Very straightforward and to the point with what I needed, no extra costs or unasked repairs. It was a really light hearted atmosphere, and I felt respected as a woman who's nervous about mechanic places due to the fact of being taken advantage of. 10/10 will continue going here in the future!

Got new tires for my van. Install was fast. Personnel were friendly and helpful. Price was reasonable for quality tires. Only negative was waiting area is small, with limited seating.

I live 3 miles from my local Pomp s. I had a flat tire and my husband recommended Pomp s in Rothschild, WI. Dave the Service Associate was so very diligent, organized, and proactive. He not only offered me the lowest price in the area for my 4 new tires, he also gave me a bargain on a needed oil change and hooked me up with a inexpensive tire protection plan since I travel frequently and seem to be prone to Tire Trials I highly recommend and will definitely go back. Rob and the guy's managed to fit me in they're busy schedule with a flat tire and got it done in a very short amount of time and were friendly and happy while fixing it....Thanks for the service

Amazing service!!! Went in at 440 and they close at 500, which is a jerk move,because I had blown a drive tire. They had me in and out in no time and were very friendly.

Great service! I didn't expect for anything to be free & just for the inspection they corrected my breaks pads, tightened up loose caliper bolts & the pins. Also, when I replaced my rotors, they rotated my tires free just because I asked about it!!!

Very prompt and professional. All of my questions were answered in great detail and a full explanation of the services to my vehicle was provided by Ryan. I had contact with at least four individuals during this event and all made me feel like they really cared about my problem. I will be using this service in the future and will be recommending it to my friends very highly.

Got a flat, and Pomps was able to patch it and get me on my way with no appointment. Very pleased with staff and service as always. Highly recommend.This visit to Pomps I just needed a tire rotation. As always they were effecient, professional and prompt. I continue to return to Pomps for the honesty. Over 2 years I was told by a local car dealer during oil changes that I need new tires. I went to Pomps each time and the first 2 times was told by Pomps I did not need new tires. The 3rd time (was summer) Pomps told me I wanted to think about it in the fall and they usually have rebates then. It was wonderful to get an honest answer and not be taken advantage of like the car dealer was trying to do. Highly recommend!

Pomp s provided an excellent experience in getting a new set of tires for me, from the recommendation, the pricing which was better than online pricing, to a review of work to be done, and having my job done quickly and professionally. Definitely will use again.

Not happy with the service. Replace parts that were very expensive and probably not necessary. But did not fix what I brought it in for originally. Car was still stalling out when I got it back and they would not help me with looking at it again even though I paid over $700 for repairs with them. All I wanted was the original Park fixed and was basically told it's my problem.

Excellent service and quality! Came right to my work and changed my tire in the parking lot; and had my old tire patched and fixed by the end of the day. Very responsive and professional. Highly recommend! Thank you Pomp s!

The service was fine. My tires were ordered and came in very quickly as promised. Unfortunately one of the tires was defective. As a result I had to make two round trips on two consecutive days to have the tires installed costing me $40.00 in gasoline plus wasting my time driving back and forth from northern Wisconsin to Wausau. I am disappointed that Dave, the salesman assisting me, never offered any type of refund, discount or store credit. Overall this was not a positive experience.

We had a box truck that blew a tire Friday before Memorial Day weekend. We had it towed to Pomp s expecting to have to wait for it to be repaired till after the weekend. To my surprise, they had it ready to go in a hour and I am very happy with the quality of work and the service we received. Highly recommend these folks!

I needed a quick fix- plug- for a car tire. Pomp s got my car in right away and fixed it, and I was able to pay and leave within a half hour. They are kind and courteous gentleman willing to help. Thanks guys!

The installer lost the center cap for one of the wheels and attempted to say I brought it in without. They didn t reset the tire pressure sensors and 2 of the new tires were at 46psi and 2 were at 39psi. I m still waiting for a new center cap.

Great an fast but wrecked the spring shackle on trailer got to Plainfield I noticed it checking tires driver told me they had it fall off jack in shop nearly hurting a guy shop foreman told him it was ok minutes b4 it fell off. Wish Ida seen it be 4 we leftnow trailer needs repairs

Pomp s in Rothschild we re great! I called and needed 2 new tires, they had to have them shipped from Green Bay and scheduled out a time for me. When I arrived they had 4 tires just in case I needed them. Thankfully it really was just the front two tires.In and out in about an hour. Very happy with them, that s why I only go through that store for tires!
