I don't know what I can truly say about Ali Richter that I'm sure everyone on the customer side and management side doesn't already know.....Ali is downright AMAZING AND UNMATCHED!! I am "That" customer that follows, checks, and rechecks his bill every month. ANY and I mean ANY issues I have ever found on my bill that I had an issue with, Ali has always been able to explain, look into, or correct for me!! She is so awesome because of her endless Professionalism, Knowledge Base, and willingness to help!! There's been times that I've had to leave a message for her, the very next day I would be contacted to explain and or go over something with me and explain it to me so I knew what ever charge was for! In all honesty, if Ali was to leave, I don't know if I would stay with Republic solely based on my fear of not having such a Amazing Experience every time I have to interact with her!! Don't get me wrong, the drivers do a fine job, But, Ali makes my Refuse interaction a great experience!!Thank you for everything, Ali!!!!

I have two accounts for my two locations. Annette Rader is my account manager and has done an excellent job taking care of my accounts. Anytime I have an issue, she resolves it quickly. I highly recommend Annette.

Although we had poor experience with operations and missed pick ups for an entire week for both garbage and recycling putting us at risk for getting fined by our City due to garbage toppling over, I am only giving this co a 4 because of the assistance and good customer experience I had with Ali when I called to complain on general support number. She addressed the issue immediately and was apologetic and while never even received a call a back or acknowledgement of my email from our designated Acct Manager for our building at 3845 Gunderson Berwyn il

I would like to give a shout out to one of the Republic Services Customer Service Representatives, Annette Rader, who handles our commercial account. I have spoken with her on several occasions dealing with our account, and always had nothing but good results from the conversations. She is an exemplary representative, always listening and responding to every concern or question. Most recently she was able to resolve an issue with a change in our rates, and after researching it, was able to offer a more reasonable rate plan that suits our monthly trash pickup needs. Working WITH customers is the best way to KEEP customers, and Annette is a good example of that principle. We are very pleased with the relationship we have had with Republic Services over the past 13 or 14 years, and will remain with Republic Services going forward, because of employees like Annette Rader.Thank you,Karl Kreiling; Part Owner / Property ManagerXel, Inc.

I have a question.In the Spooner, WI city limits.We have a medium trash container and usually there is only 2 of the 13 gallon size bags we put in every week. This week in the addition of those 2 bags we also put in about a 4 gallon bag that contained about 5 small cans of expired food plus a plastic lid that had no use. Garbage truck comes to empty the trash but takes the plastic lid as well as the small bag of cans with expired food and leaves them on the ground next to trash can.Question is Why???Do the workers go through the bags and determine what will they accept?I'm so confused

We are a business that rents both garbage and recycling dumpsters. One of our employees placed an office chair and desk in the recycling dumpster. Since Republic could see these items on the top of our dumpster, they didn't pick up. I had removed the furniture items and our office manager called to find out why our recycling hadn't been picked up, as it was quite full. A truck was sent to pick up and when our bill came, we were charged a $216.45 contamination fee along with a $50 Non-scheduled service fee. I called on 04/27/2023 to see what the contamination fee was and was told it was for the furniture in the recycling dumpster. After explaining that I took the furniture out, prior to the non-scheduled pick up, I was informed both of these "extra" charges would be credited. A receipt to the $50 credit came, but not the $216 one so I called again to find out why and was told it could take up to 48 hours to be approved. I still didn't see anything after that, so called again and was told it was redetected, but there wasn't a reason why. I was then told our sales rep would call, which she did and put the credit request through again and it was again rejected, with a note there was smaller furniture in the dumpster, but our balance due was what it should have been. It was very confusing and time-consuming, but Annette took care of the charges that I feel should never have been billed to us.Service: Dumpster rental

Annette, Ali & all the CS members I have spoken with have been great. I ve had trouble in the past with pickups/lack of communication from dispatch but was able to get it resolved. Greatly appreciate them stepping up to help resolve matters timely and efficiently.

I needed to contact Republic after their purchase of our previous company - which we loved! I had some issues with the new "billing" and I must say, Annette Rader was a tremendous help!! This location is great. I have been a customer for 5 years. Some of the issues if you are having any you get routed on the call system to Louisville. But if you can get the local number Chris is absolutely fantastic to deal with. He is so responsive, quick, and right to the point. I am sure any bad experience is just dealing with the corporate offices. Regardless keep up the good work!!

Terrible customer service and our rates would go up without notice. We cancelled one month prior to our quarter we'd prepaid for. We had a $32 credit but they never sent it (they later told us we need to REQUEST they send our money back to us). They also tried to charge us $60 to pick up our can upon canceling. We eventually found out we could return it to the center for free. If you live outside the city limits, google the locally owned trash companies instead of Republic!Service: Trash removal & disposal

Normally I do not write reviews, but felt the wish to compliment Beth Hageness on her exceptional customer service, She is always happily willing to go "above and beyond" to make things work out smoothly for us.....its as if she is part of our team.She is by far the best rep we have worked with, always friendly, always responds to a call, even of its early in the morning or after hours late in the afternoon. No matter how difficult or troublesome the issue she always makes it workRepublic services have a gem.

The last couple of years with Republic Services has been a nightmare. Had so many miss pick-ups and no follow up communications until this past year when Alie Richter came on board as their associate manager. Finally got someone that will listen to your problem and follow thru until the job is completed.Cause of her I would continue Republic Services

Ali has been great to work with! We have had a struggle figuring out what type of service would work best for my property, where the physical receptacles should be placed, banned roads, etc. She has been great helping me get this all sorted out!

Kathy L who has helped a few times with our account is very helpful and professional. She offered us a few options when I complained about my new taller dumpster that is hard to open. She has also helped send me a duplicate of my list bill so I can pay my account. So many missed trash and recycling pickups. We report the missed pickup and nothing happens. We were given numbers to the dispatch team...even after calling the dispatch and them saying they will have the driver turn around, he never picked it up. We call the manager and they offer no solution. Now I have 2 weeks of garbage and nobody is coming to pick it up. If I had a choice in garbage services, this would not be it. Unfortunately, my town contracts garbage and recycling with them so I don't have a choice, but I will be notifying the town.Service: Trash removal & disposal

Beth H. at Republic Services has been great to work with for my commercial account. Prior to working with her, I experienced many challenges with service changes and billing, often having to follow up multiple times for the same issue which was so frustrating. Beth has changed all that - she is professional, responsive and has changed my opinion of Republic Services for the better, thank you!

So far the service has been excellent. Dumpster was delivered promptly and exactly where discussed. Jake has been upbeat, very professional and polite. He has also gone above and beyond to be reachable at any time. Bill to expect was explained in great detail and questions answered thoroughly. Will update if things change, but I don't expect them to based on what my experience has been with them thus far.

If I could give this business zero stars I would. As a business owner it s important to ensure customer service and do the job that is agreed-upon. This Company not only skips multiple pick ups without notice doesn t pick up recycling and send you a bill with a late fee attached without ever receiving a bill in the first place. I m absolutely disgusted by their business practices. They have charged us double in one month, and we paid it anyway and they never refunded us or corrected OR REMOVED LATE FEES. When they actually do pickup they throw the bins down in the ditch. Like honestly, DO BETTER. Awful awful awful!!!!!Service: Trash removal & disposal
