My wife and I were traveling from the U.P. through Wisconsin back to Ohio. We were a bit north of Wausau when a deer ran out and did damage to my 2018 Chevrolet Colorado. There was extensive damage to the truck including the radiator, intercooler, condenser, entire front end and left front fender. I got a hold of Precision Body & Frame and they said they d take care of me. As we were camping, we had quite a bit of gear on the truck as well as a bicycle rack and roof top tent. They stored the bicycles and bike rack in a secure location for us while they fixed the truck, as we couldn t take it on the rental car home with us. When they did complete the job, I flew into Wausau to pick up the truck and they even picked me up from the airport! They really did an awesome job fixing up the truck as it looks new again. Even detailed the interior! I can t say enough about these good folks and the great work that they do!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

Own a BMW and I always take my car to precision to get cosmetic work done if needed. Hands down they re the best and every time. They never jeopardize quality. Once again, perfect.

They did a good job but took longer than what they told me. After telling me it will be "done next week" three times, I finally got my car back. When I picked up the car I was furious yet they didn't even acknowledge their lies nor apologize for not being honest or in top of things to realize they had lied 3x. No I'm not going back.

Had a great experience! The wait time to get in was a little long, but they can t help that they re busy. I think that shows how amazing they are. Went above and beyond with the fix. Easy to work with and great customer service.

Bob and his staff are fantastic when it comes to customer service! I needed to bring my Jeep in for a few door dings and a paint touch up. Not only did they get me an appointment right away, but they were able to have it done in two days. They communicated when it was going to take an extra day to fit it in and kept to their word. Everyone is very friendly and honest and I would highly recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had someone sideswipe me on grand. My car was dented and scratched TERRIBLY! My car was not gone for that long and they made it look completely brand new!! They even cleaned the interior for me which I appreciated so much! Bob is such a nice guy so helpful and personable! 10/10 recommend to take your car here for any body work needs!

The people at Precision Body and Frame were actual lifesavers. Me and a friend were traveling from out of town and her tire had a valve leak, and we headed over to the nearest auto place we could find. Everyone was very patient and kind, and they got everything fixed very quick. I highly recommend their services to anybody. Thanks you guys, we appreciate it greatly, peace and love.Service: Tires

I would highly recommend everyone at Precision Body & Frame. We took out vehicle in for repair work. Bob and the entire staff were so friendly and made the process a very seamless one. They helped us with the loaner car in the meantime and when we got the car back in the matter of a couple days, it looked as good as it did when we bought it new 2 years prior. Great work, and a great team!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Had my Camaro hood painted there to be professionally painted and they didn't match the color of my hood to my car. They claimed that they guaranteed their paint so I had my hood repainted. After I got the car back, the hood was a shade off from the fenders and front fascia. Looks unprofessional, as it's a whole shade off. Called them to see what they would do since it was visibly a shade off, and just got nothing but a rude and dismissal attitude from the owner, he even hung up on me. Would never go back for professional painting service. Do not recommend.Service: Painting

I just wanted to say Thank-You to Bob and the team. My brother brought our Mother's car in after it was in a collision with another vehicle (not her fault). They did an excellent job and also gave her a loaner car to use. Thank you so much for your personal service and high quality of work at a most reasonable price.

Amazing job they did to my husband 4Runner and my Corolla when needed to be repair. There fast and always give you updates!! They even have free loaner car too! #1 choice to choose and you won't regret!

Had over 6k damage on the front of my Escape. They did a flawless job both in the appearance and mechanics--it drives as well as it did before They took a lot less time than I thought they would, and had it back to me less than 2 weeks from the accident. The loaner car was a nice bonus as was the daily online picture updates of their work. The paperwork was simple as they and my insurance company, State Farm, worked it all out.

Paint job had bubbles in it,, which eventually pop and my door is all rustic. He refused to accept the bubble was from the paint job they did, even though they were the only ones who did it and did the job the day prior. He wanted to charge me $700 to fix the bubble in the paint job they did. Never going back.

They do an excellent job of fixing any type of automobile. They also have a fast and reliable towing company. Everytime I have had any business with them they truly have been great!

There are other shops in town that does the same thing Precision & Frame does for less. Get an estimate from other auto body shops before you go into this shop.Took my car in to have it repaired and what normally cost $1,300 - $1,500 in most shops in town, Precision & Frame billed my insurance $3,000 just to repaired a dent on the side door. last time I will ever go there.Precision & Frame will fix your car for you.. at 2 times the cost that's all.On the plus side, Precision body & Frame does have cars avail for their customers to use while the vehicle is being repair.
