Great dealership with awesome employees. Sales, service and parts personnel all extremely helpful. I had a small hydro leak on a new tractor and I stopped in on short notice and they came right out to the trailer and fixed it on the spot. Thank you!

Absolutely horrible service. Stay away! I was warned not to go there but I did anyway. Please listen to me. Go somewhere else! My Gehl R260 would not start. They kept telling me I needed this part and then that part. Finally I said "no more guessing, put your senior tech on it". A few hours later they called saying it was running, without putting that last part on. My bill was $1861.06. I had no confidence they actually fixed the problem. Sure enough, 1 hour run time, I have the exact same problem. Now they are telling me I have a different problem and will have to pay more. I was told the service manager was going to call me. As of this writing he has not called. Stay away!Update: The service manager called and are now picking up the unit and are going to check it out on them.

Needed a belt for my Kubota zero turn. Picked it up and they helped put it on right away. Got me going fast.

We purchased a new diesel zero turn mower. They had to order a lift (to clean mower deck) and that was about 3 weeks ago. I just called and they claim they called and left a message on our home phone to let us know that the part would be here on June 8. Really! First they asked if my hubby could put the part on the machine (which he said he would as it it is like a 10 minute job) now I asked if they had one on another machine that we could get and he said "I can take one off another machine but make it later today as they are extremely busy working on the farmers equipment (can't even take 10 minutes to get the part and please the customer). I guess we should have went with the Grasshopper that my husband wanted. Poor customer service and would not recommend Service Motors.Since this review a customer service manager (Joe) called and came over to fix the lawn mower. He seemed to be a great guy and helped fix the problem of the lift to the mower deck and a couple other complaints. I was very happy until I got a bill for well over $600, so I called Joe and asked why I got this bill. He said "just rip it up". I ripped it up and now I got a bill w/a $9.55 late charge. I am now waiting for a call back to see if we can fix the problem for good. Not a company I would ever recommend to others

Spending money on tractor and tractor parts is never fun but the parts guy made it a blast. He knew what I was looking for and was able to help me out in a timely fashion. And crack a few jokes along the way.

I was running late when they closed on a Saturday. I called there spoke to ron then andy in parts they offered to stay late after closing i was able to get the part i needed i was impressed

The best place to get a kubota in northeast WI!From Carl our sales professional to the guys in their service department have all been extremely helpful in getting the right tractor for the best price. It's great that the company has a number of locations so more people can utilize their services.

Absolutely horrible and very unprofessional company. They need to get it together! Came in for service and was told Christina was no longer there! Horrible mistake on letting her go since it seemed she was the only one to know what was going on. Notice the new service manager also has no idea what he is doing.
