They did a great job servicing my Audi Q5. I came in for basic maintaince oil change etc. They were quick, efficient and did a great job. They went over the paperwork with me and I was put the door within an hour or so. I will return for sure. Thank you for going above and beyond and getting me in for service.Stephanie

They kept me in the look throughout the process. Worked around my schedule to hold my vehicle until I could pick it up on my time. Then when my app notified me of low tire pressure, I called them and they handled it with no issues.Very professional business and I would gladly work with them again!!

Really appreciate that they went the extra mile to ensure my truck got done and to a high quality of standard. The flexibility to my schedule and Unique situation was so awesome, something most shops wouldn't do. I feel that is what sets them apart form other shops that become complacent, at Jay's they're down to earth a great people with the intelligence to get you back on the road safely.

I was sceptical of taking my car to jays auto. After leaving jays auto I was certain I should not have taken my car there. Basically went to jays auto for a $500 cup of coffee and a stack of paperwork. I'm not saying the people there aren't nice and all but they didn't help with anything I couldn't have done myself for about $50. Left with a feeling of regret. Have a good day. Be smart and save your money.

Those guys were very professional! Really knew what they were talking about and let you know every step of the way what was going on with my car. I have a BMW and didn't know where to take it because of being a foreign car. No worries there. They have all the skills and no how to work on them. So thanks guys!! I really do appreciate it!!

They were able to get my mom in right away , she had a blown motor , the owner seems like a very nice guy , they were in communication with her I would recommend! They were very good !

Updated: 04/05/2024 - Continuing to take my car to Jay's - earlier in the year had a new battery put in and today had my winter tires swapped out and my all seasons put back on, and had the oil changed. Tommie did a great job. As always, Cary was very helpful. Thank you! - end of Update.Updated: 10/31/2023 - Continuing to take my car to Jay's - they do great service. Just got my winter tires put on today. And continue regular maintenance at their shop. Scott is usually the engineer that works on my car. He does a great job. Cary is always very helpful. Thank you! - end of Update.Jay s did a fantastic job. Very thankful to have found them when my car needed to be towed due to a coolant leak which was due to the bypass hose to my engine block breaking. While there, I had other items on my list I wanted to get sorted and they did a great job - rear brake replacement, spark plugs, checking my battery, swapping my all season for winter tires. And of course they sorted my primary issue being the major coolant leak. Cary was very helpful throughout the process, he kept me up to date as he and Scott ordered parts and got my car scheduled as soon as they could get all things addressed - with the primary focus getting my car back on the road. They did not try to hard sell anything. All the extras I had asked for since they were on my list. They did make future recommendations which were reasonable. Very thankful to have found a trustworthy place less than 2 miles from where I live instead of driving to the BMW dealer in Appleton.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement, Wiper blade installation, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

I am SO Grateful to the Excellent Emergency Repair given by the Team at Jay s today!I became frightened with a strange, tugging feeling while driving on the highway. I called & Carrie the Manager, said to drive over & the Mechanics will take a look!Well, to my amazement my tire was flat from a nail & rim erosion?!? It was immediately fixed, I interfered with lunch break, but they sent me safely back home to Tomahawk!Thankyou So Much for your Expertise & Kindness!Kathy Rechsteiner11-7-23

Friendly Service was done on timely basis. Did complete overview and provided detailed info on vehicle and possible future repair/replacement items. 10/10 recommend Jays! Best auto repair service I've ever experienced! The employees were so easy going and explained everything in detail. I absolutely loved the fact theres a constant "paper trail" between emails, texts and a customer account with what is going on and what is wrong with the vehicle. My wife recently had her oil changed and tires rotated. After two hours she received the keys, paid the bill and left when she drove out of the driveway she realize the check engine light was on. She probably turned around and went back and told them that the check engine light was on, she also asked them if they had replaced the dipstick or the oil fill cap or make sure everything was the way it should be prior to her leaving. They dismiss my wife and said yes everything is as it should be when I got home from work. I pop the hood on the car and realized that the oil fill cap was sitting on the fender of the car and not where it should ve been oil blowing all over the top of the motor , and this was the reason for the check engine light I regretfully say that I will not use Jay s auto repair anymore

I was able to get my vehicle in quickly and they were able to fix it within a day. Even with parts needing to be ordered. I was treated so kindly and I just haven't experienced that kind of customer service in a long time. They assisted in finding credit options to help me pay for these unexpected issues. Issues that HAD to be dealt with for safety reasons so it's not like it could be put off. I was just really happy with the whole experience.Service: Auto maintenance

My car had been making an obnoxious rattling noise when idling or going low speeds. Another shop knew what the problem was, but was unable to fix it. They recommended Jay s, and I m glad! They were able to squeeze me in that same day. Everyone was kind and professional, the job was done quickly, and the cost was extremely reasonable.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They replaced my oil pan recently. Had a small issue a few days later with a sensor that wasn't plugged in entirely. They then did get me in right away and fixed it without charging me anything else. loved working with Cary. He was very professional, and helped me get home and back while my car was serviced, which was above and beyond what I expected. it was very much appreciated. I have a Mini Cooper, so they are really the only ones around who can service my car, and I was happy to not have to drive to Appleton for an oil change. The diagnostic tests they did were really thorough also. Only draw back, and reason for only 4 stars, is I feel that they're priced slightly higher than the dealership.. which right now is really important to me.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

These guys are awesome and literally saved our vacation!! We had been on a road trip from Texas for days, exploring Minnesota and Wisconsin, and happened to stop in Schofield for lunch. That's when we noticed the terrible noise coming from the front driver side wheel hub. Jay's had good reviews on Google so we limped over there, and it being Friday afternoon, were fully expecting to be spending the last few days of vacation in Schofield waiting for a repair instead of making it to Milwaukee. But the guys at Jay's, hearing our predicament, immediately diagnosed the problem (our wheel bearing assembly was separating), and had a new wheel bearing and hub assembly delivered and installed lickety-split. They had us back on the road in an hour and a half, maybe even less!!! We made it to Milwaukee and then back to Texas without any problems. We really can't recommend these guys enough and wish they were our regular mechanics! Thanks, again, Jay's!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Outstanding service! Jay's did a fantastic job with all the repairs we have had done so far, and they have competitive pricing. I've also never had a more thorough inspection on a vehicle. It really gives you confidence in knowing what needs to be done on your vehicle and with what priority. Would recommend them to anyone!

I showed up a lil early and Jay was able to get me in right away. I was very pleased with their service. And really happy the mechanic come out in the lobby to explain and show me an issue on my vehicle. After everything was said and done Jay walked me through the maintenance that was done and future repairs that need to be done along with some great coupons. I will be back in the future and also recommend anyone to stop in and check out the great service.

I haven't personally been to many auto repair shops, so my expectations for what I'm looking for are essentially a clean slate. Having said that, I doubt that I would go anywhere else with the excellent service I received from Jay's.I went in for a general tune-up of my car and before any work was done, I was given a quote of what to expect to be charged (which looked more than fair compared to averages I've researched online). My car was expertly worked on and I was given a summary of what was done, which also included their recommendations for what can be worked on, complete with a rating scale describing severity and urgency and also pictures to highlight what was in the summary. I received a paper copy of this and also an e-mail copy.Already satisfied with the work done to my car, I later received a thank you text which was nice to see because all the little things count. It shows to me that Jay cares for his customers -- a fact that I already knew from the way I was courteously treated in the lobby while I waited for my car.All-in-all, Jay's Auto Repair is very thorough and professional with what they do from start to finish. I feel no untrustworthy vibe where I feel like I'm being slimed out of my money with them -- a feeling that some facilities tend to give me. It's important that I trust the people working on my belongings, and Jay's has given me that trust. I'll definitely continue doing business with them.

My visit was by far the most pleasant car repair I've ever experienced. I had trouble with my muffler first thing in the morning right before some important business meetings. After leaving my vehicle with the shop, Jay personally dropped me off at my office and sent someone to pick me up after work. Everyone I spoke with (in person & over the phone) was friendly and helpful. Their prices were fair and they did not perform any work on my vehicle without first confirming with me. I will definitely be returning for future repairs.
