Thank you for making a very difficult time in our lives less stressful and even exciting. The text updates, quick service, and quality repairs were beyond expectation! When the day came to pick up my vehicle, I was even more surprised to find the interior detailed. I will NEVER settle for anywhere else again. You should know that your team has made a positive impact on myself and my two littles. We appreciate you!

They were extremely professional, friendly, and kept me up to date on my vehicle status and timeframe. The mechanics and team did a wonderful job on restoring my vehicle after hitting a bear on the highway. If you need body work or any other services by then I would highly recommend them.

Staff were very nice and informative. My car was in and out of the shop in five days for repair. After the repair my car looked as it had been before the accident! My car was cleaned on the inside as well and looked wonderful! I would recommend Caliber to anyone!!!

They did a great job with my car after I hit a deer. They were able to get my car towed in right away, got an estimate done quick, and got started. My experience was great from the first phone call to when I picked up my car. They keep you updated through the whole process as well. Also, my tri coat paint looks perfect! I would recommend Caliber to anyone needing major repairs on their vehicle. A 6pt buck smashed into my car and there was a lot of damage done. Between all of the parts that needed to be ordered and the time for repairs, I was very impressed that my car was done within 6 weeks. Mackenzie was very good to me since day one. She updated me on ordering and delivery of parts, what process my car was in for repairs and helped me with getting a rental car when my insurance ran out. Mackenzie went above and beyond for me to make sure I was happy and everything went smoothly. She was also very patient with me when I would call more than once in a day with questions. I am very pleased with the overall service.

Following a sandstorm hitting our car while vacationing we received recommendation from insurance to have front end of car repaired at Caliber. Prompt and quality service from beginning to end. I have nothing but good things to say about Caliber. Staff there is very friendly and professional at the same time. Had my front end of my Challenger repair there and their work is amazing!!!!!! MacKenzie and her team at Caliber Collision are top notch. We own a towing company called Accel Auto and Truck Repair and do automotive repair and sometimes we need body work on vehicles completed. We took a chance and reached out to the Shawano store for assistance on a hood for Ford Mustang. The work was not only completed, timely but the customer service was outstanding as well as the completion of the job itself. The paint match was seamless and MacKenzie and her team made this an easy process to go through. We now suggest to our customers if they need any sort for work in this area to give the Shawano Caliber Collision a call they will treat you and your vehicle with respect and professionalism! Shop was perfectly nice BUT had paint overspray on the black trim by the hood (which was removed subsequently), had a part off and laying on my seat from my car moonroof that had nothing to do with repair which they said I must have left. Came to pickup only to find all that and my hood release didn t open. Couldn t fix that on that day because the technicians were gone for the day. My repair looks good but all of the run around wasn t great. They need better quality control on completing a repair.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I called in after calling a few other local shops to see if I could get my vehicle looked @ after striking a deer and just needed to know if any significant damage was caused and no other shop could help for @ least a week or more and Caliber Collision told me head on over in which I did the mechanic working came right out and exceeded my expectations on what I was expecting with a quick look over he didn't hesitate to get under my truck and give me thorough suggestions on my vehicle of what was wrong and how severe and @ no cost. Thank You for your time and excellent Customs Service you have @ your shop!

Exceptional service from the beginning. Very friendly staff with great communication. I will definitely use them any time I need auto repairs done. I am a very busy single mom of four and they made the entire process very easy for me with processing the insurance claim and rental car. I highly recommend them to everyone!!!!

My jeep was the victim of a displaced deer that hit my car gave me a dirty look and ran off.The buck had no insurance!So the monster buck destroyed my whole front-end.Well liberty mutual insurance recommended this company and I said sure..Will have Cabibur Collison do the repairs.Very very pleased and satisfied from it's office personnel and professional mechanics.The outcome was very good. I went to Caliber Collision because it was the closest body shop that the insurance of the person who hit my car covered. My car was fixed and is fine, it was minimal damage, but I had horrible communication from the staff. When I dropped my car off at the shop, I asked about getting some rust spots fixed while they were working on it and if they could give me an estimate for that. The guy said that he would call me once they looked over the car. I never received a call so I figured they wouldn't be doing it. When I came to get my car, I noticed that they had fixed it without giving me an estimate first so I wasn't expecting to pay for it. And if I had known what they charged for it, I wouldn't have gotten it done. I paid for it because they did it, but I do not think it was right that I was not given an estimate and the option to have the service done. Furthermore, all updates about my vehicle were given to me through the insurance company covering the service. Not once was I given a call from Caliber Collision directly. I would not recommend this body shop to anyone and would advise you to look elsewhere.

This place called me twice a week on updates on my vehicle. My vehicle was done a couple days before the actual estimated date they given me. I picked up my vehicle and the man at the front desk was very helpful. Once I was ready to drive away a mechanic offered advice about maintaining my vehicle and was very friendly when showing me what I could be doing to keep my vehicle up and running properly.

Who knew small town body shops are the best! Great customer service & things done in a timely manner! Shout out to the paint dept for a fantastic job! Someone knew what they were doing :) We would recommend Caliber Collison to anyone! Thanks again!

Caliber s staff and technicians performed brilliantly for me. Car was fixed. They dealt with the insurance company so I didn t have to. Caliber Collision is an asset to our town. We re lucky to have them here.

It was a terrible customer service experience, I was told that they would call me when the parts for my car came in. Once the called me they informed me it would take 2-3 days to complete my car. After 4 days I received a call saying that it would be done Friday. Then I called on Monday and was told that they were waiting for my bumper to come in yet even though they were supposed to have all of my parts in. Then another week went by and I was told that they got the bumper in but they got a wrong part to put the bumper on. After 3 weeks and 3 days my car was finally completed. They even left me with a new gouge on my rear bumper. When I picked the car up they just made excuses and never even apologized for the situation.
