Mike did a great job. We knew exactly what we wanted. By chance, the dealership received the exact Ford Ranger Raptor that we ordered (somewhere else) with EXTRAS! We walked in and met with Mike. Walked out 55 minutes later with our brand new truck. Thank you to everyone, Including Amanda in the financial dept, who stayed late for us. Wonderful people at Kayser Sauk City

Kayser Ford of Sauk City is a dealership you will enjoy buying a vehicle from. The staff absolutely goes out of their way to make sure you have the best experience possible. They are willing to spend as much time and effort possible to keep you comfortable. I must say, with my experiences in numerous vehicles I have purchased, I have never met a General Manager as personable and accommodating as Bryce Mazzara. He is without a doubt an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is as honest and straightforward as you can be, a trait you do not find anywhere these days. When I purchase my next vehicle- I would not want it to be from anyone else. After the sale is when it really gets good. Mike will spend all the time you want explaining the vehicle features, and even tells you to come back anytime to go over anything. He programed the vehicle for the Ford Pass, and was willing to do whatever was requested. A true highlight was the financial end of the process. When you are working with Amanda, you want to buy another vehicle just for the experience of how she conducts her business and handles all the paperwork. Truly a pleasure to work with.Overall, it was a great experience, great team to work with, and will enjoy driving the new Ranger Raptor .If you are looking for a new Ford, I recommend giving Kayser Ford of Sauk City a chance and it will make the experience of buying a new vehicle even greater!

This was the second time I purchased a Ford from Kayser. Mike was very helpful and patient answering any questions I had and was very timely in communicating with me. He was able to find a car in the desired color with options same as the car I traded. I was pleased with the amount allowed for my car. They set up my phone for the Ford app which for me was very helpful. Very willing to help with anything and encouraged to ask any questions in the future.

I had a great experience getting my car's oil changed at Kayser Ford of Sauk City. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the service was prompt and thorough. They took care of everything, including checking fluids and tire pressure. The waiting area was comfortable, and they kept me updated on the progress. I highly recommend their service department.

Had a great easy purchase experience here! Looking forward to many years of use out of our Ford Mach-E. We were well taken care of through the process of deciding if we wanted an EV. Mike and Amanda did a great job of letting us try different vehicles back to back to bring us into the EV world. Really impressed with our dealership experience.

Kayser Ford is a top notch dealership! I drove 500 miles and had the best buying experience I have had ever had on a new vehicle. Yoshio was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Amanda made the paperwork side of the sale fun, and who likes paperwork right? I would highly recommend making your next purchase from Kayser.

My friend and I were visiting Madison for a concert, and she was looking for a new car, so we decided to look around and see what we could find in the area while we were here (We did not expect to buy one at all!) About 30 minutes out of the main city was this wonderful dealership. We called ahead of time and let them know we were interested in the 2010 es350 they had on the lot, and they said they would have it pulled out ready for us to go when we arrived. We test drove it and absolutely fell in love with it it was in amazing condition and everything she wanted. We let them know we wanted to buy it at the same time someone else who arrived after us went to test drive it, but there was an issue with getting approval through her bank, which is exclusively in Milwaukee about an hour and a half away, and had no personal checks and no cashier check with us, which is what her bank said she needed for such a big payment off her debit card. The people arrived back from the test drive and wanted to buy it, but since we couldn t officially get it until tomorrow we thought our chance was over, but to our lovely surprise, they remained loyal with us and said we could put a deposit and get it tomorrow! We were ecstatic about this and had an amazing experience with Yoshio and the sales manager here at the dealer. I definitely recommend buying through them if you want amazing customer service and to be guaranteed well taken care of cars.

Excellent first time buyer experience at Sauk City Keyser Ford! Bobby was very professional and really helped us out in every way possible to get what we wanted! Todd was Excellent when coming to helping us with the finances and paperwork. He went beyond all expectations and found a the bank we love, he's a perfessanal in every sense of the word. Excellent place to buy a vehicle. Mike Ryan is amazing to work with. He takes the time to make sure you understand what you are buying and what works for you. After the purchase, he takes as much time needed until you feel comfortable in your new vehicle. Amanda in finance is amazing to work with as well. Kayser, Sauk City goes above and beyond when purchasing a vehicle from them. Great place, and Great people to work with.

My experience with Kayer Ford Sauk City was amazing. The staff are very friendly and easy to work with. This is our 6 or 7th vehicle purchased through them over the years. They take the customer needs very seriously. We had Yoshio as a salesman and he was great. If in need of new wheels, this is the place to go.

I had purchased a Jeep Wrangler here about 3 months ago, after visiting 9 different dealerships all over the state, I was recommended this dealership by a Co-worker. They were super polite and worked with me to get this vehicle in my price range. Not once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of which was very important to me shopping as a woman in the car industry. I worked with Joe who was absolutely amazing with keeping me updated with everything going on behind the scenes and jumped over hoops to make sure I got this Jeep he was so wonderful to work with and would recommend him! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a vehicle.

Recently took my Bronco in as my check engine light came on after I wasn't able to get into my local dealer sooner. Kayser in Sauk was phenomenal to deal with!They got my bronco in, found the issue, updated me promptly, ordered a part for it, and boom it was finished in a matter of hours.They did have to keep my vehicle, but lent us a vehicle for the time! The salesman that we dealt with was also over the top friendly and helpful - my husband was very pleased, we didn't catch his name, but if you see this...thank you! Kevin in the service department was also super helpful! These guys answered all my questions and were super friendly!Will most likely be making this my go-to from now on for service on my Bronco!

Got my 2021 Ford Bronco Sport here the end of February 2022. I've been back a few times now, otherwise I go to Middleton Ford only because it's a little closer to me. At both of these dealerships, I always receive great service and helpful advice!

I bought a Jeep Wrangler Willys.My friend Shane works in the Service Department at Kaysers and he told me about the Jeep. He brought it home for the weekend so we could meet and I could see it and take it for a test drive. I fell in love with it! He gave me Amanda's phone number to call on Monday. Unfortunately, she was out sick all week so Shane gave the other Sales representatives my information, but nobody called. Finally, on Friday Shane was able to talk to Brice and get a trade in offer and final price. I accepted the deal and made plans to purchase the Jeep on November 24th.I live four hours North of Sauk City, so I started heading home. But, once I got on the interstate, the Jeep started to shake really hard. It was terrifying, but it stopped once I slowed down. I knew something wasn't right, so I drove straight back to the dealership. Shane assured me that they would figure it out and make it right. In the meantime, they gave me a Jeep Gladiator to drive home and keep until the Jeep was fixed.I didn't hear from a Sales Representative all week, however, they still cashed my check on Monday.After not hearing from anyone, I was seriously considering reversing the deal and looking for a different Jeep. I finally called on Friday and talked to Brice. We discussed the situation, but he didn't seem to know very much about it. He did give me the option to reverse the deal, but he also said they would look for a similar Jeep if I decided not to take this one. I told him I'd think it over.I talked to Shane over the weekend and he explained everything they did in the Service Department, and what parts they replaced. He listened to all of my concerns and reassured me that this was still a safe Jeep.Once it was done, Shane drove it all the way to my house to make sure it wasn't going to have any more issues.I feel that the Sales Representative could have been a little more assertive. I talked more to Shane then the Sales reps about my trade in, the price of the Jeep, and the repairs. I feel Shane went above and beyond to get this Jeep right for me. In fact, I think he deserves the commission on the sale!

Kayser Ford in Sauk City has been the dealership that I go to when I need a new vehicle, service, or just an automotive question. They are pleasant and are a quality dealership. I transitioned to the Ford dealership in Sauk over 5 years ago and I continue to do business with them as everyone in sales and service treat me kind and have my best interest in mind. It literally had everything we were looking for and the price was fantastic. We have nothing but great things to say about our experience with Kayser Ford of Sauk City.
