I bought $40 bolts from them for my Dodge ram the exhaust pipe bolts rusted and I was told I could buy them from Gilberts not only did they sell me the wrong size bolts they refused to take them back for a refund or an exchange. I expected this company to be honest and they were far from it. Beware they will rip you off if they can

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! I had the best experience at Gilbert s of Sand Creek. I customized and ordered a new 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L and they made the process super easy and enjoyable. I specifically worked with Clay and he was patient with all of my questions and super knowledgeable about all of the details of the Jeep itself, the different packages available for customization and the process overall. Once my Jeep came he spent a significant amount of time in the vehicle showing me the different settings and features it came with. On top of this, I had my 2.5 year old son with me for multiple trips to their office and they were super accommodating. Everyone in the office was extremely nice and friendly and I was thanked multiple times by multiple people for my business. Honestly I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a car and I will 100% be going back when it is my husbands turn for a new vehicle!!!

Over the years I have purchased many vehicles and had them serviced at Gilberts. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. If you are looking for a great, small town, not pushy car buying experience I would give the guys at Gilberts a call!

The folks at Gilbert s of Sand Creek are absolutely phenomenal! They seriously have gone out of their way to help us get into a newer and significantly safer set of wheels for me and my boys. My husband and I have already decided we will go back again and again. Zero judgement. Family oriented. All around, they are just good people. Forget the greasy haired salesman of yesteryear and go for the guys who actually care that you and your family are in a safe, reliable vehicle.

We had a great experience! Customer service was phenomenal (family business: father and 2 sons in sales), and they did not pressure us to buy! They helped us find the vehicle we were looking for at a good price. Fair on trade, and the paperwork was done in under 30min! We will definitely send family and friends here!

I didn't end up buying a truck here because I decided to buy one privately, but I have to leave a review anyway because I was so very impressed by my conversations with Lane. Totally no pressure, answered questions quickly (even after hours), super friendly. I would very happily travel from hours away to buy a vehicle from this place in the future!!

AWSOME SERVICE !!! We had a 16 RAM and we were 3 hours from home and it threw a DEF code and we only had around 50 miles to go before it shut us down to 5mph I called dealers in Eau Claire and Chippewa falls and nobody could get us in but Gilbert's of Sand Creek got us in instantly and mechanic got right on it ..

Great people to work with, no pressure sales tactics, honest and small town feel. My parents and grandparents have nothing but good things to say about their and their friends' history with Gilbert's. I could have bought a truck literally anywhere in the US, but I'll come back next time because of how well I was treated. Thanks again!

Awesome dealership to work with. Any time I have questions about my truck. They give me the answers I need. Mechanics and parts people are very knowledgeable and reliable. From parts to sales. They all treat you like family here. I recommend them any day of the week

I have been going here for years and everyone is just awesome. No better word for them. They are always friendly, not pushy, and will help you find what your looking for. Its a family business for them and everyone is family up there. I highly recommend you go talk to any of there sales people if you are looking for a goo vehicle at a great price. Yes, i know i sound like an ad, but you should still check them out. ^^

We drive 40 minutes to use Gilberts because we are SO impressed with them, time and time again. Top-notch service, with very respectful and professional employees. Josh in the service department is always extremely helpful. We trust their knowledge and expertise above any others in the greater Menomonie/Eau Claire area and recommend them, hands down!

When to Gilbert s of Sand Creek for our yearly fall service before we put our car is storage. Again great service and very fair pricing! Alway professional and great customer service. We have two Dodge dealers closer to us then Gilbert s and we by pass them to go to Gilbert s because of great customer service and people! We have special requests and they always follow them and go above expectations!

My husband and I have purchased two vehicles from Gilberts, and both times have received nothing but the absolute BEST customer service. In 2017, I bought my '09 Chevy HHR from them, and just a few weeks ago we purchased a '11 Jeep Patriot. Both are outstanding vehicles! They give everything a thorough inspection, and are always on top of fixing any problems they might find, unlike other dealerships. They were 100% willing to work around our odd work schedules, and gave us a headache-free experience. If you're looking for a car, new or used, save yourself the hassle and just go to Gilberts!

You get what's promised and beyond. Excellent experienced staff. Owner very involved. They'll find you what you want or something close to it. They work with the down of your budget. Nice very honest People!I WROTE THIS TWO YEARS AGO. We continued to buy our cars in the Thomas family with Steve. We even talk of him during our dinners together. Cause cars always come up! Some of us drive an hour plus to get to Gilberts. They are just different caring people. We have had the pleasure of Steve's help each time we've come in. 3xs now and we were never disappointed. He should run for office! Anyway, I'm Mike Thomas's widow. I'm coming to see you , Steve in 6 months. Congrats to you and your entire staff.Thank you.

Clay, Steve and the rest of the team take great care of their customers and offer new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram products. They also offer a unique family atmosphere and work with your individual needs. Hands down some of the best customer service of any business and that is hard to find in most car dealerships, keep up the great work!
