Fantastic service!!! My mini-van broke down 4 hours away from home near exit 51 on I-94 at 7:00PM at night last night... exactly the wrong time for anything to go wrong :( Fortunately, I was able to nurse it to the next exit to get it off the freeway and when I asked the gas station attendant which was the best towing service in the area she replied with no hesitation, "Jerry's is the best." I called and the experience was excellent... Delores was empathetic, understood I was having to change personal plans in a fluid situation and helped to clarify my thinking in a courteous way by tactfully sharing the various options regarding dealers in the area etc... The tow truck was dispatched and arrived in less than 30 minutes and not only did Collin, the driver, know exactly how and where to drop it off at Markquart, the local Toyota dealer, he also remembered our conversation and while I was filling out the after hours dropoff form, he called around to the local hotels and had a room reserved with a negotiated rate so that I was in bed by 9:00PM! Thank you, Delores and Collin, for working with me to ease me through what could have been an extremely stressful and unsafe situation!!! You have my respect and appreciation and recommendation!!!

Very happy with our service from Jerry's Towing! We were broke down on a Friday night after 5, blew 3 of the 4 tires on our trailer. Didn't know what to do so we called Jerry's. Our driver answered the phone the first time to which I was asking for assistance changing tires on the spot. He guided me to Fleet Farm since Jerry's or any other place in the area did not perform that service. We tried to get a hold of Fleet Farm but did not hear back in time. Called back and the operator helped us with a quote to tow about 15 miles. The driver was to our location within an hour of us breaking down. We had the trickiest situation but the driver handled it exquisitely. He made getting the trailer and skid loader on his truck look so easy. Towed it to our house and dropped it right where we wanted it even though it was very uneven. We are very impressed with the service from Jerry's and they will be the first we call if we ever need them again.Service: Local hauling

Hunter was professional and extremely nice. I was able to stay warm in his truck while he worked on my car. He got my car unstuck and then helped to make sure I didn't get stuck again. The company was quick to dispatch someone to us. We are very grateful! -Kera Styler

I was stuck in Menomonie WI, I got a flat tire. John was a hero for me. My tire was seized and the lug nuts. He worked hard to get home. I was 3 hours away from home and even though he had a tough time with he didn't give up on me. He had worked hard to get that tire off for me. Best roadside assistantance I ever had. If I could give an more the 5 stars I would. I would give him 10. Hands down best service I have had. John, I just want to thank you personally for all you did sir. You got me home safe and my family and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are a hero!

Would have loved to not leave a poor review, but thats not going to be the case. Had vehicle fire and needed to be removed from the side of the interstate during the late night hours. Dispatch quoted 15-20 minutes to arrive (roughly 10 miles from the shop), truck arrived in 1 hour and 46 minutes. Was told that they'd happily transfer the vehicle to their terminal closer to my home (roughly 70 miles) I said thats fine, I would just get the vehicle picked up at their terminal that was roughly 10 miles away in the morning, was told no problem they would have everything ready go in the morning. I arrived less than 10 hours later to pick up the vehicle. Bill was just under $1,000, and included emergency light duty tow rate (was told it was a higher rate because they had to arrive within a certain amount of time...as noted above it took them 46 minutes (I was standing there when the State Trooper requested the tow from Jerry's, and was still there when it arrived[time was off by an hour on earlier review due call time stamp in the wrong timezone] ) to arrive to the vehicle 10 miles away.) fuel service fee at $15 per gallon, milage fee at $10 per mile, hour of service time at $200 an hour (load and them getting off the interstate to go to their terminal which is just off the interstate) took 25 minutes (I followed them to the exit in another vehicle), charged for full hour. Administrative filing fee of $85, two days of storage (because vehicle arrived at their terminal before midnight so those few minutes count as a whole day, and then another day of storage because the vehicle was still there after midnight, as noted above the vehicle was on their lot not even 12 hours) add to all that sales tax. I got them to waive the storage fees, but then other fee rates were increased. I was told there was nothing they could do because it's company policy and the rates are published (but not publicly available prior to service). I rate two stars because the driver was very professional and kind and a worker (might have actually been the driver from earlier) was willing to help me load the vehicle and secure it on my trailer, that service was top notch. Of note earlier in the year I had a larger vehicle towed also by a Midwest Star Group (same company) driver along the same interstate 80 miles for nearly half of this tow charge./ETA. I have talked to the owner and the company believes in customer service above all, and wanted to clarify a few things. As I mentioned, it pained me to write a low review because I have had good experience with the company before and will more than likely use them again, although hopefully not in an emergency situation (not because of them so much as the added costs that come with such a situation) I have had larger vehicles towed by them and he clarified the big difference was the emergency.

Last night I was stuck on the freeway and this amazing young lady named Andrea came out and got my 4 year old granddaughter and me safely home.. I didn t even use their towing service! Thank you, Andrea! If I ever need a tow, you guys will be the first on my list!

Friendly service, helped us out with a tough situation - truck wouldn't start and was hooked up to a loaded 12 ft trailer. Jerry's was able to tow both back in one shot!

Semi blew a radiator. Loves recommended these guys as a tow. When they answered the phone, they stated that they were a shop as well. I agreed to have them perform the repair. Ha I towed the truck to loves, they would have stayed on the truck until it was completed. This one took 36 hours and cost me a lot. The reason for my writing is that I used Jerrys towing to pull my truck to Jerrys garage. When they were ready to pull the truck in, they charged me $75 to have the truck pulled into their shop with their equipment. This , to me, was a rip off. I have never had this happen at a truck stop.

Took 2 weeks to get a steer hub ..after 2 weeks was given an option of upgrading to hub pilot.. 2500 later it was fixed.. I looked up parts and I know what labor should be approximately.. they got me good.. can't recommend them..just sad

Matt picked me up in need of a tow in a place I knew nothing about. I was driving across the country from NJ to Montana and he was super patient with me as I had my dog and two cats traveling with me as well. He made calls to find out where my car should go and dropped me off at the hotel and waited while I checked in late at night. For someone who is out of town, Matt with Jerry s Towing helped me tremendously. Thank you!

The driver did a great job of assessing the situation, giving us good input so we could figure out how to proceed, keeping us safe in a precarious place on the road late at night, and then transporting a vehicle to a good garage, and putting the vehicle in a good safe place for the night. I had an accident on Christmas Eve 2022 on my way to my sisters house. The individual was from another country and had another countries insurance. I only had liability and the event was an absolute nightmare.I spent roughly a month fighting with foreign insurance trying to figure out how this situation would be handled, as my vehicle was stuck in Jerry's lot for over a month accruing fees.I was essentially told by the insurance there was nothing they could do because the rules applied differently in their country than it did here. I felt hopeless and absolutely defeated.I worked with Andy in the Roberts office, and without his help, I don't believe I would have been able to handle this situation alone. Despite my best efforts sticking to the insurance companies.Jerry's (and I in return) was patient, polite, and constantly engaged with working with me and finding a resolution. It's been just over a month now, and we've reached a suitable resolution, that's relieved a tremendous amount of stress.Thanks to Jerry's professionalism and willingness to work with me. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, and I am truly impressed by their knowledge and behavior.If you have to use any automotive services in the area, use Jerry's. Good friendly staff who appreciates your business. Easy to find directly next to interstate, easy in & easy out. They have a hugh lot with lots of parking for trailers unlike some of these dealers and repair shops across the country. Comfortable waiting lounge with sofas, microwave, big screen tv, etc. I'm not in this area too often since I live in the south, but if I'm around here again and need any work done or parts I'll definitely stop here again.
