I went to get a 3/8 inch inline fuel filter. The guy went off into the back and I'm wondering what's taking him so long. He comes back and here he's building one out of parts he's got a filter and a Barb but he's missing the other Barb so he wants to send me a cross town to get the other one I said no I'm not interested in driving cross town for another one. If anything I could have just gone across the street to get it. When I said I didn't want to drive all that way he copped an attitude and said thanks for wasting my time . There was no one else in the store the kid just had a crabby attitude day. Just what a customer wants right?

Make sure to check your receipt right away! Employee Adam charged me for the wrong item. And then when I tried to return it. He was extremely rude about taking it back and making it right. Very bad experience. Won t be going back.

75% of the time employees order or give me the wrong part(s) They order stuff. Say they will call and never do. Sit days without a vehicle get the part, wrong part sit more days without a vehicle.Staff are rude. Don't know what they are doing.

Jake and several others were absolute rock stars. Replacing the wipers on my 2012 Escape took about 45 min. None of the clips were fitting, even though computer said they would. They would not give up and finally found a pair that worked! I appreciate their help so much. I have and will continue to shop there!

This location is an absolute joke. Website always says its open until 9pm and 3 of the last 4 times I've gone there is a hand written note on the door saying they're closed. Every time has been before 6 pm and you can see people inside playing on their phones. Will never go back.

I ordered the parts I needed yesterday afternoon. It said it would be ready in 30 minutes, it wasn't ready until today. I went to go pick it up and they were closed at 7. The hours online and on their door both say closes at 9. Now I have to delay my project because of this nonsense. The crew were at least pretty nice

I needed a car battery fast and Advance Auto Parts really delivered! Not only did they have my battery in stock, they said to come right over and Sara installed it in about 10 minutes! Everyone was courteous, caring and extremely efficient. I sure know where to go next time I need service!

We have great service at advanced auto parts by a young man wearing glasses I forgot his name. Very thorough Conversation and assisted with all my needs with my girlfriends vehicle. I recommend this place perfect job thank you, your customer from sun prairie.

I went to advance auto parts for a battery for my car. I called first and they had what I needed in stock. When I arrived they rang up the battery and installed it as well. Excellent customer service! Would definitely recommend it to anyone. I'm very satisfied.

Went in to upgrade my antenna and they had the exact antenna that is on my car. Only problem on my end is I want a bigger, more awesome antenna and settled for replacing instead of upgrading.

I find that the staff (Matt and others) really know what they're doing. I come in for advice, and instead of trying to sell me on buying some product I don't need, they give me honest advice. Some places will try to convince you to buy the more expensive product, but these guys will tell you exactly what you need without making you feel like you have to spend a fortune. I will always recommend this place for the small car needs. Customer service is impeccable.

Amazing customer service! Sarah was so helpful (and the girl that was working with her, I m sorry I don t remember her name). My boyfriend and I where stranded in Sheboygan (60 miles from home) and they helped save the day. They were able to order in parts for us and get them in so quickly AND recommended a mechanic that could do the work for us. They saved us so much money about 480 dollars. We got home safely! Thank you so much advanced auto for all your help!

Employees are great! And the store is fully loaded with items. They are knowledgeable, so can answer most questions. My experience has always been good here.

Ordered online for pickup and paid online, everything online said open until 9pm, showed up at 6:04pm to a jot on the door saying they closed at 6 and they would not let me pick up my prepaid items 4 minutes late.

Just about everytime I walk in there I never get a hello, never get a smile from any of the employees there. They had what I needed in stock so that was good, but the cashier is the most crabbiest, and most lazy guy I have ever seen. As I walked up to the counter he stared at me, I never got a hello or one word from him except "Swipe your card." Is it seriously that hard for you to say "Hello, how are you today?" Or say something at least. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Had an issue today and was frantic to get the truck on the road so the wife could get home. Sara and the team she had where EXTREMELY helpful. Thanks to them we got the truck back on the road and wife is home safe.

I needed a bulb for my brake light I was given the wrong one by mistake. I took it back and they graciously refunded my money. It is a great place to do business I will definitely continue to do business with them

2nd time I painted my truck cab I got treated like an idiot after their spray separated after was dry and left blue powder all-over and the paint turned a different color when I go into the store I have to wait for them to finish with another customer but I got told I have customers waiting and lining I told a call sherwin-williams about their paint that I bought-in their store use the same exact paint on my truck on some indoor parts it didn't change colors it and freak out it didn't get powdery but this is the 2nd time I've gone through this of my truck cap but I wasn't important enough as a customer for them to call sir when Williams or to deal with the situation cause I got the excuse the at other customers waiting

Went here for antifreeze and they sold me the wrong kind. Could've damaged my car pretty bad if I hadn't checked when I got home. Do not take their word for it when they tell you something will work for your vehicle.
