Couldn t ask for a better experience!! Every single person there made us feel like family. They thrive to make you feel welcome and don t pressure you in to anything. James was our sales guy and what a fantastic person. Everyone has a great sense of humor but also can answer any questions appropriately. Absolutely recommend working with them. We will be back for all of our Harley needs in the future.

My husband Jeff and I purchased two new Harley Davidson Road glides. We had a excellent teamwork to put this together for us they were professional but yet very friendly and very knowledgeable with highly recommend this company

I purchased a 2024 road glide on Saturday. They made the experience very enjoyable. They were kind and professional and very knowledgeable of the products I got to enjoy meeting the whole crew and each department. Like to give a shout out to our salesman James. "Thank you again to that gentleman named Ryan who came right out to us two woman Jackyl was so happy and greatly appreciated that your team up here at bull falls was amazing and actually approached two woman and answered any questions Ms Jackyl had about those new space aged to high tech for her blood motorcycles. Than those 2 beautiful ladies in the clothing department thank you again for assisting us with our decisions on the shirts. And a big shout out to my friend Jackyl thank you again for tiara headband. It was a beautiful ride up there and it was Jackies first time up to bullfalls Harley Davidson sorry I couldnt find the two sales employee pics in the drop down but Ryan you are amazing and thank you for coming and taking our pics and posing by our bikes jackyl is riding her fat boy, and I am Riding a 05 roadking custom. Ryan Tolk really took the time to answer all the questions on a bike I came in on. Guy is personable, knowledgeable, and genuine. Where most sales people don t bring the passion for what they do- he does especially when it comes to a finding the right bike for you. If you haven t met him look him up for your next Harley-Davidson. 5 star experience.

I live in the Milwaukee, WI area where I have 5 dealers to choose from. A close friend lives in Wausau, so we visit often, and I have had service done a couple times in the past at Bull Falls which was always great. So at the end of summer when we decided to take the leap and pursue an Anniversary Street Glide, we were disappointed that 5 dealers in our area did not have any in stock. Yet my wife took note that Bull Falls had 3, 2 new & 1 used. So we took the gamble and did the 3 hr rode trip to check them out. Long story short, the price on the used bike was fair and they gave me more for my trade than the Milwaukee area. Emi is the most enthusiastic, yet low pressure sales person I ever met. And Joe is one of the few managers, whether motorcycle or car, that is genuine and fair with pricing your trade. Thanks for the great experience.

Walked in and the salesman Ryan went right up to me and took interest in me and my needs. Came in to see what they had for used sportsters and he walked me all around the store looking at sportsters and even sat me on some different models to make sure I tried different things. Ended up having some questions for their new rider program for my wife and he lead me to Morgana who was very helpful indeed. Well done guys

I would recommend Bull Falls Harley Davidson to anyone who is interested in purchasing a bike or trike. I love the new trike and hope to get a lot of wind therapy in this summer. A place to feel like family. Wonderful people, happy to help with everything you need or want."From the moment I walked in the door, it felt like family! I was greeted and got to meet many of this wonderful staff. After losing my partner, who incidentally had brought my back to my roots, (grew up with dad having Harleys), I had come in to discuss the upcoming classes and saw the orange Freewheeler on the showroom floor. As I knew I needed to bring a trike to class, even though I had a friend that said I could use his, I couldn't get that orange Freewheeler out of my mind. It was a couple of weeks later, about a week before the class I went back and it was still there. Emi asked if I would like to sit on it. At first I said no, but couldn't resist, and when I sat on it, it felt like my man was right there with me, saying it was right. They could tell right away that I was a goner, I needed that bike to heal from the pain in my heart. So at the fine age of 61, I bought my own bike! She is MY JOURNEY in the wind. I took the 3 wheel riding class and had such a great experience. Having only been a passenger since I was a child, I was a little rusty, but did well under their guidance. Now I ride as often as I can, and even though he's no longer with me, I ride for both of us.Life's to short not to take chances!"

John has repeatedly gone out of his way to find answers get information asap for me on my new bike. He and the whole staff have been far above expectations that I had . They are not the same as this place was before. They get a 10 out of 5 from me . Everything is perfect on my new bike and they offered a fair trade for a non Harley Davidson trade that was suprising to me. They have earned my business by going above and beyond for me. Thanks again guys. "Found what I wanted the first time both times I have been In for accessories for my new Harley. Took the time to make sure I had what I wanted the parts were in excellent condition before I got them . Went above and beyond for me to make sure I was happy with my purchase. The whole crew in the parts area was more than helpful and worked as a team for me. "

Thanks to everyone involved in getting me on my new Road Glide. Joe had to put in a little extra time to locate the bike I was looking for but he got it done. I had my Street Glide listed for sale and Joe offered me great trade in price to get the deal done!Thomas and Jose were also both very helpful and great too work with! Matt was the salesman that took care of my father and I. He was welcoming, professional, and helpful. He went out of his way to send me videos and pictures of the two motorcycles we were interested in. He also was was very quick on getting the bikes ready for a test ride. He wasted absolutely no time in making sure we would leave that day with our new bikes after we decided to purchase them. While he was very fast in helping us get our deal done, he also showed patience while we were making decisions and looking over the bikes. I would recommend Matt as a salesman to anyone interested in buying a bike through Bull Falls, and the entire team to anyone looking for a new dealer.

BULLS FALLS HD IS THE ONLY LOCATION YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH.These guys took care of me.I had an emergency on the road and their service department had me in and out in no time.
