I have never written a review for anything before, but I absolutely felt I needed to for this because this was the best mechanic I ve ever had!! My boyfriend and I bought a used car that ended up having a huge oil leak from multiple places. It was a very tricky job but not only did they find all of the problems (in the end we needed 4 different parts replaced!) but they did it for a very reasonable price and as quickly as possible! Brian is by far the most honest and kind car mechanic we ve had and really went the extra mile for us when we were down on our luck. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!!

This is my go to place when I can't do the job myself. They have also helped me out when I needed parts for a fuel line adapter when I couldn't find it at the store. Brian had several universal parts that he provided and he lent me a tool to finish the job...

Great service for a great price. Brian and David are super mechanics and always there to help. Very honest and straightforward and never try to up sell you anything you don t need. Great for giving recommendations for services needed but not an emergency and give you the opportunity to schedule when it fits your timeline and budget. Very highly recommended. I ve gave them my business for years and don t plan on going elsewhere. Give them a try next time you need a second opinion and I don t think that you will regret it.

Brian is a professional mechanic and he conducts his businesses with integrity. These guys are the best!! Super honest & very reasonable. So glad to have found a great local repair place.I've been going here since moving to Falls several years ago & always very happy. My car needs a new locking mechanism on the driver's door. For 3+ weeks I left phone messages and on messenger which he always responded in the past. I could not get a response. Finally his wife called me & assured me I'd get a call never happened. I understand if they got very busy, however sometime in 3 weeks a message should have been returned. At some point businesse will slow down, your regulars may not be coming your way anymore.

We were referred to Brian's from another mechanic in town. Talk about an amazing referral. People search for mechanics that are truthful and upfront. That's precisely what we found in Brian's.. Another mechanic told us the struts needing replacing. Brian looked the car over and said the struts were fine. He did find the true problem. And the repair was much less!! Don't think twice abut using Brian's. If you need a mechanic, using Brian's will be the best decision you'd make that day.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I have gone to many auto repair shops and many I leave feeling ripped off. I didn't have that feeling here at all!! Price was fair and reasonable. My AC wasn't cold and they found the problem ordered the part and fixed it in days even a day sooner than predicted. They kept me informed through it all. My AC works great now. Ice cold! This is the best experience I have ever had! My wallet is even smiling :) Guess I won't ever have the ripped off feeling again cause I found the place I will be going to for all my future repairs.Service: Air conditioning

I dropped my car off on Monday night and was able to pick it up by Wednesday mid day. I brought it there for an oil change and inspection for a strange noise it was making. They were quick and accurate with a diagnosis and beyond friendly. My whole family uses Brian s Auto for their automotive needs and for good reason. The work they do is excellent and their customer service is just as great. I will definitely go back for any future needs.

I recently took my 2005 Lincoln Town Car Signature here for a transmission replacement. I was quoted roughly $1,500 from the shop. Not only was the quote exactly what I paid, but the work was amazing. This particular vehicle has been at MANY shows, and even went to the dealership with FRESH paint on the wheels. Not only did the car come back working properly, the wheels didn t have ANY new marks on them. In fact, I had taken photos to compare and make sure. Compared to my local Lincoln Dealership, which had my car for 10 minutes to check my door code, and messed up $200 worth of window tint.Long story short, Brian and his crew actually CARE about their customers, customer s vehicles, and customer s wallets. The price of the transmission was 1/3 of what I was quoted by other shops, and after a few hundred miles and many car shows (and burnouts), the transmission still shifts stronger than ever.Brian himself owns a nice classic car, so he understands what it s like to want your baby to be safe. That reason alone is enough to make him my go-to mechanic when things go awry.

Haven t had heat in my car for almost two years. Brian s Auto repair shop easily fixed they issue and priced very fairly. I was able to get my vehicle in and out of the shop quickly. I am very happy with the outcome since I have heat now. I will go to Brian s again she recommend his shop to others.

Had a break down 75 miles from home on a Holiday Weekend. Brian's was the shop we ended up getting towed to, fortunately. They were honest, trustworthy, and through with making the repair. And the prices were very, very reasonable and fair.

I Have gone to Brian's several times , once to have my wheel bearings replaced, another for starting problems and once for replacing brakes , he's honest, fairly priced and does quality work. What every mechanic should be! Honest, knowledgeable, and gets the work done on time for the agreed price. I used to waste time getting multiple quotes for car repairs but now I just take my car exclusively to Brian's!

Driving through and we had brake issues. Stopped in and he took back tires off in his parking lot fix the issue and said have a nice day. There is still some great people in this world. Thanks again Brian
