The mechanics are not the smartest. I tell them my snowblower takes 38 ounces of oil and they think I'm wrong. They go onto say we only put 32 in every snowblower. Clearly they need more training on the products they are working on and just maybe listen to a customer who knows more then you. So every snowblower that requires 38 ounce they are under filling by 6 ounces. They acted like I was a idiot when I told them what snowblower I have and what the oil capacity is.

A couple of years ago we were looking for a zero turn lawnmower and stopped in to browse. The woman who was working couldn t have made it more clear that she had no desire to help us in any way. She kept acting like we were the biggest inconvenience and just wanted to get rid of us. Will never go back needless to say.

We bought a new Gravely mower there and wanted to put an upgraded seat suspension on it. There were no bolt on factory air ride options so they worked on finding me a solution. Gravely air ride seat that I modified the seat brackets to get that installed. Tammy and Amanda in the Seymour store were very helpful on this project.

Lady at the counter is very rude! I brought my lawn mower in to get an estimate and was charged $40! Which when i brought it in i was not told it was gonna cost me anything to just look at it which by the way took the 3 weeks and I didn't even get a phone call back to let me know they were done! Estimate was $419 which I only paid $250 for lawn mower brand new! Lady was so rude and ignorant that she left a bad impression to ever going back there again! Would not recommend this place based on her attitude and the customer service! If I could rate them less then 1 star I would!

good location, great place to check for lawn mower parts. Looks like they sharpen Lawn mower blades by hand here. Chain saw blade sharpening too. They carry Stihl Chain saws, cub cadet and gravely zero turns here...and much more.

What a joke of a place! We took our Snapper riding lawn mower here for a few repairs and when we picked it up after they said it was ready it was leaking oil on our truck also a bunch of electric wires which should have been secured were not. They do not show you their work until you already pay for it. When we questioned them the mechanic didn't explain what was wrong and said I am going to get my boss since I can't control what I will say to you. The "boss" said that he could have them keep it longer if we wanted to. We said no, we will not be coming back here. He even told us we should fix the wire ourselves even though we just paid over $400 to work on our mower. We DO NOT recommend any one going here.

They do Sears extended warrantee work. I brought a Craftsman mower in under warrantee. It needed one failed part. Rather than order it, they put it aside to get 'arountuit' whenever. 4 weeks later the didn't get 'aroundtuit' ..no part ordered and seemingly could care less attitude. I took back mower unworked on and will find someone competent to fix it once I get the part myself. All one stars rating here for good reason. No clue about customer service...

Absolute best place in the area to have saw chains sharpened. Fast next day turn around. Chains cut like brand new. They even offer square grinding for professional square ground chisel chains. Give these guys a try.

Went there to get a part for a lawn mower. The front desk person was very kind but when she needed help from what I'm guessing was a parts manager was nothing but rude. I will never go there again for parts or service.

Tammy and her sales staff are very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Prompt service with a smile , and they even go out of their way to help a customer out . Very dependable people

Don't waste your time coming here, went to get an oil filter for my lawn mower and they didn't have it in stock! Go to fleet farm its much cheaper than here.

Every time I go there parts for my cub cadet lawn tractor never have any parts in stock ,have to order them even belts.

DO NOT go there they well rip you off especially if you're having something worked on that $48 they ask you for but them to do nothing but tell you how much parts are going to be and you can do that you're self right on your phone with Google for free
