everytime time that we go in there is really good service and very nice people and there is this guy named Billy he is so kind, nice, respectful and funny he helps us with everything we need and he even orders our stuff when they do not have it in the store he is the best service guy ever in the Shawano O'Reillys store! and shout out to Billy if you see this thank you for everything you do for us me and my dad really appreciate it. Some good experiences some questionable but most good. Had some bad attitudes and lack of knowledge but most good not O'reillys fault for trying to get help in questionable times. The employee pay could be better it may bring in better candidates to apply just my thoughts. Over all good place to shop.

Every time I go to this location the staff are so helpful @ assisting me and customer service is a 10! If you they don't have parts in stock they will order right away and its never more than a day or two before they come in along with the prices are usually lower than other places that I call or go to.

They said parts will be in at 1pm, I scheduled a mechanic and time off for Tuesday just to be safe, no call letting me know the parts did not make it.... Booo, but they drove to get the parts the next morning and apologized, accountability means something in today's world you don't see it, just Big Lies and no accountability

I called to see if they had a part in stock and a female employee answered the phone. I informed her that I was looking for a part and she responded with Oh yea? Is that why you called oreilys AUTO parts? For a part? I was extremely displeased with her attitude and thought it was very unprofessional and terrible customer service. I will probably be taking my business elsewhere.

Had to go 3 times in less than 2 hours. 3 workers were there and only 1 knew about parts the others were clueless. When we called them about wrong parts they gave me they hung up on us. I went back another day and they had different workers that were friendly and helpful

After buying a rear replacement hub for a cavalier. Granted it was for a dirt race car and the small print on the back of the receipt states they won t warranty any parts used on a race car. Well the part failed after four laps at 54 mph causing the car to roll and totaling the car and causing minor neck injury to the driver. When we took off what was left of the hub and returned to the Shawano Oriely Parts store to show them the part was clearly defective we were told by the assistant manager oh well we don t cover parts if used for racing . We showed him the part which looked like a pipe filled with pot metal .clearly defective We didn t want it replaced (car was totaled) we were just asking to be refunded for a faulty part. Once again we were told we won t cover it That kind of got me thinking, this part could have ended up on a car out for a family drive doing 60-70mph on a winding blacktop road and braking possibly killing someone who didn t have a roll cage and in the back of my head hearing the manager saying won t cover it because you were going to fast . What some BS. After this, we as a company will be taking our $6K plus a year for parts for our fleet of service vehicles elsewhere!! Yep, all this over a $90 part that was clearly defective and a manager that probably can t change his own oil. PS. Hopefully that was the only bad hub and that no one gets hurt or worse from using cheep and unsafe parts!

Went to auto zone to get my codes scanned, they told me it was the gas gap luckly I went to O'relillys and talked to Mr. Lee he scanned my car and found it wasn't the gas gap and hooked me up with the proper soultion. Think this man deserves a raise

Use their tools, checked.my computer diagnostic out, New to mechanics and Luke in shawano explained shut so clearly I was able to change EOC myself!!!I

Knowgable employees, all the parts you would ever need (might have to wait a day). I'll probably not go to any other parts store
