We had a tire blowout on the highway. The driver Jerry went over and beyond with help. We really appreciate him. I ve had him twice now thanks Jerry you were awesome!!! Also, the time to get to us was amazing. Thanks again Jerry!

Shout out to Nick who came to my rescue to change a flat tire on the highway. Spare tires aren't much goodwithout a jack. Lightning Express arrived faster than promised, tire was changed, and I was on my way. I would definitely use them again if the need arose.

Yesterday we hit a deer, called Jerry at LET and asked if they could make a specific time work. He was more than willing to make that happen but he also helped me to find the location for the vehicle. He was on time, super kind and explained all the next steps with insurance. He was wonderful! 5 stars! Do recommend! :)

I had to have my Semi Tractor & Trailer towed from a Rothschild paper manufacturer to a repair shop on a Saturday afternoon. Luckily I called Lightning Express Towing. Chad had Jerry there within the hour. That s a long rig to get out of the tight spot that I was in(Heavy Duty Wrecker-SemiTractor-TankerTrailer) but Jerry made everything look easy. Jerry was very knowledgeable, friendly , and worked as fast as he could, to get my truck to the repair shop a.s.a.p.Would definitely use these guys again.

My daughters were in a serious accident, lightning towed the totalled vehicle on Saturday evening. I called on Monday, related the accident and the first thing Chad asked was how my children were. Jerry let me in to see the vehicle and get it's contents, he was very kind and helpful. INCREDIBLE. if I had had cash I would have tipped them all of it.Let me paint a poetic picture: im 19, a young girl, first time wheel goes flat, IM NOT IN MY TOWN, 10:30 at night, i call. Answer just on the second ring. Easy communication, probably immediate response time too. And the people? SO kind. I wish I got their names. Lynn was quick to respond when my son's truck broke down on his way to school on Sunday. The driver picked him up, dropped him off at school along with his gear and brought the truck to the service station. It was such a relief that he was in good hands away from home. I can not say enough good things about Lightning Towing.What a life saver. Got a flat of 51 N headed to Minocqua and was quoted over 2 hours for AAA to respond. F That.When I called Lightning they quoted me "60 minutes but I should be able to get there quicker". Well they got there in 28 mins. So fast.When we got my car into the service location the price shocked me with how reasonable and affordable it was.Thank You!Service: Car towing

Jerry came out while there was a tow ban today and moved my jeep off the freeway as so it didn't get hit. He was so professional. I was upset and stranded and Jerry gave me a ride to my destination. I called for my van to be towed and when Jerry arrived he made sure to ask me what was going on with the vehicle. He looked everything over and after a full inspection (even driving it around the parking lot for me) he advised it was actually okay to drive it to the shop myself if I felt comfortable. I was so grateful that I didn't have to pay for towing and he offered this information to me when he didn't have to! He even followed me to the shop to make sure that I made it there safely. I'm a single Mom of 4 so every penny counts. Jerry made my day and I will be sure to call Lightning Express Towing if I ever need to in the future. That is outstanding customer service! After Triple A embarrassed themselfs by taking 45 minutes to try to find me a tow I called them respectfully asking where my tow was. I was told that they where still looking and then hung up on. Out of frustration I called lightning express towing. Who answered right away and had a truck sent to me in under 15 minutes and took me 30 minutes away to my shop of choice. Included was a very friendly and knowledgeable employee. Would recommend this company to anyone needing a tow. 10/10

My truck broke down on 51 Northbound by cedar creek. I called to receive a tow for my 98 Ford F800. Jerry was there super fast, hooked up the truck and got me home in no time. The pricing was extremely reasonable as well considering the vehicle they towed for me. Will definitely call them first every time and high recommend them if you need a tow.Service: Special vehicle towing

A M A Z I N G! From start to finish my experience with Lighting Express towing was above and beyond professional! Setting my tow apt was seamless and customer friendly. I was given a straight price with no guess work on my end. The tow rep, Jeff, was next level! He was right on time, super friendly and just over all a pleasure to work with. I will be returning again if I have and will recommend Lighting Express my friends and family. Absolutely fantastic in every way!!!! Chad has an amazing team that consistently goes above expectations in timely and professional service! As a resident of the Wausau area now for several years I ve seen the rest and whenever I m in need I don t hesitate to call the best!!! While driving from Milwaukee to Minocqua we experienced a flat tire on our boat trailer and changed it ourselves. As we were passing through Wausau we got another flat on the boat trailer and without a spare, we were stuck and so we called Lightning Express Tow service and they showed up almost instantly, definitely why they call it lightning express. Jeff was super helpful towing our boat and trailer to the Fleet Farm while we quickly ran to buy tires before they closed. Jeff helped us change the busted tire and helped us replace the spare/previously replaced tire to make sure the boat had two brand new tires, also changed in record time. Jeff was so helpful, the service was so great, they were quick and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this business. My kids got a flat tire when it was -40 outside, and my insurance couldn t get anyone to help. I made the call to Lightning Express and my kids got help within 10 minutes. That s good service & we are so grateful!!

I am so thankful for Lightning Express Towing. Tonight my tire went flat after apparently I ran over a nail. I live about an hour outside of Wausau so did not have any local contacts. In desperation I called Lightning Express and asked if they could change a tire for me. 20 minutes later, it was done and I was on my way home! Fast, reliable, and affordable!
