Walked in was greeted with visible annoyance from both employees at the counter. I explained I had lost a wiper in the snow storm, and the woman who was helping me did not ask me questions until I asked if she needed my phone number, she got snippy with me. She was rude and annoyed with my presence and the questions I had. Once I was ready to check out the man at the counter was on the phone and the woman had disappeared and I had to wait longer than I would have liked. Finally the woman reappeared and helped me check out. Then I asked if one of the two could help me install the wiper (which on the website it s listed as a free service) they proceeded to argue over which one was going out there. I ended up leaving and doing it myself. I d go to the O Reilly s in Pulaski any day over this store.

The girl that "helped" me today was snotty and not helpful in any way. When I asked a question I got a very short " well I don't know " . She should not be working there. I went to a different store and got much better service and the actual correct part.

I needed new windshield wipers for my 1984 Chevy van/rv and the nice lady even helped me in the rain after I couldn't figure out how to get the old wipers off!

Just stopped here today 6-19-21 at 315. About 4 useless employees behind the counter doing absolutely nothing except talking about what they get paid a hour and when they will get their raise. Teach them a lesson and give them a reduction in pay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They even offer to do certain things for you; like change my wiper blades. I didn't need the help, but it's really nice of them to offer.

NIGHTMARE AT O'Reilly's!!!!!Guys there have no idea what they are doing! And won't make things right or help you.Ordered some brake pads for a WS-6 Trans Am.They didn't have in stock so had to wait for them to come in. No biggie. Paid for them up front and waited. Couple days later they called and said hey arrived. Drove there (35 min) and when I got there they couldn't find them anywhere. Said they were not in the system. Had to drive back home and get the receipt proving they were ordered AND paid for in full. Drive all the way back. Guy behind counter said they sent them back (nobody there really could give me a answer in what happened). The guy behind the counter apologized and said there were new people there that probably caused the mix up, and that "he would PERSONALLY order them up himself"...Ok... slightly frustrated but it is what it is so I'll wait. Ordered 2 pulleys and a brake line (not in stock) so I'd get them all at the same time in a couple days...Following week they called again on Wednesday. Said parts were in. I specifically asked about the brake pads and they said they were in along with rest of the parts I had ordered. Call them Thursday to make sure I'm not running all the way there for nothing again... sure enough...the parts that are PAID FOR IN FULL were sent back a second time!!!!! Talking to the same guy from a week earlier. He said he'd PERSONALLY order these up. I told him that's EXACTLY what he told me a week earlier. Nobody knows where my parts are, or what's going on. I would go to Orielly's a lot, but not anymore. They don't know what they are doing! And they are quick to place blame elsewhere (on customer and other employees). They do not know even how to find parts on there own systems. Numerous times I have had to show them what part in the computer is what's needed, and walk in back to find proper fittings and proper hoses. If you are going to go to Orielly's in Seymour, do not pay for ANYTHING up front, double check the parts and make sure it's what you actually need, and if possible, just avoid them all together if you can. Go elsewhere.

I was very disappointed in the service at the Seymour O'Reilly's. My fiance needed parts for his car and in a 2 day period he went back many times due to getting the WRONG parts!!!!! The people acted like they know everything and my fiance was dumb.....not ok!!! NEVER EVER GO TO THE SEYMOUR O'REILLY'S! unless you plan to go back multiple times and hope you get the right part possibly the 3rd time!!!!!! My fiance and I will never do business there again we will make the extra drive to go to green bay or shawano where they know what they are doing!

Incompetent. You call and they never know what you need. Then when you show up after they tell you they have it. They magically don't have it. Autumn and some other girl there. And I always walk in on the sitting on the counter talking to their friends. Rehire some people who know and take their job seriously.
