Autozone to any parts store in the area.

I was from out of town and had an emergency with my brakes. The staff was very quick in helping me to identify the parts I needed and even put them on for me in the parking lot. Highly recommend their business!

Guy who installed battery didn't know what he was doing. Took 1hr30mins to changed and he stripped the terminal clamp. The clamp was factory only part so the couldn't even fix what they broke. Wouldn't ever go back there.

After my recent move to Sheboygan I found myself needing an alternator, and was thrilled to see that there was an AutoZone within walking distance! Very nice to know that you're everywhere when we need you. I do a lot of my own repairs, and having access to my favorite auto supply shop feels like home! My rewards card was already on file, so my vehicle info was readily available and within an hour we were driving again.
