Guy was super friendly. Helped me check my oil and get the right kind that I needed when I was out of town and my oil light came on even though I had just had an oil change a month prior.

Waited in the parking lot until the store opened (around 30 minutes) when the man came to the door to open up he looked in our direction and rolled his eyes at us. So I honestly can't say how service may have been here had I gone in to make my purchase. Instead, I left this business and went down the street to a competitor and got my parts with no issues and zero judgment.

Tiny was fantastic and did EVERYTHING for us to find our car parts. He was creative in his solutions to unique problems and always reassured us that he was working on it. He called other stores for us when we couldn t find one part and truly went above and beyond customer service expectations. I ll be coming back here if I need anything while racing at Road America.

Shortly after entered the store, one of the employees asked me if I needed help finding something. He was upbeat, friendly, engaging and helpful. I liked it that, though I didn't need help, he chatted with me while walking to the counter and checking me out. I got what I came for plus a pleasant conversation.

Stopped in to swap out my battery in the Mazda. To my pleasant surprise it was still under warranty and received a $60 off my new battery. The staff was kind and helpful.

I went to purchase a turn signal bulb yesterday. The employee looked up my vehicle info and retrieved the part himself. After I got home, I realized it was the wrong color bulb. I returned to the store the following day, however I'd misplaced my receipt. The employee adamantly refused to EXCHANGE my purchase from the incorrect bulb, that THEY selected for me, to the correct bulb. When I protested, I was told "It will throw off my inventory." So, clearly a perfect inventory count is more important than a satisfied customer. I've contacted corporate and was assured that the issue will be addressed. Too late. I'm never shopping there again.

Always helpful staff. Quick arrival on parts ordered, many you can get the same day which is nice. No waiting days for a part to come in.

Had the head light bulb I was looking for. They have wide range of products to pick from to get your vehicle maintenance and repairs done. You can also rent specialty tools with a deposit and get your money back when you return the tools. Would recommend.

I got there at 8:45pm on a Thursday to run in quick and grab a part that I need to finish the job I was working on and they had already locked the doors even though they are open till 9

It is the closest auto parts store to my house so its the first place that I go when I need something for the car. They are always ready to help me find what I need, I have never had to wait for help and they always have what I need in stock.

Crappy service. How hard is it to look up a part that was purchased and warrantied through them by a phone number? Spent almost a half hour there trying to exchange a brake hose. Called Autozone and within 5 minutes, had the right part that we needed.
