I ordered a bumper from them on Friday afternoon and the lady told me I could pick it up on Saturday before noon. I called Saturday morning and a rude guy named Zack answered the phone. I asked him if they would have the bumper ready for pickup before noon and was told " We don't pull parts on Saturday." I told him what the lady had told me and he said I guarantee me she didn't say that, basically calling me a liar. I started to ask him if that's how they do business but he hung up on me. The bumper had to be prepaid which I did. If I would've known I wasn't going to get the bumper on Saturday I wouldn't have bought it. Will never buy anything from them again. I wonder what problems I'm m gonna have getting my money back

Bought a 3.6 litre dodge engine on line through these clowns, supposed to have 31,000 miles on it. What was delivered was one with over 349000 miles on it, clearly a core engine was sent to me, 2 bad cams, metal all through out heads and oil pan, complained and another one was sent out just as bad, They only wanted 1 back,now stuck with yard art!Always do a vin check on the part you get, Especially from these guys, Thank god I got my money back!

Horrible service went to get help with a battery the old man that was sitting behind the counter, refuse to even look at my battery, or come outside to tell me what I was looking for he would not help me undo the the screws to get the battery loose I m to the point of a cut my hand trying I m not a mechanic and I understand that their job isn t to do that, but I ve never had a mechanic or auto parts store treat me so badly when I was looking for parts

Had a great experience dealing with Michele at cousineau. Her attention to detail, and due diligence in making absolute sure she would be getting the correct rear end for my 2003 pickup was refreshing! (I had a nightmare experience with a different business, sending one that was junk, then a second one that wasn't even the right one. ) I should've tried cousineau first. Michele's professionalism and follow up will make me come back to them again.

Maybe they wouldn't be bad if they'd ever pick up their phone!!!!! I have tried calling this place so many times!!! What kind of business doesn't pick up their phone????? Don't waste your time!!!!

Called them about getting a wheel for my 2003 Avalon, talked to a Michelle and if she had one available she said yes discussed price and I said go ahead and order it. About a week later was getting in my car to do some errands, and my neighbor flags me down, got a package at my house for you, so took it in and opened it and it's 2000-2002,6 spoke not a 03-05, 5 spoke wheel also a 15" not the 16" that I need, so anyway she gets back from vacation and finally get in touch, she told me she ordered exactly what I told her to order, so someday when I grow up I will be able to figure out where I live, what year my car is an what size wheel I need, normally I deal with hilltop but I'll never do business with cousineau's again!

I would rate a 1 star, but some of the workers were very helpful. What ruined my experience was the lady at the checkout. I pulled my own part, which was a broken cap for a washer reservoir. It was the only one I could find for my car and she said "$10 CASH" I explained I could buy a new one for $8 thats not broken.... she then proceeded to tell me I can go buy my new one but I'd need to take this one back and place it exactly where I found it. Very, very rude woman.

This is the absolute worst place to get anything from, customer service is garbage, prices are crazy they changed the price multiple times. Parts were broken and not looked over. Employees got to be on something they can t handle us just asking for our property back. DONT GO HERE THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE! Go to hilltop or Yeagers! I wouldn t recommend this to anyone!

Extremely unprofessional. Drove 3 hours to pick a door just to find out that they changed the color of the door without informing us. Called twice to confirm before coming and they still messed up. Super disappointed as we drove 3 hours for nothing! Wasted a total of 6 hours!!

They closed at 5 on Tuesday. I started calling at 4 to see if they had car part I needed. I was on hold for over half an hour, then a woman answered, saying, "hello", and I said hello back... Then it was silent..I could hear we were still connected, so I said, "can you hear me".. Then she just hung up. So I called back to be on hold again, but y this time it was 4:30ish pm. Again, I was on hold for awhile but not as long, this time someone answered & was able to help me with the parts we needed for our car. However we would have to prepay before they'd send their part remover guy out. So first thing next morning, we were out there and took care of payment with receipt. A few hours later return to pick up the parts and my husband who's knows a lot about cars, told her that what we ordered wouldn't work for our car as it was missing a piece that our cars old part had, but she assured him that it would fit any car of our type 2013-2017. So we took it home and ran a few errands and then hubby got to work.. He was back in the house within less than 15 minutes saying it's not going to work. He was quite upset for various reasons as we had plans to go out of town just him sky i for a few nights, just to be together and away from kids, grandkids, work etc.. Then the day we were supposed to leave the radiator blew, so that was the part we needed, plus the fan assembly kit, the farm assembly kit is perfect, but the radiator she gave us wasn't, so yes very upset because he told her specifically while we were there that it wouldn't work, and he even brought the extra piece that goes on the part we had on the original.. That the used one we were getting did not have, but again she insisted it would. So another day home, have to wait till they open to take it back and looks like we're going to have order the part online... Unless a miracle happens tomorrow. Fingers crossed it does, we need this time together, alone, to do whatever we want, without having to worry about rushing home, or babysitting, or playing taxi. Ughh. Other than this experience today, all of our other experiences with them over the years has been excellent.

It's a junk yard so, if you're looking for welcoming, friendly service with a smile... yeah, they don't do that. But, if you're looking for a large selection of almost useable old parts at mostly ok prices, this is the place.Caution: Be careful not to approach the angry lady behind the Cashier counter unless "your papers are in order" ~ scary.

I have dealt with Kristina on a weekly and daily bases. She's well knowledgeable about the parts I ask for and the prices of them as well. She's always very professional ,friendly,fair and considerate. When I go to cosinous for parts I always like to deal with her and also send people there to find the parts they need. To me I feel like she's the parts lady and makes me want to take cosinous auto salvage over any other places cuz of the services and the parts being there in a timely manner and the help and friendly services given : Kristina:

If your looking for the odd ball part for your older vehicle cousineau auto pull it yard is the way to go.Kristina is very knowledgeable on where to find the cars in the yard. She has always gone above and beyond to help me find my car parts.

Called in couple of times for parts in Weston as well as stopped in. Dealt with Kristina. She was very helpful and helped me get the parts I was looking for. Made the experience the best I have had looking for a radiator

Cousineaus is not a good place to work for if you want a counter sales position, very unprofessional sales staff. They make promises on there hiring posting on indeed but when you start that all changes. They say that they offer Benefits and commission but then make it impossible to achieve without charging customer sometimes the NEW part price for junk. There is not that bad of a national parts shortage to charge that much for certain items. I would not recommend applying for any sales position unless you like that "CUT THROAT" market, especially within the sales team. Senior Sales Staff will and I repeat WILL take you high number tickets and not look back then accuse you of stealing a customer that they have never talked to before EVER.

The last time I was here was about four years ago. The person I worked with was very helpful and provided top notch customer service. I went there today and one person gave the other "the look" because they just got done "helping" someone and wanted to finish their donut. The person that "helped" me didn't want to. So, I left, and won't be back. I'll just shop online.

They have just about any kind of used car part you could need. Called them, and they pulled it aside and gave me an order #. When I went to pick up the item it was as described. Gave the man at the counter my order # and he went and got it and carried it to my car for me. Good customer service this time around. Thanks, Connor!! Price was comparable to other similar items advertised elsewhere, but slightly higher.

As people will notice I haven't reviewed a lot of places, quite possibly none before this review, but I felt I should share my experience with this place. I called and Christina answered. She seemed very nice like other reviews had said. She asked for my name and number in case we were disconnected and then we proceeded to talk about the part I needed. I got an incoming call and asked her if I could place her on hold. We accidentally got disconnected. I immediately called her back, it was less than a minute since we were disconnected. I tried again multiple times over a stretch of thirty minutes to get a hold of her and she never called back. Horrible customer service. I will never go to this place for parts even if it is cheaper than other junk yards. They don't deserve my business. Hopefully others will have a better experience but mine was terrible. In contrast to Cousineau I had called Yaegar earlier too looking for my part. The gentleman who answered told me his system was down and he didn't know if he had the part or what it would cost but that he'd call me back once he had his computer running. Less than an hour later he called me and told me the price and that he could get it for me. I haven't decided to get it yet as I am still shopping around but I'd rather purchase from Yaeger than Cousineau at the moment. This isn't some plug for Yaegar; I am simply sharing the difference I experienced in customer service. I also called Hilltop and they kindly told me that they did not have parts for my car's year and model. I placed all my calls in the morning between 8-9:30 AM when the junkyards opened. Cousineau had the whole day to call me back if they wanted my business and it's now been days since. Remember, Christina asked me for my number in case we were disconnected. I can only assume Cousineau doesn't care for my business or the potential business of other customers. That is why I am writing this review to let others know that they should give their hard earned money to other places that care enough to want it.

I purchased the wrong part and this seller was extremely helpful. He refunded me all my money including$175 shipping I paid. Thanks so much. Although he didn't have the part I was looking for I would recommend him to anyone. Honest, considerate, and affordable. Thanks again!!!!!!

Worked over the phone with Mike. I was looking for a very specific small part. He was immediate with his follow-up phone calls and emails. I was shipped the part the next day at an overall fair price. Unfortunately, the part was incorrect (again, it was a very specific small part). Upon calling Mike, he immediately provided a full refund. Absolutely hassle-free. I will definitely be a return customer.

I ordered a low mile engine from another company and what I was sent was a high mile engine from Cousineau. What I determined happened was the other company took my order for an engine they did not actually have and then purchased one from Cousineau to fill the order, I was scammed. I contacted Couaineaus for information on the engine I received and they were not able to help me ultimately because I did not purchase it directly from them. After getting no where with the original company I was able to get in touch with Steve Wilkie the manager at Cousineau who was very professional. Now there was not much he could do for me once again because I did not buy directly from them but he did offer to help me out in any way he could which I do appreciate. I put Steve in an awkward situation which I know can be difficult but he is a stand up guy and if he is any indication of how the company is run I highly recommend doing business with Cousineau.

The staff is Weston are very helpful even with being short handed. Kristina was very knowledgeable in assisting with my auto needs. I really appreciate her going the extra mile and helping me find my parts. I highly recommend cousineau auto.

Got a part for hubby's truck here and it has been good to us. Some workers were nice, some were rude and thought I didn't know anything just cause I'm a woman.I just went a couple of weeks ago for a fender for my car, was quoted in great condition, paid over the phone so they could pull it and it was brought out damaged. You could clearly tell it was damaged when it was removed from the vehicle. I ended up not taking it and getting my money back. Also, the man on the phone was great, the one at pick up was a complete idiot and then another man - what I was assuming either the owner or the manager - came up to step in to find something else that I needed and was really nice about it.

Paid for parts told would be 2 days waited and after 3 days called they said they didnt get to it yet so waited a week called and still nothing asked for refund they emailed the person that took my order to refund but he was out sick so never got the refund had to drive down and get refund from manager. Also the part they wanted to sell me costed more then another salvage yard near me and hat more miles on it. Over priced parts and to pick your own they have very small stock for pick your own parts.
