I have been a regular customer at Shawano Auto Sales since I purchased my first auto there in May 1967. They have ALWAYS given me excellent service such that I have purchased every new and used car from them over the years. I drive 35 miles one-way to have routine services and all repairs when needed. If my cars quits in Green Bay, where my home is since 1971, they come and pick it up and bring me an auto to drive until it is fixed. They know me when I come saying, "Good morning, Good morning, Good morning!" I recommend this Chrysler 5-Star service ever since it began! David F Daniels

Our experience was just amazing. Just leaving for our UTV ride and the truck would not start. Called them and they got us in 10 minutes before they were closing. They had the battery changed within 10 minutes and we were on our way. Very professional courteous and qualified people.

The service is slow and they don't care stay away from this place please!!! I ended up fixing my truck on my own they sell vehicles thats all there good at read reviews.

Jeff and Rick were so helpful and wonderful to work with. The entire process was fast and straightforward. Jeff took extra time to go over every option with me and to make sure I was comfortable and well versed in all of the features of my new Jeep Grand Cherokee L. The family atmosphere and personal experience of working with the owner is so refreshing compared to other big box dealers. I will recommend Shawano Auto Sales to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Very friendly and helpful dealership. We were passing through Shawano when the battery on our Ram failed. They solved the problem and got us back on the road. Would recommend them all day long.

My Wrangler broke down on the weekend of 4th of July. These guys were the only people open on Saturday and they helped me find the right parts (and even let me borrow some tools) to get my Jeep fixed and back out on the road. I really appreciate the help and the owner Jeff was a real nice guy. Definitely a great group of people at this dealership. Thanks again!

Would now recommend them for any service on your vehicle! Very poor customer service. They misdiagnosis my vehicle in hopes to make money off of me. Will never go to them for anything on my vehicle again.

Just purchased a new vehicle and I am very happy! When we picked up our new van, Jeff went through many of the features of our vehicle and helped us setup some of the defaults. It was a very pleasant experience and I'm loving the new ride!

I bought a 2014 Ram and just over 2 weeks later I noticed that the water pump was squealing a little stopped down at the dealership and talked to Jeff about it and he set me up with an appointment to get it fixed right away and told me that there was no charge to me, because, in Jeff's words they don't sell junk. Thank you Jeff for a great experience.

I had a minor mishap with my van. Shawano Auto Sales did an amazing job making my van look brand new again! Not only did they repair the exterior damage, they completely cleaned my interior!!! Thank you so much for the amazing work!

Bought 1st new car from Shawano Auto March 1967 and all autos, station wagons, minivans new plus 3 used there since AND plus service as needed. I am well known and treated like family. Never had a negative service issue! Always fair prices on vehicles and service, tires, whatever. Twice new cars failed under warranty and they came 35 miles to my home to get them, bringing me a car to use during the repair. Great for 44 years with a family owned 5-Star Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep Dealer.

I have been working with Shawano Auto Sales for years. We just took delivery of our 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer Obsidian and love it! We also purchased a Grand Cherokee L for my wife last year. Jeff, Rick, and everyone at Shawano Auto Sales are amazing to work with. I always recommend SAS to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Avoid the big box dealers and buy from a family owned multi-generation dealer who treats you like family and truly appreciates your business.
