Just had an emissions test done, took less than five minutes. And recieved the registration and sticker. Would recommend this place for the amazing service!

I don t usually leave reviews but I just have to say that this place is so so wonderful. I arrived for emission testing and somehow locked my keys in my car!! It was one of those things that I couldn t even tell you or explain how it happened as I m always so careful, but I just had to laugh at myself because *how* could I do that?? Anyway, I went inside and explained my problem and the man who helped me, Andrew, was one of the absolute hands down kindest individuals I ve ever had the pleasure of speaking to. He was so understanding and kind, so considerate and willing to help. A family member that lives extremely close by ended up coming over with a spare key, but Andrew was ready and willing to help me unlock my door. I was so embarrassed but he was literally THE most friendly person. If you re considering doing business here, I absolutely recommend it. Again, it s not often that I leave reviews, but given the circumstances, I had the best experience here and was blown away by the kindness alone. Andy's shop was and is a true hidden gem. Tucked away in the cozy wooded lot at the front of the business park is where you'll find the best darn auto repair shop I've ever found. Remember to leave a message because he's likely working on a car... Maybe even your car. IYKYK

Honest, educated, experienced, pleasant are the best descriptors of everyone at Automotive Solutions. Have never had the pleasure of dealing with a mechanic who has such genuine integrity. (and I've been driving for 50 years). Met Andy when I went for the state required emissions test several years ago. Since then I have not and will not go anywhere else with my vehicles. A dealer's mechanic told me I needed an expensive ($1,000+) repair immediately. Went to Andy for a second opinion. He suggested another option would be to keep an eye on the very slow leaking gasket rather than doing the whole part replacement (which, if need be, he can do for a couple hundred dollars less). Five years later - topping off when the oil is changed - all is fine!

This is the first mechanic that I will fully trust with my car. I iinitially took my car in with a check engine light and after I thought I found engine coolant leaking under my car. While at the shop, Andy was able to tell me that my coolant wasn't actually leaking, but rather the thermostat in my car needed to be replaced. After picking up my car, my car is driving like it did when I first drove off the dealership lot brand new. I couldn't believe the difference and it even seemed like he cleaned my windows and car seats!I should also mention that Andy stayed an HOUR after the shop closed to make sure I would have my car for the weekend and even gave me an estimate for another car I own for some brake rotors. Andy should be receiving some sort of award for customer service because his honesty, hard work, and loyalty me as a customer was amazing. If you are looking for a mechanic to do a simple fix or major work to your car, this is where you need to go! Not only was the quality of the work done amazing, but the price also was better than I have seen at other local mechanic.

What a great place! This is the second time I had my older Honda CRV serviced here, I can't say enough good things about them. Very courteous, and very profesional.I worked with Andy B, and I have never met a more professional honest guy in the auto repair business.Very highly recommended.

I have been going to Automotive Solutions now for the last 5 years. Andy and Mark have been extremely helpful anytime my wife and I have brought one of our vehicles in. With only 1 technician, plan ahead for your vehicle needs. You are probably seeing a 2 week delay to schedule an appointment. But the quality is there and it's worth the wait.

This mechanic is outstanding! Agree with others who say they can ALWAYS be trusted! Great, friendly service. We get our car serviced here all the way from Muskego--even just for oil changes! Thanks, guys!
