Best experience I've had! I didn't have an appointment but they were able to look at my car within minutes. Turns out it had a leak that needed to be fixed immediately. They consolidated me and repaired it on the spot. They then gave me information on two other problems I should get fixed. I appreciated that they were honest and told me I didn't need to fix them now but that they would need to be checked on in the future. They're charge for my visit was extremely reasonable which put my wallet at ease like no other shop I've been to.Overall best with speed, costumer service, honesty, and price. 100% recommend!

Always friendly. Gave me a car to use so i could go about my day while the work was bring done For oil change and maintenance. No issues with my vehicle since purchase and is still in tip top shape a year later. Quick and easy and stress free!

Menke Buick GMC definitely goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Worked with Brian T to purchase my new truck. Brian is awesome and I can t say enough about him. There ended up being some more issues with my trade-in than what was originally thought, but they stood behind and honored their word on the original trade in value. It was definitely worth the 5 hour drive. I highly recommend if you re looking for a new vehicle to check out Menke Buick GMC.

Brian T. was a good salesman for us during our search for a used truck. He encouraged us to drive a variety of trucks and was informative with answering questions. There were a few cosmetic blemishes on the truck we decided to buy and MENKE gave us the option of fixing the bad spots or deduct $500 from the price. We chose to fix the blemishes. Brian also provided winter mats for the second row that had been removed by the previous owner. The Finance Manager stayed late the evening of our purchase and also did a nice job with us.

This place is very nice clean dealership. But the service department on the other hand they are good I had a warranty problem that I had to bring in from another dealership which should not have cost me extra money they did get me in to fix the problem. But they charged me and then I had to hit up the other dealership to pay me back for their service that's why they're getting three stars.

Landon was very helpful and efficient with helping me buy my first ever vehicle! I had an idea of what I wanted and he helped me find the best vehicle for my situation. I test drove one day and bought the vehicle the next morning. So easy and fast. Highly recommend!!

I received a full detail certificate from a fund raiser hosted by the veterans group Patriot K9s of Wisconsin located in Wausau. When I called to setup an appointment with Menke GMC they were very professional and friendly. They set me up for an appointment very quickly for two days later. When I dropped off my vehicle it was a quick and easy check-in. They provided me with shuttle service to my job location and picked me up when the car was finished(very friendly and safe driver). My car was considerably filthy and was hoping they could least take a couple layers off to make it look good. Very impressed with the outcome. Looks like new again. Highly recommend their detail service.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They took care of the car, sent the video and explained everything they did. The facility is spotless and the waiting area is comfortable and stocked with refreshments. An excellent place to take your car.

I appreciated the expertise and friendliness of Brian. A couple little details needed to be worked out and they made sure everything was set to go so I could drive the car off the lot. Brian took them time to show me the features of my new car and everything went seemingly smoothly. I had brought my 18 year old son to a couple other dealerships while looking for cars. He said, "this was a much better experience, they were friendly, listened, and seemed happy to be helpful, this is how it is supposed to be done! " I couldn't agree more. Brian T. at Menke GMC was great to work with, he actively listened and was able to locate a truck with the trim package, desired features and color that I was looking for. He went the extra mile to keep me updated as we progressed towards the purchase and answered all of my questions in a timely fashion. Always a place I can trust with my 2016 Mazda6! I love Katie she is always so helpful when it comes to vehicles. Very friendly atmosphere and they get things done quick at the Mazda servicing center.

went very in-depth with the overall car inspection, very quick and wasn't there more than an hour and had multiple basic maintenance done to my car. was very pleased! good service and kind staff! Katie was amazing and very personable.

Menke auto is my choice. Very courteous and appreciative when I bring my care in for service. I'm grateful when they alert me to upcoming concerns and preventive maintenance issues. A person could do much worse in their choice of area service departments. I say that from experience.

The team was fantastic in resolving our issue. Limping along with a motor problem that popped up over the weekend and not having a Monday appointment, we thought all was lost. They were able to squeeze us in, identify the issue and fix the problem to get us back on the road. This helped us maintain our busy schedule before the holidays. Highly recommend the Menke team!

I leased my Mazda from Menke November 2022. Katie, Service Advisor was very helpful in scheduling oil change days prior to a long trip and also took care of a system update. Then Avery, salesman helped me when I had trouble setting up XM radio on my Mazda. Everyone there is eager to help in any way to give their customer personal attention and take time to answer questions.

The tech seemed nice and competent but the front desk did a terrible job setting expectations. I thought I was bringing my car there for a specific repair but in reality they were doing an inspection they intended to charge me for and didn't have the part needed on hand. If you bring your car there you will need to ask a lot of questions and make sure it is clearly laid out WHAT they will be doing. I did not have them do the repair and I will not return there.

A smaller dealership where everyone is so friendly and helpful. Pricing is very competitive and no pressure to purchase warranty or vehicle upgrades but informed what is available. It's nice to find a dealership with staff that has been around for a while.

The right side of my 2021 Silverado was completely wiped out by a deer. They replaced all the panels on the right side front to back along with left and right side air bags.They then detailed the interior and exterior.The truck looks new again! The body shop did a great job!!

Had an oil change done, also asked for them to look into a clunk , they found the reason for the noise during a road test, lubricated the joints, road tested again to ensure the repair was made and didn t charge me for the repair outside of my oil change. Happy with the service and the shuttles I received.

If you are looking for a vehicle Menke is the place to go for an amazing experience all around. We worked with Brian in sales and I can t say enough about him and the way he treated us. Brian is so easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and willing to show you all options available to make sure you as the customer are happy with what you will be driving. He goes above and beyond to make your buying experience great along with excellent and prompt communication. We then worked with Scott in finance to finalize the deal and he was also very knowledgeable and made the process seamless. We are beyond pleased with our purchase and support along the way with any questions that come up. From past experience we have never had an issue in the service department either as we always have our service work done at Menke. A+ all around for a one stop shop! Thanks again for another impressive car buying experience!
