These guys are amazing. Passing through Rosendale at 7pm on a Friday night and my water pump went out draining all the coolent. Just looking for a tow to a garage, the husband and wife team were able to get a new water pump and install that night. Extremely grateful for their kindness and world-class customer service. Highly recommend.

Mueller's has been servicing our club's two John Deere tractors for the past 8+ years. We cut a 5-acre flying field twice a week as long as the grass continues to grow, so we need those tractors in tip top condition. We wouldn't take them anywhere else.

I accidentally got locked out of my running vehicle last night after work. It was 11:00 at night during the snow storm. We called OnStar and they got hold of Mueller's. We figured we would have to wait for hours to get service to get into our vehicle. To our great surprise,the service man was there in about 20 mins. What a savior. He stood out in the cold for about 20mins and BAM! He got the window down so I could get in. Wish I got his name,but the guy deserves a raise! Thank you!

Unfortunately I needed a toe, fortunately i was near Muellers! Mike and Nicki and amazing. Never have I ever had a better experience than Muellers. So thankful

These guys helped us out of a huge jam when our camper lost a tire while driving and we were stranded on the side of the road. They helped us find the tire that had rolled onto a farm and repaired the issue while we took the kids next door to get food. We were a long way from home and didn't know anyone and we are extremely thankful they were available to help us.

While traveling west on highway 23, I ran over a metal spike that caused my tire to go nearly flat. I googled for a nearby service center and limped my truck to Mueller's. I met Patrick who immediately stopped what he was doing to repair my tire. The owner Mike walked in the shop about 10 minutes into the repair to assist. They had the truck tire all fixed and me back on the road in about 30 minutes total and for a low price. These guys get it! They were quick, kind and fair. I recommend Mueller's!Service: Tires

Had an issue on a Saturday afternoon and these guys came and took care of me after hours! I was frantic but they had me on the road again quickly! Integrity and honesty is hard to find from a mechanic especially when you re a woman on the road but these guys have it, they are amazing human beings!

I'm an Owner Operator semi driver from Waupun, WI. My truck suffered a mechanical failure in Buffalo, New York!!! I contacted Mike and asked if he could help me. My car broke down at 6 am and I called to get a tow. Mike was very speedy and polite and helped me get my car back home. On my bill I was accidentally over charged and Mike quickly took care of it and refunded the money. He even called to explain what happened. I would definitely use this service again. Was looking for someone to put tires on our vehicle after a blow out and through a FB post Mike reached out to me for an opportunity to gain our business. They were very professional, timely and got us in before Christmas. Some businesses did not even call us back. It was such a good experience we will be taking our car in next week to get looked over and tuned up. Thanks Mueller Service Center for going the extra mile. Customer service are huge to us old school folks and they had great prices too!

I was stranded in Rosendale with no response from AAA across the street from Mueller's on Saturday. I called and they sent someone right away (5 minutes). Even though it was a day off for the technician, he came in. He was working fast because he realized we were running late and delayed by the flat tire. He was professional and got us on the road in under 20 minutes. Very fair price too! If you think good service and integrity is gone, not here! Had my 94 f250 towed today because the shifter cable broke and Mueller's was there in no time to help me get the old rig out of the middle of the road, as a fellow tow operator I gotta say this was 1st class service and pricing, the operator that showed up on scene was polite and professional, I would use y'all again for sure if I ever need a tow up here in wisconsinService: Car towing

Excellent Customer Service. They always answer our questions and give us sound advice without pushing us one way or another. We have had everything from oil changes to car repair to purchasing tires at Mueller's! Love the small town feel but with big town service and knowledge.

Awsome service! I was visiting family for the weekend and lost my breaks. Muellers towed my truck to a nearby shop. Professional and pleasant, and fast service. Said he would be to me in 15 minutes and he was! Very grateful.

Can't say enough about Mike and service received from Mueller's Service Center. Courteous, helpful, and went above and beyond. My expectations were met and exceeded. My car broke down on a Saturday when most places were closed, but Mike from Mueller's Service Center made sure I got home safely and knew the plan for my car. He checked on warranty information and advocated for me with the car dealership, as well as towing my car. Glad you were there for me Mike! - Diane from Appleton

This is my 2nd review. Had Mike work in two vehicles for me.Should rename the place Integrity Service.Mike did the work for less then his estimate, again.Got me right in and worked with me. Did all the work needed and fixed things, for free, that I did not even know about.

The coldest day of the year! - 20 and one of my trucks break down in Rosendale. Do you know what it costs to tow a 30' truck from Rosendale to Appleton? BUT WAIT, there is a service station just down the road. And it is SUPER MIKE! Just $50 later, my driver is on his way back. THANK YOU, MIKE!!!!

Fast and very good at what he does!! Went for an electrical issue in my gfs car he found it in 30min and fixed it up better than the dealership plus way cheaper!! Keep up the good work muellers you have all of my service!!

Tell your guys to stop Jake braking past residential housing. 2 in a row back to back. U guys know that s bogus right. Didn t even have anything behind the tow rig. Disrespectful.

The owner is a super nice guy My truck was broke down and all the shops were closed and mike came out and fixed my truck late at night and was happy to do it I don't know any shops that would go out of there way like that ... I would Recommend Them to anyone thanks mike for your help and God Bless
