Love my new Jeep!Fair price and the manager we dealt with was very friendly. We brought our own financing which made everything very streamlined. My only minor complaint is the vehicle could have been better detailed, but I think this is an issue everywhere.I would definitely buy from Larry again. Thanks!

I ve been happy buying and having cars serviced here. They steered me right on buying warranties and helped me weigh pros and cons. Service has always been honest and helped to redirect if they can t do the work. I m happy to support a locally owned small business that is involved in our community.

I am a repeat customer for Car Connection. My last vehicle purchased from the car connection has run up to 350,000 miles and I stopped back to buy another vehicle and always had great service from the guys at the dealership.

My son bought his first car from here on 4/24/23. We were very happy with the experience. We went there the week before and test drove the vehicle. After testing out other cars throughout the week, he decided this was the one for him. Larry was great explaining everything to my son (he's 18) and going through the various extended warranties we could purchase. A backup camera needs to be replaced and they are getting in the part. The repair of that was written into the contract and I have no reason to believe they won't follow through on it. Although their policy is to not hold a vehicle, this appears to be coming the first time to look at a vehicle, which is understandable. Once you have a purchase contract and are working with your bank on the loan, he's willing to hold it and work with you. I would recommend purchasing a car from Larry and his team.

I recently bought a vehicle from them. Found out a underline problem that neither of knew. And they are working with me to solve the issue. No other used car dealership would do that. 5 stars

Our son bought a car here about a year ago; liked it, so he recommended them to us. Their cars were nice and their prices reasonable and we are very happy with the 2012 Escape my husband purchased. Their warranty is better than anywhere else we looked and when the air conditioning pump went out they replaced it at no charge. Did not expect that to come under the "included with purchase" warranty, but glad it did so we extended it another three months. Better deal than the ones you see on TV. Our son recommended them to another friend who is also very happy with his purchase. We looked a long time so we know what's out there and can honestly say, this place was the best. I'm planning on replacing my vehicle next year and will definitely be a repeat customer..

1.5 years ago our son bought a car. We bought a car with cruise control. Shortly after we got it all of the dashboard lights went on and the cruise control went out. We have had it back there 5 times for the same problem. Every time, they say they've fixed it and we pay for the repair and pay for whatever else they say needs fixing. The last time we paid $650 because the front end needed some work apparently. So recently the same problem happened again. This time we told them we really didn't think we should have to pay for this to be fixed since we have already paid numerous times for this same problem and it has never been fixed! Bottom line - we paid for a car with cruise control and we did not get that car. They refused to fix this problem. They wanted to charge us a $200 diagnostic for starters. Haven't we done this 4 times before?? Haven't we paid for 4 repairs before this? I am also a salesperson who provides service to the items I sell and this I know: Sometimes you have to choose customer service and doing good business with people over making a buck, in order to do the right thing. We do not feel we were treated fairly or that they did good business with us. This business does not stand behind the product they sell.

Bought in January and bitter cold so didn t try windows or AC. When warmer AC didn t work and some windows wouldn t work all the time. They fixed at no charge even though I had it over 30 days. Runs and shifts perfect. No leaks/drips. No issues Happy with purchase. Love my truck!

I bought a 2007 Honda Pilot from here almost 2 years ago. The price was right, the Pilot only had 90k miles. When I went looking for vehicles, Jim was very straight forward. He asked what I was looking for in a vehicle and how much I wanted to pay. He was very knowledgeable of vehicles and common problems they may have. With a vehicle purchase, I received a 3 month warranty that included road side assistance and free oil changes for a year. I did buy the extended 2 year warranty for an additional cost as recommended by Larry. It paid for itself in the 2 years and I don't regret it at all. Anything can go wrong with ANY vehicle at any time. They have serviced my vehicle since I bought it and have never had any problems- except they are a VERY busy shop and for routine maintenance I had to schedule out a week or 2 (I expect this). If I had immediate concerns, they always squeezed me in or came to me. I highly recommend this place and if I ever decide to get rid of my Pilot or buy another vehicle, I will buy from here again.

I recently purchased a used SUV for our daughter at Car Connections Central. Great price, great customer service and the car was very clean. When we returned home I noticed the headlight had condensation forming inside. I called the next day, no questions asked they asked me to bring it back and they would address the issue. It took 5-6 hours to resolve the issue. It was refreshing to work with a reputable car dealer. Thank you!

I've had great experience here. They have a fair price. The staff is helpful and I found to be very honest and up front about their vehicles. I'd say if you stop in there to feel free to ask them anything and everything you'd like to know about the car. I know I did!

Very helpful sales staff . Vehicles priced right and clean. We are very happy with the 2011 Subaru we recently bought. Car was priced within reason and car was beautiful. Also I thank all your staff for wearing masks. We went to a couple other places with staff that did not have masks on and we left immediately. So thank you for caring about others and your own team. Would highly recommend this dealership.

We had fast friendly service. People were super friendly. The only issue we had is with after service and finding issues with vehicles when we got them home. Also things were not just so when we went to pick up vehicles. Our Explorers windshield washers did not work and we were td to come back to pick it up amd offered nothing for compensation. We live Marshfield and had to drive over two days to get it. We bought two vehicles and picked them up on different days. Also our truck was advertised with a tano cover and it did not close and we were told there was nothing they could do with it.

Got sold car with inoperable parking/emergency brake, was told it was perfectly fine like that and no one uses it. Failed to disclose that it was completely removed and that it would not pass a safety inspection. Overall felt like I got scammed.Car s spare tire was in unusable state, missing towing eyelet, and front tires had locking nuts but no keys.

Avoid this dealer at all costs!I went there looking at a 1998 Blazer and wanted to test drive the vehicle. Unlike many dealers where there are salesmen swarming you the minute you pull in, I had to stand in the office waiting for a good 20 minutes before anyone had time for me. The vehicle was quite overpriced based on excellent condition Blue Book, and had a host of easily identifiable issues with the vehicle. The hood didn't pop, most of the interior lights were out, check engine light on, seats in rough shape just to name a handful. The listing for the vehicle didn't indicate any problems. I test drive it anyway, and when I get back to the lot a man comes running out flailing his arms exclaiming that the vehicle had been sold and I can't test drive it. I gave back the keys and opined that I thought they could better educate their sales team to prevent that.Despite my impression of the dealership thus far, I was interested in a 2007 Torrent that appeared to be a more reasonable price (overpriced, but assumed that it was just a starting point for negotiation and that the final price would be agreeable). I test drove that vehicle and noticed the check engine light was on. There were some minor interior damages, but other than the check engine light the vehicle wasn't too bad. I said that I would make an offer on it if they resolved the check engine light, and I wanted my mechanic to inspect it. They agreed to investigate the check engine light, but were resistant to the inspection. They asked me a dozen questions and had to call the mechanic and interrogate him. At this point I was just going to go with my mechanic's thoughts, but I was already tempted to just walk. They told me they fixed the check engine issue in the interim between the test drive and the inspection, alleging it was a loose gas cap. The check engine light came back on during the trip to the mechanic. The inspection concluded a cylinder misfire, and suggested a spark plug replacement. They were resistant to doing the replacement, but relented when I insisted I would only make an offer if the light was off.The spark plug change allegedly resolved the light, but I never saw the vehicle again to verify. I made them an offer based on the inspection results and my own research, and they immediately responded that they are a "one price dealer" and that they don't negotiate. I said then our business was concluded, and will never go back or recommend them to anyone. I was actually referred this place by a friend, who said he negotiated his price. So they either changed that policy, or figured I was a buyer at ticket price and were standing on the price. If they didn't negotiate, I don't see why they waited so long to point that out, when I repeatedly said I would "make an offer" during our dealings. I followed the vehicle on their web site just for my own curiosity, and it was on the lot for 4 months following my offer, and the price ended up reduced below the offer I made by the time it sold.If you go to this dealer, make sure you do your homework on price and get a mechanic involved!

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible experience!!! Bought a car from them seeming to be in great condition. Got the warranty and everything. Not even a month later lights come on. I call and they say bring it in right away they will check it out not to worry since it s so new still. Get in the car to head to them and the gear box is completely locked up. Can t put the car in drive stranding me in a parking lot. 25 minutes later and much coaxing I got it in gear and I Brought it in, mechanic saw the issues, scheduled a appt, and showed me how to use a screw driver to unlock the gear box until he can fix it. The guy cleared the lights for now and I had a week to wait to get it worked on all with the understanding this was under warranty not once was it said otherwise. Requested a loner car since I live 45 minutes away and they had me down for one. Day came , got up early, drove out there, and first words are there are no loner cars. I asked how long it is going to take since I live far away and no one can get me and they forgot to save me a loner car even though they had it marked down. They went and took a look and a LONG test drive (20-30 minutes long). Came back and told me no lights were on so it was fine. I explained how the guy reset the lights last time when my appt was scheduled and how I use a screw driver to put my car in gear. They continued to argue with me until they went and hooked it up to the computer. Boom, old codes start showing up. Including what s messing with the gear box. They say they can only fix half the issues today since they don t have parts. Whatever at least it s better than nothing. Then I m informed the parts are $$$ and the labor will also cost me. I explain it s still new and in warranty and they conveniently tell me warranty only covers wear and tear such as brakes and oil changes. Plus the company owner adds this code about the gear box is showing it s a very old code and must have been throwing it for years so you sold me a car knowing this is an issue and didn t disclose that. They proceeded to tell me to continue to use a screw driver to put it in gear and at least it still drives with an attitude. I don t have the money to fix it so I have to just leave. Get in to leave and the LONG TEST DRIVE I mentioned earlier get me down to E. They wouldn t apologize for that, didn t offer to add some gas, or anything. They were all very rude, and talked to me like I was stupid and crazy because no lights were on. I will NEVER shop there again, and I will NEVER recommend them.

Terrible service!! Wish I could give them a negative 5 star rating.. Never again will we go here to buy a used vehicle!! My husband is brown skinned and not to say the least, they are racist and theives! A day after we purchased our suv, we took it back due to mechanical problems and they kept it for weeks and never got it fixed. They just made it worse and stole/swapped out parts from older model for themselves apparently.

I bought a truck from them about a year and a half ago when I looked at the truck to purchase it it appeared that it didn't have any rust there was no visible rust that I could see after a couple of car washes after I purchased the truck you could see the rust showing through now the rust on my truck is quite noticeable on the rear wheel wells and below both front door panels they did a good job of covering up the rust! I also took it in there because my wife was complaining of an exhaust leak I was told by them that there was no exhaust leak but then I took it to a mechanic and they said that it was an exhaust leak by the manifold so then I had to pay the mechanic $1,500 to get it fixed because it wasn't repaired by them

Car is a lemon and they dont cover it with the 3 month 3000 mile warranty. Awful experience. Buyer beware. Attorney is being hired to start procedures against them. They told us they won't work on car unless we take review down. Interfering with freedom of speech and not covering warranty. We had to go to different car dealership to get car repaired. They lie. Told us they have to protect warranty people... what about protecting customer and their reputation. Rack was cracked and fluids coming out of right boot... a $1900 repair. My brother was a car dealer and he said that should have been found in the inspection. They telling you all lies...

We purchased a 2008 VW Jetta for our 16 year old here. We also (regrettably) paid over $2000 for their "best" warranty. Initial work on the vehicle was done there, where a new PVC valve was installed. The oil was also changed. 6 months later, we find out that the PVC valve was incompatible with the vehicle and also there's a hole in the engine block. $6000 to repair, and the warranty won't cover it without records of oil changes every 3000 miles, because apparently this would have prevented the hole. Guess who did the oil changes! Car Connection immediately knew we wanted oil change records when we called them and they were mysteriously absent. It's not clear why they knew we'd be asking for that without us mentioning it. The service manager was rude, dismissive, dismissive, and condescending. So we got a lemon with a hole in the engine and a $2000 warranty not worth the paper it's written on, and Car Connection has done nothing to "make it right" but insult us for even bothering them with inquiries. We now will be taking both Car Connection and the warranty company to small claims court. A lot of headache and unnecessary hassle that could've been prevented with honesty and genuinely good service.

Nice family ran business, thought they'd be different from the other used car salesmen...boy was I wrong! For a place with the word "CONNECTION" used in their business title they sure don't honor it!! Seriously,, don't bother looking for your vehicle here. You find one you like, take the car for a test drive, have it checked out before buying, find out it's another lemon, take it back and let the dealership know what the findings were. They tell you they'll fix the problems and call you when the issues are taken care of so you can take it for another test drive. Only they DONT call, and when you call them repeatedly to CONNECT with the person you're working with regarding the vehicle you're very much interested in, they take your number (multiple times) tell you they'll give it to him and have him call you back. Only that never happens. Then (after a week of calling) you FINALLY CONNECT with him, only to be informed that someone else is an hour and a half into test driving the vehicle you were waiting for them to fix and call you about so you could take it for another test run with the intent of buying it because there was a miscommunication issue on their end. NOW youre told that IF the other person DOESN'T want to buy the vehicle,THEN they'll call you and you can come back and take it for another test drive...that was over 2 hours ago and (go figure) after leaving my number AGAIN...NO CALL BACK!! DONT go wasting your precious time (or money) at this dealership. Go somewhere else!

I bought a vehicle from them for about 6,000 haven't had it for a year soon I will but electrical was bad my wipers would go off randomly and lights would do weird things same with radio and then I replaced the transmission in it already. Had to fix the heater and soon the radiator to be replaced because when we fixed the heater someone who had it or they put stuff in it to make a leakage go always and when we did the heater and put pressure back in the hose more problem happened etc...

One of the best places I have ever done business. Andrew sold me a great 93 vette for a good price. I am so proud of the deal and service I got from the entire team at this family owned business. The vehicle and service I received surpassed all expectations. I have owned the car 6 months and would recommend car connection to anyone. Cant go wrong guaranteed.

Was told about this place by someone at O'Malley Honda. When we got there we were greeted by the sweetest dog ever, Jake. We were then helped by Andy, who was very friendly and genuine. Thank you for your help with my car! Very much appreciated!

I bought an SUV from Larry this past November. I was in several times for a misfire throwing out codes. They literally kept telling me they were fixing different things, they were only clearing the codes. 10 years ago I bought a dodge minivan from them.. that was apparently back in the honest days, bc since the brother started working there he is more worried about his vacation home (since thats all he talked about) in Cali then his clients. Its really a shame but I think plenty of people coming forward to tell there situations will help to prevent more people from buying a LEMON. To say the least I paid $7200.. and now with the head gaskets replaced I have over $1700 more into it. They claimed I never showed up for my "last appointment" well that was due to MY car being TOWED and PARKED.
