Great custo.I service from Jesse, at the counter. I went there to have a tire checked and found out it couldn't be repaired. Jesse gave me some options to get the tire fixed. I decided to just get four new tires. He didn't steer me towards the most expensive ones and gave me a quote for five different types of tires. All of them have a rebate offer going on. He also told me the pros and cons of each tire. I also didn't feel pressured to make a hasty decision. We'll definitely go back to Auto Select for our car needs.

Have you ever had a RED jelly, sticky substance leak under your Jeep Grand Cherokee? With NO doubt call Jesse at Auto Select. I called this morning about this substance leaking from the under my driver side door. No idea what it was? They were just as mind blown as I was. With NO hesitation he pulled out a car that was already in the shop, put mine up on the lift. ONLY to find that my toddler, had a SLIME TOUNGE ROLLER lodge under my seat causing it to leak through my car. May they always remember the red jelly substance under the Jeep. We laughed! I offered to pay for wasting his time, and he would not accept payment! Even if it s serious or a mystery, call Auto Select, they ll help you solve it with no doubt even for a candy slime roller..

By far the easiest and most accommodating service I have had in the entirety of owning my vehicle. The staff were extremely helpful in getting me the correct tires I need for the driving I do. The mechanics were also able to fix the issues I was having with my exhaust. All in all a fantastic experience, It will be my default location for service from now on.

I lived in Stevens Point a decade ago and received excellent care at Auto Select. I just recently discovered that you had a branch in Shawano and the team seems just as excellent! I'm very pleased to find quality service I can trust.

Great service, and friendly staff. I had noticed my vehicle rattling while accelerating. I was able to bring my vehicle in the same day I called, I appreciated the team s willingness to squeeze me in at the end of the day. The staff was attentive to the issue and they had reassured me on my vehicle s safety.

My husband and I have been using auto select for all our vehicle repair needs. Service is always top notch and the workers always make sure to explain the issue and repairs in detail. They always have our work done in a timely manner and we leave with a sense of relief knowing the work was done right :) Also started getting our oil changes done here and that service has been great as well. We will continue to patronize this business :)

The staff is very courteous and they're very knowledgeable! I have always enjoyed the service experience. I've been a customer for awhile now. We have vehicles that have required services. It's always been a pleasure to do business @ this facility!

I was very pleased with auto select, alternator went out of my truck,got me in got me out in 2 hours! The guys were great, polite, and talk to you like a friend at least that's how I felt. Everybody in shawano wi has made us feel welcomed, and auto select as well. They have my business from now on.

My boyfriend went here to have his tires rebalanced because discount messed up horribly! After his experience there i also went to get the same thing down. They are amazing! I feel like my vehicle is in good hands here and they so honest work! Can t beat the prices either! I will definitely be going back to them and even if they are booked I will wait!Service: Tires

Scheduled an oil change/tire rotation. I dropped the keys in the after hours box, but it was just after the owner checked the box, and just before they opened. In the afternoon, the keys were still in the drop box and the car had not been serviced. Somehow, this happened again the next day, too. Finally, when it was done, the owner apologized up and down and genuinely seemed horrified. They comped the oil change to make up for the honest error. We have used their services previously and I could only say good things. They even squeezed me in one other time with very short notice before a big trip. Always top-notch.

Needed new front brake pads and had just arrived for a few days in Shawano. Called Auto Select at 7 am and they told me they could fit me in the following day. They ordered all the parts and when I dropped it off the next morning, they were ready and waiting. A few hours later, I was able to pick up my car and everything was taken care of. What a huge relief! I was impressed with their customer service. Good team!!

Great team working here. Very friendly and helpful. Blew out a tire on the way to work. Have a unique tire on my vehicle. They ordered it and had it there the next day and had me back on the road.
