Just bought a new vehicle from Buss. Also bought from them in 2016. Great experience both times. No pressure sales. Felt I got a great deal. A great experience from when I first browsed their lot - just curious about a certain vehicle - to driving off the lot with my new car. Definitely worth a drive to Shawano if thinking of buying a new car or truck.

I might have paid a couple hundred more than getting treated like just another truck sale in Green Bay. Still my time is worth more than that, I was treated 1st class and everything was done for me, I ordered a truck cap Buss will have my truck picked up taken to its appointment and dropped right back off to me, we pay a little more for a 5 star restaurant, 5 star hotels and resorts, first class flights but for a few dollars more I'm supporting our community and getting the red carpet treatment for my wife and I thanks Matt for all the help, below are pics of 23 years of Chevrolet Trucks and reliability, both from Buss Automotive

Don t recommend.Bought a vehicle about 2 months ago from here, took it in today to get serviced because check engine light popped on. Found out my engine is slipping, I need a new sway bar and motor under my driver seat never worked but also needs replaced. I feel since I m a women and know nothing about vehicles they got away with it because I was in a hurry to find a big enough vehicle for my kids and I. They made me feel like it was a good vehicle jokes on me.

I love going there, they helped me getting my last two vehicles there through the bank. If it weren't for them i would not b getting my newer vehicle there without a co-signer, but no need for one. I'm on my own with this one. But Thank You very much Buss Automotive.

I was a guest of someone there who was purchasing a vehicle. I was very welcomed buy the owner and he went out of his way to make us feel welcomed. If your in need of a new vehicle it might be well worth your while to check out Buss Automotive first.

My 2015 silverado was over 200,000 miles and ready for a bunch of work to bring it back to life. Tom in the parts department was extremely knowledgeable and found all the parts I was looking for. All the parts were special order and I was able to pick them up with in a couple days. If you are looking for quality original parts and don't wanna have to worry about parts stores giving you low quality or wrong fitting parts, I highly suggest stopping in or calling Tom.

There have been 3 automotive dealers in my 50+ years who have been outstanding. Buss Automotive is the top of the three. They have fixed my old cars and sold me a new one. WB would be well within his right to be very proud of his sons. They have taken his dealership and made it into a place that not only takes care of customers, but also their employees. There have been a couple workers that Rory could have shown the door, but saved them in a time of need. Rory is a man of the community. He cares. I especially like the way he honored one old time veteran of WWII. I'd buy a car from that old tank driver just to say "thanks for your time in the service and all that you went through." Rory took care of him and probably always will. I don't know if you could squeeze a new car out of another Chevy dealer for $100 less than Buss, because I'd never try. God, please bless Buss Chevrolet.

Angela and Isaac were extremely helpful knowing that I was pressed for time and in a pinch. Last minute on a Friday and they were extremely happy to help. Couldn't ask for better service!

Buss chevy is a place that cares about there community and all of the people in it. They have done nothing but give me and my family opportunities respect and love. I would never buy a vehicle from another place. Honest and reliability in one place. You will never leave without a smile!

Crooks!Don't worry I will make sure that myself and family spread the word all around town!!!!My daughter had her used car for less than a year and already 1 grand in repairs! And the best part, is that we told Buss about it and brought the car in and there "mechanics " found nothing wrong! BS! Real mechanics found the problem!

As a previous employee, and workforce harassment being my reason for leaving I personally would not ever go there. I will go down the road to American Car Care Center. With an active complaint with GM from Detroit, MI and another active complaint with Wisconsin Department of Worforce Developement I think that should explain enough. When I have more details I will post photos of the alleged Harrasment and GM complaint. Jessica who is a Supervisor at GM handled everything very well and has been a go to since everything transpired the way it did. General Motors and I are currently still working out details, I will edit things as they come up as proof.

Nice selection of new cars and trucks. Smaller inventory of used vehicles. They had alot of new Chevrolet Colorado to choose from. Nice Dealership

Called, set appointment, & arrived a few minutes before. Vehicle was taken in on time & service was performed while I waited in lounge. I was notified when service was completed & on my way.

Service was performed within very reasonable timeframe. Appreciated the technician notifying me of a bad lightbulb, and then replacing it.

They want to sell you a car but always a hassle to get it serviced. Need to wait weeks for an appointment when your vehicle has an issue. Some of the service dept have terrible attitudes to deal with.

They went about and beyond from the salesman to the person that went through all the ins and outs with us on our new vehicle. I will definitely look there for our future vehicle
