Took my truck there for an alignment. While heading home on 29, I noticed a pretty significant shimmy in the steering wheel. Called them to explain, and they got me in that same day. They ended up rotating and balancing 3 times to make things right, and said do not hesitate to call if I have any more issues. The manager and mechanic were professional, and friendly. After it was all said, and done, there was no charge. That kind of experience should be the standard. Great company. Will definitely be going back.

Great service combined with high quality work and friendly staff. Matched a compitor price for the tires, pefect balance. The Miata drives like a dream. I don't go anywhere else for tire work. Thanks Guys!

Dan said in all the years he has been with SST there was never a tire they couldn't change. I stumped him for a little bit with a hidden pusher axel hidden by the body. But now he can still say "There is no tire we can't change." Thank you Dan. Good bunch of guys working with you.

I purchased some BF Goodrich Tires from Southside back in April. They had very competitive pricing and relatively quick service on the initial install. Unfortunately, they attempted to balance the tires four times. On my third and forth visit I was told that the "best guy" was on it and that it be done properly. After the forth time, I had to take them to a certified GM dealer to have them balanced correctly. I informed Southside Tire that was my solution to the problem. They asked about the invoice and stated they would send it to corporate for review and reimburse me for the charges. Well, they did but only for the labor at Southside....not the bill from the GM certified dealer. Overall, great price on tires but poor customer service after the sale.

Semi truck blew a drive tire and after getting #%#&#*ed around by Pomp's, we called Southside. The technician had the day off. He'd actually seen my truck broken down earlier in the day, and had a feeling he might get a service call. He got there with a new Michelin tire quick as he could, jacked up my frame and trailer (which had 34 cows on it) and had the tire replaced in less than 10 minutes. I also received numerous texts informing me of his eta, plus a personal phone call from the technician himself. THAT'S how it's done.

Blew a front tire on our Motorhome on Hwy29 west of Wausau. Called the guys at Southside and they said they would be able to get to us in 30 to 45 minutes. They did and had us back on the road within 30 minutes. A big thanks for fast and courteous service. I would recommend them anytime.

This place refused to work on my car anymore after calling them out on not fixing my car right, I seriously wouldn t recommend this place to anyone. The way they handled the situation was completely unprofessional and I left the shop feeling like they were trying to pull a quick one on me because I m a female. They also took like two weeks to fix my car because they ordered the wrong part. I will take my car to anywhere but this place from now on.

Great people! Flat tire on a Saturday- could not fit me in because they are very busy. Pumped up the tire, warned me against driving too far and got me down the road.

Woke up to flat tire this morning...new tire being put on now, great fast service. Thank you to this place, they were opened, got us in quick and ready for our long drive home tonight!

Great receiver. Live unload about an hour. They receive by appointment but if you are late and call them to notify they have no problem to unload you when you arrive.

Friendly staff, comfortable waiting room and great service. Prices are very reasonable. Will be switching all of our oil changes to Southside!

Wish i could give it a half a star. Worst service ever! Order tires from here and ended up waiting 3 months for them. Everytime we called they said it ll come in Tuesdays what a jokee this place is. Anyone who rate this store a 5 star is obviously a person who works here

Ill give you guys the fact that my tire was patched quite properly, but the fact that when i called and asked what the time would be i was told 30 to 45 minutes, at drop off that time was extended to an hour and a halg, to my luck it was done early, with a very nice scratch around the edge of my wheels, and when brought up to customer service i was answered with "atleast the aluminum shines there now" horrible customer service.
