I came in for an alignment and asked the guys if they had time to swap out my old tires for new tires and they made time for me on the spot. Excellent service as always. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a tire on my truck that had a slow leak. I brought my truck into Pomps and they did a great job. Repaired it in a timely manner and were very friendly. Would definitely go back again.

Excellent friendly service! We had an emergence with a tire leak from a piece of metal we picked up on hwy 29 near Bonduel, they were able to get us in on a moments notice and fixed our tire for $30. The best $30 I ve ever spent! Thanks!

I drive for a living and had a slow leak in one of my tires. I called and they told me to come right over and they would take care of me. The guys there are friendly and made me feel comfortable. This is my go to place.

Walk-in & they swapped a bent rim for a new rim for me and had it done within the hour. Great service ~ thanks guys!

Took a leaky tire in to get the valve stem changed and bead reseated. Brought the tire home and checked it before putting it back on my car. Valve stem was still leaking and there was not any bead sealer applied to the rim. Went to a different shop to get the tire fixed. They informed me pomps didn't even use a wire brush on the rim. The other place was half the price as well. Avoid pomps at all costs

Easy to make an appointment and staff is ready to work on the vehicle without a long wait! I have never had a problem with any work done on my vehicles and I consider the costs to be reasonable!

Pomp s has always taken good care of the maintenance of my 2017 GMC Sierra! They always treat me with respect and do a great job of working with my schedule to get my truck in for anything! I highly recommend Pomp s in Shawano, Wi.

Purchased a set of tires for my wife's car about 2 years ago. Picked up a nail somewhere and got a slow leak. Called Pomps Tire Shawano, WI location and scheduled for a tire repair and rotation. Dropped off the car with a convenient after hours drop at the store. My scheduled appointment was 4:30pm and I got a call before noon saying the vehicle was ready to go! Great service and no charge because of the road hazard protection!

I was so thankful for Jared at the Shawano location. I needed a headlight bulb replaced quickly. He didn't have an appointment available on a Friday (which I understood it was same day and would be a stretch) but he offered to have me drop off my car & he'd fit it in when they had free time. He offered to drive me back to work, and when done, he called to pick me up. He could have just said they had no available appointments and left it at that. He went the extra step and I appreciated that so very much!! Great experience!!

Professional service while taking care of In hurry in and out in a big hurry and get my tractor tire fixed to keep on chisel plowing and they were able to fix immediately when I dropped off would highly recommend

Went in for front end alignment and brought it home, parked for a day and a half and had a puddle of brake fluid under the car. They are saying it wasn t them but had no break issues except needing to change the pads. Will not be going back. Would be zero stars but not an option.

They were able to take my son's vehicle in qiuckly and replace all four tires, mount and balance, when Walmart wouldn't because the tires weren't the same size that was on the vehicle.

Very responsive and made a special effort to take care of my service needs and schedule. Not going into specific details but was happy the Pomp s Service team made the extra effort to quickly take care of us. Very unusual to experience this given other similar service providers attitudes. Thank you.

I have had good experiences with Pomps in the past, but today was not that day. I waited 2 hours and 45 minutes to be told they could not flush my transmission because a machine was down. They didn't charge me, but felt my time was wasted and could have been determined much sooner.

Guy behind counter was awesome! Walked in without appointment to see if I could get 2 tires mounted, he said if I could drop them off he would squeeze them in someplace. They called back in like a hour and they got them done already! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS! MUCH APPRECIATED!
