Todd is amazing. He got me in a lot sooner than I had imagined, he did super amazing work on my car and kept in touch with me during the process. He answered every question I had, even if it didn t deal with my car. I had asked what one of the workers was doing to another vehicle and he explained it to me so well. Overall I had such a great experience at Becks auto. Would recommend to everyone. My car looks amazing.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The guys at Becks did an excellent job with my vehicle. I ve never been in a situation where I ve needed an auto body shop but Todd was extremely helpful and called with updates every step of the way. My vehicle came out looking great and I was very happy with the service we received from Becks. If you need someone who is caring and going to provide awesome service definitely give Todd a call at Becks!

Beck's Auto did a fabulous job repairing the damage to my car! Todd was a pleasure to work with and very professional. He was extremely helpful in dealing directly with the insurance company. After I went through a touch car wash my vehicle was left with tons of small scratches all over the body and deep scratches on the front and rear. Beck's Auto Body and Paint took the time to assess each of the imperfections and gave a fair estimate. Todd took great care of my vehicle and made sure that my car looked brand new when I got it back. He made sure to keep me in the loop when a part from Mazda was backordered. Beck's will be my number one choice if I ever need auto body or paint work!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I am so grateful to Todd. Hit a deer in June. He made it a point to come to my house to do the estimate and even helped me with the back and forth with the insurance company. Did a fantastic job on making my car look perfect. Was super communicative during the whole process. I highly recommend him for any repairs you may need. Took our Harley Davidson Trike to get the blemishes sanded and repainted. Todd had several issues with Harley Davidson getting the correct color match, but he kept at them until they got it right. He was great about keeping us informed about the delays that were well out of his control.We went to see the results and it looks beautiful. Todd did a wonderful job and we couldn t be more pleased. Full disclosure: I ve gotten to know Todd through him frequenting Bluemkes Food Mart, where I work, and other small businesses in town. He s been such a joy and easy to get to know, as he s very friendly and conversational. And although I knew him prior, I m confident he treats all of his customers with the highest amount of care as he did with me and my car.I am overjoyed with the work Todd completed on my car. He went above and beyond to make sure I was going to be happy with the final result. He even recommended a cosmetic change (removing the pinstripe on my Ford Fusion) to make my car look even better than when I bought it.Todd was great to work with. Aside from him doing a beautiful job fixing my car to look brand new, he checked in with me on how the car was coming along, cleaned the car inside and out much better than when I had dropped it off with him, and he even dealt with the insurance company so I didn t have to when he found additional damage that needed to be paid out.I really hope that when anyone needs body work done, you take it to Becks Auto Body in Rosendale! They were very open and honest with me about what needed to be done to fix my wheelchair accessible van. The work done was top- notch. I would highly recommend Becks Auto! I had damage from a hit and run ,and Becks did an outstanding job at repairing it.Paint matches perfectly.Looks like new again. On behalf of Genex Cooperative we would recommend Beck s for your service needs. Our vehicle was involved in an accident and needed repair. Communication on each step was impeccable! Not only did they assist me with the insurance company but we also needed to work with another company to request a wrap for the vehicle. That was all set up and included in quoting needed for the insurance carrier and for the final repair. All aspects of the claim were seamless thanks to Todd!

Small town business is the way to go, folks!!! I love supporting local and this one did a phenomenal job making my "baby" look like new after a little mishap on Hwy 41. Beck's really pays attention to detail. The auto body work they performed turned out great! They took time to explain our rights to the insurance claim from the auto body perspective. I would definitely recommend them.
