Great prices. But a little disorganized. They said they would have my power steering pump by the next day. It didn't arrive for 3 days. On that 3rd day I called them and they told me that it was not there. 15 minutes latter they called and said that it was there. I guess one hand didn't talk to the other.

My neighbors bought a starter and had installed it and it was making a whining noise. I asked them if they had tested it before they left AutoZone and they had not. So we went to AutoZone. Jennifer and Ashley tested the starter and it came back as good. They also tested the old starter and it came back as a fail came back as a fail. Both of them assured us that the starter was good. I took the starter and I installed it this time myself. I hooked up the battery cables no whining noise came from the starter and I went and cranked over the car started right up. I want to thank both of them for their help and their assurance that the part was good. Chances are the starter was originally put in wrong by my neighbors.

I really like the customer service I get every time I stop in. They really have insight on parts and what I need when I explain what I need for my vehicle.

The people I have dealt with here in Sheboygan have been knowledgeable. Most are friendly. It would be nice if they would quit changing their is there policy on using using the code reader... Other than that I really can't complain.

Love this place. Ryan is very Knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location. He has answers/solutions for almost Anything... "McGyver!" Did I spell this correctly!?

I worked with David Brown at the 13th St store and he was the most professional person I could have worked with. He went out of his way to make my day a better one. He answered all my questions and proceeded to provide the exceptional customer service. I would give him a 10 for his efforts.

The staff there was quite helpful and willing to give me and l my friend Jesse who was with me, we were both happy with the service and dedication of the staff! We were able to find what we needed with ease! Lol

Thanks to Dave Brown. This guy helped me get my license plate of my car. I stripped the screw and could not get it off no matter what I tried. Dave came out and in less than a minute got the plate off no charge at all. Thank you Dave I really appreciated your help. Your " Da Real MVP"!!!

Needed a new car battery on a Saturday afternoon. They had the battery in stock, installed it and I was on my way. Jenny was fantastic! Great service! I ll be back.

Well it wasn t at the store but a gentleman named David Brown works here and I saw him at a gas station off of I-43 I was trying to make it to Green Bay from Chicago and I got a screw in my tire somewhere around milwaukee I was pulling over every half hour to put air in it until I ran into this wonderful guy and he had a plug kit and helped me plug up my tire it s so nice knowing their are still great people around thank you so much David you re a great guy

Close to home and quick for those times I just can t wait a couple days to save usually a substantial amount of money. Great warranties however, and you know the part is right.

Employee David B was excellent! I needed a new battery and he clocked out to install it for me! Just when you thought customer was dead! He's an asset to the company! I will come back because of him.

most of the employees are generally very pleasant and eager to go out of the way to help u. there I one particular female employee however who reply comes off as tho she didn't like.her job. i was in there 4+ time over the past 10dys and each time I encountered her I felt as tho I was annoying, a burden, and he did not have time for actual customer vs stocking or paper work etc.I was a bit upset upon my final visit to FINALLY be informed of their club card....1 pr for every 20$ spent and 5 points gets u an in store credit....and I believe it was 20$. after spending over 100$ thru the week I was a bit unhappy that no one mentioned this to me earlier.

I haven t had to change windshield wipers in decades, but today I had to do it myself. I stopped in AutoZone on 13th and was helped by a friendly, knowledgeable, efficient young woman. She saved the day and put it on for me with a smile no less! She is the Assistant Manager and made my car part and assembly experience a-ok.

I've been here once. The employee that helped was very courteous and friendly. However, these guys charge more than other trusted competitors. It happens.I'm not saying this place is bad. The employees were great. There's a big selection of parts and other accessories for your vehicle but this is not the place to go if you want to save some money.

Northside a great, they the front of the and which is the rear end. And they can even tell the left from the right and inside from outside. The people are great so if it takes a little time to get waited on, everyone comes to this one for help so they are next busy.

Very friendly staff. They always go above and beyond for the customer. I recently had to replace brake caliper on my Subaru. Part had to be ordered in from another store and would be available next day. During the installation, I noticed that the part was defective. Store said they could have a replacement available in a few hours. Why is it one day part would be delivered next day and then in a few hours?

Get parts on hold so there there when you get there. Free battery, alternator, check engine light, and starter check. Including free bulb, wipers, and most battery replacement. That in itself is nice, but when you top it off with good professional attitudes mixed with a casual personalities, you get what you need without feeling belittled. Zone it up!

Helped me out with parts about 2 minutes before they were scheduled to close. They ended up working 15 extra minutes past close for me. I am super grateful
