I went in to get some new windshield wipers and try to find a way to fix some stuck rusty screws on my license plates. Sarah, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to assist me. She helped me find the right parts for my car and issue with the screws. I highly recommend NAPA for your car needs!

My mom went in to buy and air filter and a cabin air filter. All which costed her ~$41. She went home and found both filters online totaling $20. When she went back to return them, the guy at the counter had an attitude and was super rude to her about returning them when he asked her why she was returning them and she was honest with him saying she found both for half the price online (same brand). She never opened them or used them at all and returned them in under 2 hours.

Was in a situation today. Bought a lil boat but couldn't bring it home because hit h wouldn't come off to put correct size. O'Riley employees made me wait 25 minutes just to say "nvm we can't help you" without even looking. Went to this Napa and enthusiastically greeting by Penny. She was so nice. Then the owner himself,John came out and took a look,then went above and beyond by not only finding the right tools for the job,but by doing it himself. I can't thank them enough. They just gained a loyal customer.

Worst service ever, went into store, waited while employee was on phone, he looked at me and knew I was there and was never acknowledged being there then proceeded to answer more phone calls leaving me just stand there, absolutely horrible store, never will recommend wasting your money there, again absolutely horrible customer service, I will walk before I get a part from them to fix my car. I would give ZERO stars if it let you.

Always friendly and personable. Very helpful. At the time of this visit, appeared somewhat dark from the outside, so I initially had the impression that it was closed, although that was obviously not the case when I went up to the door.

Just went in to get a new starter for my Mazda and they were extremely busy on a Saturday. The guys working there were extremely nice and helpful especially for being busy. Will definitely be going there for all of my future business.

Lazy help. No clue how to look up parts! Called and asked about availability of a part, the guy stated they had no availability for that part. Mean while I was on NAPA online and it showed 8 different options! Sorry Mike.

Tried to get belt for IH tractor at another place on Saturday response was can have for you on Tuesday. They had it in stock & the correct one! Back to work!

Love Napa may not always be the cheapest but never had a problem with Getting the wrong part They are also Triple A cardholder approved so you get a discount on your purchase

An auto parts store that couldn't even find the right bulb for my car. Went to Walmart and there little computer to search for bulbs got me the right one. Jeez.
