Great service, highly recommend for any truck needs. If you are willing to work with the staff if an issue comes up they will take care of you!! When I had an issue with a tire sensor after having new tires installed the staff were quick to help resolve the issue.

Needed a cover for the bed of our truck because we were leaving the next day but needed to haul stuff because we re moving. Drove an hour to get it, drove an hour back, opened the box and we were instantly disappointed. Not only was the cover dirty and obviously used, but it had been patched up with black duct tape. Called the business to sort it out and they were NO HELP. Said that the best they could do would be for us to return it so they could just throw it away because they didn t want the product out there because they don t sell bad product. When told that we needed a cover that night, they offered us a $50 refund. We paid nearly $600 for a cover that s worth MAYBE $250, and that s all we got offered. Then, when we said we didn t want to drive back, we were insulted by the manager when he told us that we didn t have to drive that far because he, makes that drive everyday. Bad product, bad service, bad personalities.

Had a bed cover and cold air intake installed. The bed cover was put on crooked with large gaps on the front and back side of the bed. I was able to figure out how to adjust it my self. When I asked the assistant about the gaps he stated they were supposed to be there, and eventually things will settle into place. The cold air intake that was installed was installed wrong and very loose. It ended up falling apart under the hood. I was able to put it together again and found that they didn t install some of the clamps that were needed. During the time this stuff was installed I know there was a bunch of staffing and management changes happening so that could have played part with just not being held accountable. I will more then likely be using TFT again being weary of what happened before but I do know the new team in Schofield will get it done better.

I m in between with this one , not only did they have to call and reschedule three times which I was more than willing to help them out, I have never used my wiring or tow hitch that I got cost me around $650 plus $400 for U-Haul only to get to U-Haul to find out that the brakes don t work the wiring doesn t work turn signal barely works. I tried it on three different trailers and nothing worked , they say fuse so I get that checked and it s fine ,. they did offer to pay if it was a fuse, however to say I m satisfied is an understatement . Although a j was nice!

Stopped in there recently to have them fix an issue with my running board on my Ram, very professional and courteous as well as friendly in the 2 times I stopped. Kevin and his crew did a good job will definitely be back

Just got my ARE cap installed. T4T did a fantastic job. Just what I ordered amd a perfect install. Tim and Travis are fantastic. Travis got me slotted in time for my trip and Tim handled the order and install. Awesome outfit.

Travis, Ben, and the rest of the crew did an outstanding job with my truck cap! The ordering experience was excellent, they explained all the options available to me. The crew did an outstanding job of installing it, completely water tight and the lights make it like day light inside at night. Don t hesitate to call them with any of your vehicle needs. Pleasure to deal with some honest hardworking men!

We have been to Toys for Trucks several times for our truck needs including tonneau covers, remote start, and a lift on our sons truck. Travis has always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Always excellent service there as well. I appreciate this for myself and especially for my young adult son that Travis has always been very friendly and truthful to us. Best place to go for our truck needs and extras! We will be back with our next truck purchases.

I was having trouble with my bike rack and hitch that was missing a bolt & pin. It was recommended that I stop down to Toys For Trucks off of Grand Ave to see if they could help. They couldn't have been nicer! They placed an order for the specialty replacement bolt but went above and beyond the usual service.They were kind enough to install a temporary bolt so I could take my bike up north for the week and didn't even charge me for that temporary fix. What customer service!

Had to replace a damaged trailer light hookup on my van in a very short period of time and Travis and his crew were not only able to get it done for me but the work was exceptional. I could not have been happier with the quality of work and the customer service!

I purchased a low mileage 2019 Chevy Colorado. I was looking for a camper shell for the box. I found an ad for Toys for Trucks in Schofield WI. I stopped in the next day to see what they had. I ended up buying a black aluminum shell with matching windows at a very reasonable price. Today I had the shell installed and it looks great on my blue truck with black bumpers and trim. Definitely recommend Toys For Trucks

Great price on quality products and fantastic service! Walked in at 5:40 (they close at 6:00) to order a tonneau cover. When I asked about installation they said "how about now?". Left store at 6:01 with a perfectly installed cover for the same price as ordering one and installing myself. Clean shop. Overall--Outstanding!

Needed a hitch no one could seem to find. Salesman found ordered and delivered. Had them install and went perfectly. My one issue is the Salesman has a personality that is very unfriendly. He is however efficient so that's what mattered.

Ordered a soft top for my Jeep, they ordered the wrong one, I tried to exchange and apparently I'm stuck with what I got. Will never go back there.

We were very unhappy with the way we were treated at Toys for Trucks and unhappy with their work. We spent well over $3000 with them for a topper, seat covers, floor mats and had extra wiring done so that when we opened the topper we could turn the lights on from the back. When they wired the back they just stripped the wires and wired them together with the truck wires and then covered it with a 2 inch piece of black electrical tape up underneath the fender where you can't see it. It actually lasted a year because we didn't use the truck over 6000 miles yet but went out because their wires came loose. The seat covers that were supposed to be installed were left unconnected under the front seats so they caught on my pants when I got out to get gas. We thought maybe they just came unhooked on the driver's side but when we looked to see how they went back together we discovered they weren't attached on the passenger's side either. We won't bother going back to have them fix it. They were rude when we came to pick up our truck and with the sloppy job they did and how rude they were, we decided just to fix it ourselves.

Rude, lazy, tried to upsell, $200 more than any website for the same item. Will never go here again. Shop online you're much better off. Lost my business for expensive rims and tonneau cover.
